Got a dressing table delivered at home from wooden street The product looks nice & the delivery was done on time (within 4 days of placing the order). This the second product which I have bought from wooden street website. First one was a Bar Cabinet which I bought in 2020.
Overall the experience has been nice on both the occasions.

Superb quality, timely delivery and easy to use app. I ordered a dining table and arrived on the promising date. In less time, it assembles and found no issue in polish and wood quality.

It is a good site to purchase wood furniture. I bought a kitchen cabinet and a 4 seater dining table set. The material is upto the mark and the finish is exactly what is shown on the website.

We ordered the dining set on 6th March 2021 and we received the set on 30th June 2021 almost after 4 month.
The customer service should be improved. We had to follow up by ourself, we didn't get any call or email for the delay in product.
After continuous follow up with them, we got the set after 4 months.
Out of this 4 months, 2 months delay was due to covid issues in the India, which lead to further delay in delivery.
Product Quality is very good.
The price is also reasonable as compared to other retailers.

Overall we are happy with the product.
If someone wants to buy a product urgently then Wooden street is not the place. If they can wait 2-3 months then they can buy from Wooden street.

If they improve their customer service then I would recommend Wooden street to others.

Very disappointed. I had ordered aron bedside table from woodenstreet and the nightstand I received was very different from what was advertised online, and I paid Rs. ******* for it!... False advertisement!

There are also black spots on nightstand. And would like a replacement for this or a refund.

Product shown on the website and delivered are totally different. Product quality is horrible. They dont seem to have replacement or return policy. Sales guys dont respond post the sale and the call center guys after putting you on hold for ever come back and tell you that nothing is possible. It is day light robbery

Wooden street has been the biggest nightmare of my life. 2 months for delivery of a table and then instead of an apology I got a heart attack as they said the carpenter cannot be arranged for installation due to lockdown. I asked them if they can deliver the product during the lockdown hours why can't they just send a carpenter along with them. Nevermind this conversation went nowhere and I had to give up. So next day I reached out to a bunch of mongrels who call themselve Customer support to check if they can atleast provide me an installation guide, so that I can install the table myself... Instead of that they asked me to submit a ticket and said the carpenter will visit me in 2 days. Just understand the level of product knowledge carried by these mongrels. I was informed a day before that carpenter cannot be arranged due to lockdown, so I just needed a guide and they couldn't provide that as well. I learnt my lessons and would advise you to think twice before you commit this mistake of buying anything from Wooden Street… And trust me don't go blindly by the reviews in their website coz they filter out the bad reviews

Wooden Street a worst company to deal with. No one entertains your concerns once they receive your full money. Be cautious, they are bunch of unprofessional individuals.

Delivered a damaged product and yelling at me and asking me to use the same damaged product. And telling its our fault and blaming us that we broke it. Pathetic service. Product is not at all worth the price that they sell. I paid 2k and got a broken one. And he is justifying that it's just the plastic that is broken, so he cannot consider it as damaged. They only cheat customers by taking their money.

Wooden street it is a fraud not a company cheated me use substandard material. Don't buy from here. Pleas see image. Left bed in unassembled condition. Use low grade material MDF. Instead of ply. Beware of this kind of fraud company. Order id ORDER #*******

I had ordered a Sofa Cum Bed a month back but since the delivery I had been having some or the other issues but the support team doesnt bother to understand the customer's issues. The visiting carpenter is unprofessional. I have been complaining of alignment issues and squeaking sound when sitting but according to the carpenter, wooden materials do create noise. I had visited the store to have a look on the product before buying but the quality of the materials in their stores are far better and ideal ones. The one that comes to the actual customer is not built properly. I have three problems - the drawer doesnt align properly and stick to the provided magnet, the mattress was larger than the frame, it makes lot of noise when sitting. The carpenter who visited to resolve the mattress issue trimmed it little more making it very uncomfortable to sleep.
I wouldnt recommend anyone to buy a Woodenstreet product as I feel cheated. A similar sofa cum bed could have been made to order from the local carpenter in 10K less. The customer support is just bothered to do proactive calls only till the order is executed. Post sales support is pathetic.

What is worse - getting a substandard product or waiting months to receive it (no refund policy in spite of them failing to meet deadlines shows their greed and apathy)? Once you complete the payment, they stop caring and there is no recourse for you to get your product delivered or money back. Horrible experience, google the competition and go to them.
