We have 3 separate locations with them. One of our locations gets missed quite often.
Their customer service stinks! The company says they have radio dispatch collection equipment, but they can't reach their drivers, so what good is their equipment, if it doesn't work. They don't have a way to reach a real person. They just have an AI who tells you that no one is available or that the office is closed at 3:50-(they close at 5). This is on a Friday, so I cannot get anything taken care of until Monday, which is too late.
Pick a local company- they have way better service, unless Waste Connections buys all the good guys out, like they did here:(
Attached is a picture of the dumpster that was supposed to be picked up on Wednesday (it's Friday) and I have a large Wedding here tomorrow.
Failed to pick up trash on numerous occasions. Called customer service every day for a week. They ended up to be the rudest people i have ever dealt with in my 65 years of life
I live out in a small town and all that ever happens is they'll pick the trash up and then they'll leave trash all the way down the block as seen in the photo. The worst part is, its been happening the whole time since the first year I moved here. AND ILL GET FINED BY THE CITY IF I DON'T PICK IT UP! But isn't that why we pay y'all? To actually take care of the trash problem instead of just dragging our trash down the street? I'm sorry but yalls service is just terrible and not worthy of my money. I'm very disappointed.
Missed pick up and make you wait another week. They are a unreliable and unresponsive to customer concerns. They don't have a damn.
We live in the county and are not part of the contract given to Cleveland City. They took are trash cans and threw them away thinking we lived in the city where the contract is to replace old with new. We have contacted customer service and was told it was not there problem. Your guys threw away my trash cans and you owe me new cans. The cans are atleast $100 a piece.
Request to empty bin fulfilled as scheduled. I called & left message on a holiday - very quick to respond. Customer Sales Coordinator followed up with an email.

This company should be reported to the BBB and and fined heavily for the brain damage of dealing with them. If you have a choice these guys are the absolute worst so avoid at all costs

They are happy to get your money, but are the worst for customer service. They will miss and refuse to pickup your garbage for weeks. When you try to contact them, they will not respond. Stay away from this company as all cost. Any other option is better!
Do not waste your time with these people they are the worst! They will increase your bill monthly then talk rude and avoid your calls save yourself time and go another direction read all the reviews! DO NOT USE THUS SERVICE!

Always on time and courteous. Lisa and her crew are great. Even if I put my garbage can out after they go by they still pick it up.
WORST TRASH COMPANY in Colorado. This is a huge scam, they raise my bill $30-40 every billing cycle I am being changes for than $100 over what I stated with. My neighbors who have been with them for YEARs pay half what I do, I have seen all their bills. Beware if you are a new home owner!
Customer service is trash, sit on phone for an hour+ and they are rude to you. I had one cancel my account and when I made my payment I was charged $40 to be reinstated... DO NOT USE, I pay over $700 a year for one bag of trash a week and recycling twice a month.
Purchased Lawn waste pickup. Never showed for over two months. Made upwards of 8 calls and they refused to remove the service they were not providing due to some policy about having for 6months. Worst experience i've ever had in my life.
Answer: It's a legit company, but they have horrible business practices. No refund for 3 weeks of non service.
