I JUST RECEIVED A CALL TODAY (11/17/25) FROM SOMEONE CLAIMING TO BE FROM HAULLA CLAIMING A LIQUIDATED DAMAGES FEE FROM HAULA FOR $1,072 FOR ITS TERMINATED SERVICES OF MORE THAN THREE YEARS AGO FOR ITS BREACH OF CONTRACT. THE COMPANY STILL OWES US $325.95 FOR OUR OVERPAYMENT. NO ONE HAD RESPONDED TO OUR CALLS FOR MISSED PICKUPS OR TO THE CERTIFIED LETTER WE SENT CONFIRMING ITS FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES. IT GETS ONE STAR BECAUSE THERE IS NO PROVISION ON THIS WEBSITE FOR ZERO STARS.

Instead of receiving support, this company is a source of frustration.
Our trash collection service has been neglected for almost 3 weeks!
Email them and it took 5 days to reply, and their solution was to provide credit without resolving the trash issue. Following that, I contacted them for an entire week, no answer or response to the phone call.

Awful company with customer service that makes AT&T and American Airlines look 5 star. They have missed over 10 business days of trash pick up under CONTRACTED SERVICES. I have called them 20-25 times with no response, call back, or any effort to remediate the situation. They are now screening my calls and have yet to respond to multiple emails. Save yourself the headache and trip to the dump yourself and find another service.

The company is missing a lot of pickup days and not sending any recovery when I complain about the missing pickups. There is no emergency phone number to call out of business days, in case of missing pickups. Contract is for 3 years with high fee, if I want to cancel it.

SIGNED A CONTRACT AND THEY DID NOT RELAY ANYTHING TO THE HAULER. NOW I'M STUCK WITH NO TRASH SERVICE AND THEY CANNOT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS I HAVE. DO NOT USE!

We were contacted by this company several months ago and decided against using them for our waste management as their contract terms were unacceptable in addition to the negative reviews regarding difficulties stopping service and the fact that they are a middle-man for the waste removal. The will not stop calling us. It is harassment at this point.

Do not have high expectations. They will probably give you a similar service to what

Same service at a better price point. So definitely worth changing if you feel like paying

Honestly, not the best, but not bad. Their service is pretty similar to other companies, but I guess I do enjoy the friendliness of the drivers compared to my previous waste collectors who would sometimes act rudely when I was paying to use their services. For Haulla drivers, I can tell they're happy doing what they do.
