I've been using the service for a couple of years now. There were some issues initially but they were helpful in resolving them. I plan to continue using the service as it still works well for me.
I've been saving a good amount of budget for my family business every month for a year and a half now and to be honest, it hasn't been a great experience. However, when compared to the previous service I was using, Haulla has been better at handling compensations when pickups were missed for several days.
There are times when don't pick up the trash once every 3 months. It was a bit frustrating because I couldn't directly contact the waste collection company but it was okay because the manager in charge of Haulla resolve it quickly. Anyway, even if you use the service of another waste collection company, it is the same that sometimes it is not collected. So cheaper is better. There were a few dissatisfied parts but the reason I'm still using this service is that I used to pay about $250 per month but now I only pay $160 per month.
Great service great value. Switched from Waste Management, Haulla offered me about a 20% discount as well as credit for missed pick up. Also it was convenient that I could choose between credit and recovery pick up. I decided to get credit when my dumpster still had some spare capacity and asked for a recovery pick up when the dumpster was nearly full. A representative called and said they will buy out my contract with my previous provider. I was hesitant at first because of the reviews I see online, but my old garbage service was really terrible. I switched over anyway and it was the best decision ever. They never missed any pick ups so far and I am satisfied.
No customer service number. You cannot speak to a human. I have not paid the bill in four or five months yet. I still have a dumpster on my property. They did not service their dumpster so I had to finally call and sign a contract with a new company.

Their driver reported pick up twice without actually picking up. The 2nd time he did that I called immediately to report the incident and ask them to dispatch driver to come back, but they refused. Their driver lied to them about the pick up and changed his story a few times. He told them he picked up, then he told them, gate was closed, then he told them that someone waived him off. They refused to send a representative to investigate. They use VOIP phones, so their telephone communications are not reliable. Overall, horrible service

They contacted me, had me cancel my current services early saying they would pay the early termination fees and handle everything for me. Now months later my current services were cancelled leaving me a bill of over 1000$ with no trash services. Upon trying to reach out to them the phones have been disconnected and no response to emails! BE WARE COMPLETE SCAM!

They just delivered our brand-new dumpsters. It took a while for them to cancel my old service but it was totally worth it. Now saving a lot with them. :)
Initially, I was kind of skeptical of the price that they offer but after one year, it seems like they're the only one in the market that seems to really be keeping to their word. Yes, there's a missed pick up sometimes but I was offered credits to make up for that.
