Just got off call with Customer Serice Rep. She advised me the catalog prices are 50 % lower for same items. Advised me I could use the 50% off coupon on the web; but cannot use the free shipping coupon too. So shopping on web is faster, but more expensive. Not sure why the mark up for web and automation is more expensive. Or why free shipping is limited to only catalog orders. Same product, same company but different rules Web vs catalog.

Placed an order 5/19/2023, used their "super fast" delivery for $40.97 as they promised delivery by 5/19/2023, didn't receive order until 5/22/2023. THEY REFUSED TO REFUND THE DELIVERY FEE!

I received this catalog, though I dont know why, and thought oh these are cute capris. Sizes are 12w - 44w. I didnt see this, I saw thin models thoughout this whole magazine. That disturbed me, show me the real woman who fit these sizes. I am a short woman, 8 to 10 w, I used to be 12 to 14w, but as I got older, done with kids, I shrunk. But this still irked me that this magazine, that caters to the plus size woman,doesnt have models to represent it. Bad marketing, sad that noone saw this.
I have ordered from Women Within for years. I love the quality I receive. But to work with the company on any issues is so difficult. They will switch you from person to person all in the same dept telling you they are different depts but they do not help. This time I ordered a dress. My friend blessed me with the exact same dress hours after I ordered. I tried to immediately contact the company. I tried filling out the form on line. It kept kicking back to me saying it couldnt go through. So first thing in the morning I called. They said oh sorry we cant cancel it is already ready to ship. Well I know for a fact after ordering so many times from this company that they do not ship things that fast. I mean I ordered yesterday afternoon. It would not be ready. They said sorry. Now they immediatly charge your card for the order. But it usually takes several days to ship. (no complaints on how long it takes to ship. They are a big company. So I do think they ship in a timely manner) It just frustrates me that they can not in this day and age be able to talk to another dept and take out an item. So now I have to wait for it to arrive. Ship it back. Which means I have to drive to another town to be able to even ship it back. Wait for them to get it and then maybe get my money back. Now I have been told by Javier agent # ******* that I wont be charged for this. There will not be a restocking fee or shipping fee. If that is true I will amend my complain. But I still think that is a lot of work to go through for something I needed canceled within hours of ordering. I'm sure no one had even seen the order yet. This really was the last straw with this company. I hate that because I do love the clothes and always get compliments on the clothes when I wear them. But I just cant deal with the unexpected charges and all the other things they have done. I could give a list of complaints but this would be too long of a post. This is actually one of the mild issues it was just the last straw.
They will not stop flooding my PO box with unwanted catalogs. I have called over and over to get this stopped. I cannot even get mail at my box. They send several catalogs a week.
I order a shirt and sweater three weeks ago. It never came. They said I didn't order it. So I called my credit care company and they said I had a balance of $61.59. I paid that much extra on my card statement I was getting ready to mail in so it would be paid.
Also, I place orders within a couple of days of getting the catalog and there is always things they don't have. Then why put them in your book to sell? I am getting very tired of this company!
I ordered from Woman Within in February. I was just balancing my bank account and noticed a $16.95 deduction for Woman Within. When I checked the website, found an "order" that only listed the $16.95 charge. Said confirmation emailed to "NULL". When I called they said I joined a Rewards Program and have been charged $16.95 a month since March. When I click on rewards on my account it asks me to join! This is unacceptable. I also found attached post from 2021.
I have been wearing these pants (7- Day Knit) for a couple of years and was very happy with them. Due to illness I have lost a lot of weight. Each time I ordered a smaller size the length was fine until a couple of months ago. I now need a 14/16 M-petite. Suddenly the petites are too long by at least two inches. The inseam of the petite used to be 26" - I know this as I measured a couple of my larger size pants. "No" this is not due to shrinkage as I have washed a pair of the newer pants and they are still 28", before and after washing. I have called the company, and I understand that due to illness my I am past the return date. But they keep reading off a script and I get nowhere. No matter what I said she kept giving the same response - word for word. I will either have to have them shortened or donate them. I haven't checked the length of my capris yet but I will before or if I order. One of the CSRs blamed me for them getting longer because I washed them - following instructions - without trying them on first. They will not admit they have changed the length, and I do not have an old catalogs. I am 5'3" and I have not shrunk two inches. If you order these pants, try them on immediately so you can send them back if necessary. I also have one pair that is not only too long but the waist is so tight I cannot wear them even if they were not too long.

