If they send you the wrong thing, it is a major headache to return. This site is a fraud and a scam! I had to return an item they sent me that wasn't what I ordered, then they couldn't scan it at FedEx bc it was the wrong item from what I ordered, then I had to come back home and get an email return label to take to USPS and they promised me 20% off my next order considering all the hassle it took to get that wrong item returned and now they say no you don't get 20% off! BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM WOMAN WITHIN!
My first order was capris, the navy blue pair had a small hole in the leg. I overlooked this and ordered more capris, 2 more pair, (after a few times wearing them) the stitching came out of the waist bands. They are too high priced for the quality of their clothing.
I was charged $16.95 for a membership that I never joined. The quality of the t-shirts that ordered was very bad, so I returned them. They gave me a store gift card instead of a credit card refund. After much persistence on my part, I finally got the proper refunds. However, due their underhanded business practices, I would NEVER purchase from them again.
This company only issues gift certificates for items that are returned, however the certificates expires in 3 months... Why? If I don't want an item credit my account. Don't force an expiration date. I shouldn't be made to spend my money with this company if it was something that I didn't want and can find elsewhere. Also payments on your account can not be made with debit cards

I ordered a pair of jogging pants and a tee shirt 7-22-23. Was emailed back confirmation number, and all shipping info and credit card information what I bought complete order,it's now 8-8-23. Have not heard anything. I just got off the phone with them there is no such order. They have no information about my order. Said there was no ordered made yet Iam reading to get my copy that they emailed me. I have ordered quite a few things from them in the past. But as of this summer most things we sent back. Then you get a credit but never information on how much you get back and not emailed a credit voucher.
Very disappointed. Pajama pants literally shredded. Thin material. The prices are out of control and all material seems to be cheap. I cannot add a photo because I threw the dang pants out! I ordered on line so if they need proof, they can check my purchases.
I paid $154.00 for an order of four pair of pants and returned them to exchange the size. I didn't get the exchange order nor did I receive a refund. Their excuse was that it takes two weeks to process an order and it has been three months. I have been a customer for years and their prices have gone up while the material quality has gon down. You can see through the material. Time to find a new clothing company.

Their products look very cute on the pics, but the quality is awful! I've got a skirt and a t-shirt and they lasted me three month of okay-looking. Now it's a trash.
Product was OK but wanted to return for a smaller size, they charged me $40 restocking free on a $100 order - Take time to read the reviews and do not let them rip you off. Never do business with them again and so very sorry that Amazon have got involved with them.

DO NOT ORDER and wash anything from this company. This has to be the worst quality of clothing I have ever ordered next to Zilly. I ordered a black polka dotted dress, received it last week, hand washed it on Sunday, to wear on Thursday and the black fabric faded to a dingy ugly grey bordering on almost white. I called Monday morning and got a customer service rep who could barely speak English and couldn't get my name correct to save her life. I kept getting the written script they are given as their responses to any question you ask them. I had to hear, "our return policy states you cannot return anything washed or worn" at least ten times. I was told to return it for a refund card but the warehouse team would have to determine if it could be returned. I'm taking that as a BIG FAT NO!

I always loved the clothing line. Hut the cost had tripled. I used to get flannels and tops about 24 dollars. But with prices now it 50 dollars with a discount and you cant use your
Coupon with it. But then I get a Coupon in mail it had requirements and I use it right away and it's no good even if I call they say no. I tell them it is way before the date of expiration. It does not go says invalid.
Clothing is now over 24.99 sometimes in the fifties. With 10.00 or more shipping with 1 shirt. I've decided to shop local kohl's or other places and lose weight. It's a great incentive to not have to shop big sizes. That way I save money.
Purchased one pair of pant from women within for $40. Ended up to be $58. They charged me $14. For shipping that is because they stuffed 10 of there magazines in the package and let me foot the bill for it. They sent me the wrong size too small and too long. They don't know what petite means. I went according to their size chart witch is wrong. Petite is a 29" inseam not a 31". I don't have giraffe legs just because I fit that size. Refuse to give me money back, only want to give me some lame gift care for $43. Do they seriously think I want to buy anything else from those rip off artist?

