I ordered the furniture and received a delivery date. When the furniture arrived, it was in great shape, and the color went very well with the other furniture in the room.
Received furniture, totally different color from picture. It is a ussue fir ne because I would have chosen another set. I purposely chose this one for its table top wrong on my part. Then I've an issue with the chair that is scratched and I did not notice it when your white glove delivery brought it in and they were very quick and honestly put it under the table. I did not inspect every inch of the set so I thought it was fine. I basically looked at the top all the chairs.
On Monday of this week, I was putting the protective plastic on, and I noticed that on the
Side of the seat there are two scratches, which just aren't like surface scratches it's deep.
Your customer service rep I suppose it was made me aware of the fact that they don't know if there's much they can do because I did sign that everything was fine for the delivery people and I realize I did that but I just wasn't expecting it to be scratched, and I thought I looked for scratches but again I've learned a lesson and I will never Buy from Colemans again and I'm not gonna give you a good review on Facebook. I'm actually going through the manufacturing warning now. I don't know if it's gonna do anything, but I'm surely not happy with whole purchase..

Very difficult to browse merchandise. Also disappointing to have the prices fluctuate so much. I had to settle for a different chest because of a $600 price increase on the one I wanted. The increase took place over a period of less than a couple of days but still being advertised as "still on sale".

The delivery service personnel installed my Bar Set professionally, however there was a dent on the top piece of Bar and have been assured that piece will be changed.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
