I have been an avid buyer for furniture online. My after sales has been worst with wooden street and hence the quality of the product too. Since the 3rd day after the delivery the product has been faulty and the wood is swollen. I wanted the product to be refunded but after a month we came to a conclusion that they will repair it after they gave a guarantee that if there is any other problem in the future they're gonna refund my money and before the repaired part came in after 40 days the product had several issues. They never call back, they do not have a superior that one can speak to directly, the quality of wood used is substandard, the employees dont know how to cater to the customer, they are not punctual on the deadlines and they have the tendency to lie as well. I still am in the middle of this complaint with order id OID- ******* and there has been no resolution upto my satisfaction. I have emails with false promises of getting a call back from the concerned superior which of course I did not. The employees who have made me invest almost 6 months are Rajkumar (has left his job), Nikita, Kanika
(Apparenrly a senior executive) and Swati.

Wooden Street is one of the absolute WORST furniture company. When I enquired about a product they were behind me to order the product. Once i confirmed the order they take 4-5 week to deliver the product as commited by them while confirming the order. When i followed-up after the waiting period which is almost like 3 months they dont even care to respond back. Because they have already received the full payments in advance of the product as they dont have CoD option. They do home deliver which is a $#*!. They leave the product on middle of the road is what they call it as home delivery.

Never ever buy any furniture from Wooden Street. They are one among the worst furniture company.

Pathetic experience... A pain in the ***... I had ordered for a wall decoration item on Apr 6th 2019. I received an email on May 2nd stating that the product has been packed and is ready to be dispatched. After multiple follow ups, I got a call today stating that the product has been packed. Its almost 7 weeks and I still do not have the product. I can imagine what these guys do with the customers who go for furniture purchases. This has been the saddest online shopping experience for me. I am never going to order from these guys again no matter how good their products may be.

Finally we got fed up following up with Wooden street, ever writing to their MD we accepted the fabric colour of sofa which was not actually selected by us. In just 15 days one of the bottom seat started shrinking low. All side pillows are very poorly netted and shrinks just by keeping hand on it.

Ultimate I have waived off 10K from my total paid amount and told them to deduct and refund the balance and take sofa back. Till date there is no response from them.

Very non professional Organization.

I live in Mumbai and wanted to buy some furniture for my parental home located in Ambala. I thought to buy that online, after surfing for a while, I get to know about this furniture brand and what attracted me the most was their USP, the customisation service.
I contact the sales team and enquired if they can deliver to Ambala. I ordered an Adolph bed with a bedside table and a rocking chair. The customised the height of the bed finish up the payments. My sales executive, Miss Kinjal told me that it will be delivered at my parent's place within 7 week.
I was quite ok with the timeline. I was getting updates of my furniture by Miss Kinjal in the beginning but after 4th week there was no update for a week then I get a call saying due to the transportation strike the delivery would be late by a week.
3weeks after the call I got all my furniture units delivered at my home with a delay of a week. My parents are quite happy with the quality and design of the furniture units. The waiting period was too long, I would like to suggest them that they should work on their delivery timeline. Rest everything is perfect.

I ordered a 6 seater Dining table named Janet from Wooden Street and I am totally satisfied the product. The website has a wide range of furniture like wardrobe, chairs, buildings etc. They also provides free delivery and installation services as well. The quality of the set was very good and they are made up of premium solid wood that means they will last for years. The payment process is very easy and fast. They also have EMI option so you can buy expensive products.
They also have wide range of discounts on its site. The only downside is that they took too much time to deliver the furniture at your doorsteps. But all is well as end is well, I got what I was expecting and thank for that.
Overall, it is a great experience. I'll definitely buy again and recommend Wooden Street to my friends and family.

When I got to know about the store located in Ambabari, Jaipur, thought to give it a try. I along with my family visited the store. The shop was good and so the staff member. They told us details regarding seasoned-unseasoned wood, solid wood and hardwood and also their customisation service.
After this visit we thought to replace our old sofa set before Diwali. We ordered Marriott Sofa set, also customised the fabric of seats and cushions by using their customisation service. They asked us to wait for 6weeks but we requested to get this done before Diwali anyhow.
I placed the order and Mr. Likhvendra Singh personally assured me that I'll get the sofa set by 2nd November. But we didn't get the sofa on the mentioned date. After some calls and discussion Mr. Likhvendra promised to deliver the sofa by 5th. And I got the set delivered and installed by 5th evening.
To be honest I think they should work on the manufacturing process, the furniture is no doubt way too awesome but they took 5weeks to make and deliver it. This timeline is too long to wait, but we are happy with the designs and availability of choices at Wooden Street. So finally, I decided to design my furniture and make the dream come true of a fully customized furniture in the home. I designed the stylish and trendy room furniture units' layouts and began to hunt the place where these can be made easily.
I searched online stores and got to know about Wooden Street that gives the facility of customization. I contacted them and send my designs of sofa bed and a coffee table to the team. They assured me about the upcoming products and told me to deliver in 4-7 weeks.
I agreed to them and finally the day comes and I got my products. The coffee table and the sofa bed looked amazing. I didn't expect the products would be exact the way I designed them.