As a plus-sized woman, I have come to rely on Woman Within to provide my wardrobe. Unfortunately, I have experienced major issues with this retailer, so I strongly advise you: if you can buy from anyone else, do so.
First of all, their shipping costs are far too high, and they never comp or reduce them no matter how much your merchandise costs. This is a huge slap in the face to this shopper, when nearly everyone else in the business offers free shipping, or free shipping after a certain price point. This is one of the many ways Woman Within discriminates against plus-sized women, instead of empowering or beautifying them, as is their claim.
Second, their return policy is as punitive as their shipping policy. Even though their clothing sizes are far from consistent, Woman Within refuses to comp your return shipping unless you are exchanging items. That might be okay, but what about shoes or clothing that just don't look good? How is one supposed to know how something will look on them until they try it on? Especially with the skinny models you use! But Woman Within deducts $23 for shipping on any return, no matter how much it was, or how many items from the order are being returned.
For a mail order company with no store fronts, you would think they'd have better, more customer-supportive policies in place. But Woman Within doesn't value their clientele; they know we need them, and they exploit that fact with every order.
Lastly, and probably everyone already knows this, Woman Within's customer service is abominable, likely because they are constantly forced to defend their egregious shipping and return policies. After two phone calls with customer service, I had been hung up on, yelled at, and spoken down to by three different people. What kind of treatment is that for someone who placed three orders with you in as many weeks?
I have finally had enough. This is the last time I ever shop from this vendor. Not that they care, of course, because their customers are a mere commodity to them. They are extremely cognizant of the fact that some women cannot find clothes to fit their bodies anywhere else, and they are content to make them pay through the nose for it. Any decent company would be ashamed of such practices: price gouging and shaming their customers, all the while pretending to value and care for them, instead. Don't be taken in, and don't trade your hard-earned dollars for punitive policies and surly customer service reps. It just isn't worth it.
This company is all about selling and $#*! the customer and their experience. They do not follow their own expectations and if you express your dissatisfaction you are then targeted to be ripped off and ignored when trying to get your refund. My bank had to get involved to get my return money processed. The worst company I have experienced in a 20 years and will never order from them or any of their parent companies.
Like many of the other reviewers I suggest not ordering from this company. The shipping is $12 and then when it need to be returned that's another $8. I lost $20 and have nothing to show for it!
Their quality of clothing is very poor. Material is cheap and fades. You are charged for returning items and very strict quidelines. Most places do not charge a return fee. They tack on a hefty late charge. The prices have increased, but not the quality or service. Very unhappy.
I ordered a pair of shoes. Woman Within, then, started billing me $18.05 monthly for a … what? A membership to their rewards program? Who in their right mind would pay to be in a loyalty program? I never signed up for this! I call to get help and because I don't know the fake address given to my supposed 'account ', the woman on the Membership rewards phone line hung up on me saying that there is nothing she can do if I cannot tell her the address on the account! How the heck would I know this? I never bought the 'rewards program membership', to begin with! I gave her all my real info. And because my real address didn't match what she had, she said she won't help me. What the heck?!
Whatever you do, don't buy from Woman Within!
And if anyone from the company is reading this, I want my money back! All $84.75!

I spent an hour ordering expecting a 50% coupon, AND FREE SHIPPING. NOPE! My catalog says FREE SHIPPING WITH $50 PURCHASE. Called customer service, AND IN THE FINE PRINT, 50% OFF, BUT NO FREE SHIPPING (WWCVJ50) I'm a good customer, but not any longer.
I never leave reviews so that should tell you something. If I could give this place negative starts I would. I placed an order online and used a 50% site code that did not stay in my cart when purchased. Customer service was terrible and couldn't offer me any options except to reorder it again, and hope the code went through on their busted website. Then I would need to return the previous items I order with a $7 dollar return fee. They also were not willing to wave the $26 dollar shipping on the new order. Like previous people said they are a bunch of crooks. If 50% is advertised on your website and I purchase through there and the website fails to give me my code you should just be able to refund me the 50% not have to jump through hoops and pay and additional $40 dollars to get it. I am beyond frustrated with the terrible customer service of this place and I will leave a review in any spot I can find.
I just bought 2 Catherine's Brad from them. The front strap broke loose the second time I wore it. $55 for it. I had to sew it up at work. When I let them know, all I got back was a form email saying they inspect everything before it is shipped. First and last time I will buy from them.
