Delivery was good and easy to put together. The chair is perfect and comfortable.

Chairs were delivered earlier than expected and in good condition.

The dining set was as advertised. Great quality. Beautiful sturdy material. The delivery service was great.

Shopping was easy. Information was professional. Sofa arrived sooner than expected. The sofa is not as comfortable as I expected. There are hard spots in it. This has nothing to do with my excellent experience with Coleman Furniture.

Everything was perfect and I am pleased with the product itself as it arrived to me, say for one detail. My chase did not arrives with any legs, even in the storage compartment located on the bottom of said furniture. After waiting more than a month for it to arrive, this was a considerable let down. They did say they will send new legs after dealing with some light pushback, but that the process will take about 2 weeks or more before they arrive.

My bed finally came and it was everything that I seen on the website. The delivery process was a bit slow but over Coleman's customer service was great. They kept me informed throughout the transaction process and delivered and set up my bed perfectly.

Quick delivery. Beautiful couch. The most comfortable ever.

My Dining room set is gorgeous. I ordered the table, 6 chairs, china cabinet and buffet. The white glove delivery was exceptional and everything was set up to my satisfaction.

Local shipper did something to his wheel and did not deliver on scheduled day and tried to blame me and make me pay more to bring it to my house again. Second time delivery men were great they even came in under very low trees with out a problem. Received a week later then I wanted but they did keep pushing the date up to make me happy. Couch and love seat are great.

Customer service was amazing. Shipping was even quicker than estimated! Overall, great to work with and my couch is wonderful! Definitely would shop with Coleman again in the future.

I ordered my living room set and saved 1000 dollars ordering it online at Coleman Furniture. The set was delivered 2 weeks later, and the crew was great setting it up. I love it very comfortable and Beautiful. I will definitely recommend Coleman furniture

This couch is gorgeous and comfy as a cloud! Delivery was faster than expected and everything was set up perfectly.

Delivery was prompt, customer service was good, sofa is as described and beautiful in the living room!

It felt virtually impossible to get my unneeded expensive item back to the warehouse as I was not sent a shipping label, and was only given an address to return the item back to… ( 2 large boxes). I have never experienced buying from a company and then needing to return the item and not being supplied a return label. I cannot afford to keep this unneeded item and Customer Service was not helpful to make this process any easier. Very disappointed with my experience with Coleman Furniture.

Was a little shocked when it was completely unassembled. 6 boxes. A couple were extremely heavy BUT after several hours of assembly it looks great.

Full disclosure, I started growing concerned that it would take months to receive the dining set I ordered from Coleman and people had such negative things to say about restocking fees and quality in their reviews and on Reddit.

My honest experience was actually quite great with customer service. It is hard to time or know even an estimate on actual deliveries however, customer service always responded within the day and once the delivery service has your items, that's when they schedule you.

Our new dining set is gorgeous, high quality solid wood, everything is great. White glove delivery was on point. They assembled the legs and put moving blankets down so as not to scratch our floors. They text me 2 days before the first available delivery time slot and we had our set literally on the day of Christmas Eve. They gave me their window, called in advance and then a follow-up call to tell me they were 40 mins away. Well within the window I was given and we had our new dining set for Christmas Eve dinner and the 23 guests we had over!

My experience was great with Coleman furniture. Just thought it was worth sharing before people read all the negative reviews from the past.