I am following Wooden Street from last 5 months and the thing that attracted me the most is that they use premium quality solid wood but making a huge payment up front and waiting for 4 or 5 weeks to get the furniture at home was not convincing me to place my order.
One day while surfing the website, I got to know about the new store opened in NOIDA recently. The quality and the design I saw there was more than satisfying, and I ordered it immediately over the website. I ordered a Conan sofa set along with a Reid coffee table.
The ordering was easy and hassle free, and so was the delivery. The delivery was made in the time as promised during ordering, that is 5 to 7 weeks, which is also mentioned below the product on the website.
I would highly recommend Wooden Street and having an Experience store in your store increases the faith and reliability.

If any one is ever planning to buy from this wretched company, please don't. If anyone is planning to invest in this fraud company, please don't. All the good reviews you are reading are all fake paid reviews to cheat and mislead first time customers like me to buy their stupid products. I had only gone to check out their Chandivali store to see a bench as I was checking other sites out as well. The next day itself the sales girl from the store started hustling and pestering me to buy that bench. The calls from the call center was non stop till I had to block them. The sales lady was trying to upsell their expensive Dining table and chair set. Thank God for some reason I passed that offer and only ordered the bench. They made me make a full payment and to cut a long story short, they simply just disappeared after getting the money. The time limit on their order form and website says 5 to 7 weeks. It's 3 months now and they have not delivered the product. Their call center chat people talk like $#*!s who have no clue and the Chandivali sales lady just ignores your messages for updates or when the delivery is ever going to take place. I will be taking them to consumer court. It's a very easy process online and if anyone else has this badexperience with them which I am sure most of us do please do not hesitate. It's a simple process online. For all future buyers, please don't even think about buying from them. The pictures on their websites are also not the real ones. Quite a bit of disparity between the pictures and the actual product at their store. Hope this helps other buyers. Lokender Ranawat and his team of monkeys should be ashamed of themselves for cheating people of their hard earned money.

We bought 2 wooden street sofa cum bed costing us 90,000 in total but what we received was a piece of waste which is really disappointing. What we had ordered and what was delivered was totally different and a waste of money. The model they show on site and what is actual is far far different and there is hardly any space which we call as 'usable area'. People dont fall trap to their fancy looking products on site because they do not deliver what they show on site. Also they dont have return policy and their customer support is too bad. We ordered 1 sofa cum bed on 3 rd July 2018. The promised delivery date was 12 August. After vigorous follow up with a guy named Deepesh Gohil finally it was delivered on 24 August. Their assembly guys came 2 days later only to find that the bed trolley was broken during shipment. I immediately reported the matter to wooden street sales team with pictures of the damaged item received. First they assured me that it will be repaired. But no action was taken by them. I also posted my issue to their grievance department and eventually requested the owners named virendra and lokendra
Ranawat to get my damaged purchase repaired but in vain. Now they have stopped replying to my emails. I paid ******* for that bed and they shipped a damaged product which I don't know what to do with. Please avoid purchasing from them, they don't care about their customers problems. If any one want details about my issue, I can provide with pictures and screen shots of my conversations with WS support team. I am repenting being their customer... don't want anyone else to suffer. Wooden Street got such a wide range of furniture but takes too much time for the delivery. It's true but the outcome could let you forget the delay. I order a trundle bed for my daughter's bedroom and got it deliver after a month.

I spoke to Neha from the support team and she explained that their manufacturing unit is located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. So, it is quite genuine to take some time to deliver furniture to the different places around the country. But the best part is what you get, the furniture is awesome. I loved mine and surely recommend WoodenStreet.

Great site to have stylish home furnishing things. Ordered a Feltro sofa-cum-bed with order id *******. I feel it's really worth for what I paid. There service is average but yes product quality is too good. Modern and very stylish designs, lot of collections, strong material, and the best part is they send the same piece which I have selected. Service should be more effective, pricing is fine average, anyway I am happy with the product. It gives a great look to my room, sharing the image.