Order Date: 04/04/2023. Never received even after I inquired after two weeks. I was emailed that items were returned for refund on 4/26/2023. No explanation given.
Placed an order from this company totaling $25.73. Then had to return it. I chose a gift card so I wouldn't be charged a restock fee. Since I did not receive a gift card in the mail or by email, I figured it would be store credit on my account. When it came time to order and use my credit, there was none to be found. They stated once they issue the gift card and 90 days have passed, the gift card number "disappears' and they no longer have record of any credit. Doesn't matter if you never received the gift card. They conveniently do not add it onto your account for later use. I did not know this. So I am out $25.73 and Women Within has the shirt I returned. What a shady way to do business! The representative was very rude and stated that they did not keep my money, it is floating in space somewhere!
I should've read reviews before ordering here. Looks like I'm not alone who has a problems with returning clothing and getting my money back. It should not be this way, what a shame.
They charge horrendous shipping rates (free would be great) and had a horrible experiences with trying to return items, even saying that they weren't returned or lost. Considering ending my relationship with them even though I have been a customer for some time.

Reconsider ordering from these crooks. I placed an order in October and returned it. They credited my account but refuse to refund the whole amount. They want me to pay 10.99 for returning it. So now their bank is sending me a bill for 228.00. I call the bank and they don't know anything about it. I call woman within and they say there is nothing they can do about it. The quality of their product was less than satisfactory so I sent it back. Now I am dealing with this bill. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company.
This catalog is supposed to be designed for women of a certain age but it doesn't take into account that women of a certain age are women of a certain age. Instead of just being able to go on and get what is seemingly decent clothing, what you get is pushed and pulled around by what seems like great deals but only if you "join their clubs". My mom asked me to place an order for her because her email was constantly flooded from them, they make it super difficult to return anything, their customer service is subpar probably outsourced which isn't always a bad thing but in this case it is. Very very difficult to deal with unfortunately.
I ordered several items. I was charged over $250, the total of my order, at the time I placed my order. I was then charged a second time for the total of my order, over $250. Both are pending on my debt card and therefore, my cash flow is being held accordingly. I called the customer service and was told it is pending and one will be dropped within 3 to 5 business days. I said I know what pending means. I asked why they put two pending amounts on my debt card. No one could answer the why question and just kept repeating that one would be dropped and did I talk to my bank. I asked to talk to a supervisor and no one was available. Therefore, I was transferred multiple times instead. Thank goodness I have money at this point but what if I could not afford a hold like that.
I inherited this catalog from the woman who lived in my apartment before me. Apparently she was a shopaholic who loved to subscribe to catalogs like Woman Within. I am petite and slender and these catalogs are laughable - all the models have my body type but they pose in unflattering, formless and oversized dresses designed to appeal to a big woman demographic.
I have nothing against clothing companies targeting certain body shapes, but honestly, hire some models that actually look like your customers! It's ridiculous looking at these models who would never wear these tent-like clothes without being paid.
I emailed this catalog THREE TIMES to get my address off their mailing list. They ignore me and continue to send me this catalog. Whenever I feel like overindulging in a chocolate sundae, I spread this catalog before me to remind me of what might happen if I were to lose discipline. That's the only use I find for their catalogs.

Ordered two pair pants both size 14/16 petite. One waist too tight one waist way too loose. One leg length ok; other leg length about 5 in longer--too long & length from waist to crotch too long. Material quality not best. When I went to account to return today, that order did not appear on my account. I called & was able to return but cust svc person overbearing poor listener kept jumping in. Used to be my fave pants but quality diminished. I'm done with WW
The company states that it will refund, exchange and help the customer to get what they are wanting to purchase, however they have instigated so many loopholes and restrictions that there is really no customer satisfaction to be had. I have paid more in shipping, returning, restocking and reshipping the correct item than I did for the item. All I needed was a different size. Futhermore, this was all for my mom. I feel like Woman Within is taking advantage of woman. They target the senior demographic and then make it very hard for them to actually get what they need, in the size they need. Etc. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE would I suggest purchasing from this company.
I have made my last purchase with WW. They sent me the wrong items and charged me for the return. The sizes are not standard. This is not the 1st time I have had proiblems. Items not worth the cost and/or hassles!
