Beautiful desk, solid and well-made. It was extremely well-packed, so no issues with any damage. Instructions were clear. Good price. The only negative was that it took about 5 weeks after ordering for the item to leave the warehouse. Coleman was excellent about notifying me when it was about to ship, and I was able to track the delivery.

Overall we were pleased with the delivery and set up. The crew was fast, efficient, and respectful of our property. This was our second large purchase from Coleman (the previous purchase was a couple of years ago in another state) and have been impressed with their consistent customer service.

Ordering was a breeze and will order again if there is a requirement. Prices are not cheap and quality is decent for the price we pay.
I paid $3463 for the leather sectional and I received a damaged piece. There was a tear in one of the corners. I called the customer service and requested for a replacement. The customer service offered a $80 refund for the damage and later increased to $100 that was the maximum they can offer. If I choose the option for a replacement, they said it can be replaced, I was told I will have to wait for an unknown number of days. How many days will I wait with the sectional without an end piece in my living room. If they had provided an ETA on the wait period, I would have opted I for the replacement. Based on the quality of the product and the service I received, I cannot recommend Coleman to my friends and relatives. Still regret the decision I made to buy from Coleman.

We had an overall good experience with customer service but ran into a few snags that delayed our ordering process. The delivery service was good except we noticed that the delivery man did not get one of our sofa backs on correctly. It's cockeyed! Not happy at all with that.

I purchased a dining table/ set for my large sewing studio. It was a little bit of a hike from the driveway to the studio. The guys ( I have their names written down in my notebook in the studio, because I wanted to give them a great review! They were in and out in about 30 minutes and so concerned about my approval. ZERO complaints. Couch arrived in expected timeframe. No damages to the couch or any imperfections. Color was spot on and comfort/size is everythinggggg! There are a lot of negative reviews online but ignore them all and make the purchase. So so worth it.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
