I am happy that I switched over to Haulla. I should have not wasted so much money in paying my previous provider with all different fees like: fuel, overage, environment, franchise fees and all other fees. Why would you waste money it is only a TRASH! Now I am paying a reasonable amount every month for good trash pick up service. All the best Haulla!

I like the price, but nothing special about their hauling service. There were some missed pick-ups, but their customer service gave me credits when I report it. So that was not that bad.
Do not do business with Haulla. I agreed to get their service on weekly basis and it has been a month since last pick up. Today i have overflown dumpster and i had reached out 3 times this past week. They say they will do their best to get an emergency pick up and they had failed me. TERRIBLE SERVICE
Never experienced such difficult and non-responsive customer service from any company before.
Because of their lack of communication, I have been without a dumpster, piling my trash in a corner of my wedding venue for days.
They call you every minute, once you sign up you never hear back from them. I do not recommend this company, save yourself the stress.

Last pick up was 1st week of May. After that no one came up to pick up. Call thousand of calls left messages. Did so many Emails. Til date no one Show up.
I have been experiencing problems with Waste Management for a long time now and they helped me get out of that nightmare! They bought out my contract and get me good service atleast.
Please do not sign a contract with Haulla. They cancelled my previous service and never delivered a dumpster. I have been going back and forth with them for over 5 weeks. The trash is piling up and I had to pay thousands out of pocket to get it removed. They still do not have a concrete solution for me. My restaurant is shutting down because of the issue. All the jobs it provides will be lost. Please do not fall for this scammers.

Haulla have given our business a very cost effective solution for our waste. Their customer service is quick to respond and help when needed.

This company is the worse. They lied to get me to sign their contract never paid my termination fees and they are impossible to get ahold of. The reps call pretending they are owners of the businesses and they try to get information from companies. Just a bunch of liars i would never in a million years use this company. On top of that, they are event a real company they are just the broker so you never know who is coming to get your trash and you never know when either... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Just work out a deal with your current company its safer and less stressful... im sure the reps who work there are the only people giving this company 5 stars...what a joke
I was phone solicited, promised, sales person annoyingly and persistently called for months! Finally we gave in and decided to give them a try because of all of their promises and they will cover our break contract fees. However, after completing the sign up process and providing all of our information, including our EIN number and etc, after weeks of waiting, we get a phone call and said they couldn't allocate us a dumpster! I advise anyone needing trash service to stay away from Haulla! Now I have to get register again with my original company with god knows how much more we are needing to pay!

Impossible to reach. Failed to provide service for more than a month. Failed to pay off previous provider as promised. Eventually negotiated this myself, paid it off after 5 months of waiting. Eventually was reimbursed for the rate I paid to previous provider. Showed company more than $300 in dump fees for month and a half of not providing service (had to run trash and recycling myself). After explaining this for months they offered a $50 credit. Most disfunctional and inept company I have ever encountered
I've had there service for 6 weeks and been trying to get a pick up from day 1. Customer service is a joke and only ever says 'I'm working on it' with no results.
Haulla did a great job on making me realize how I was being fooled by my previous waste provider. Price are really fixed every month cause I am now monitoring it from time to time. They are doing a great job!
At first, I thought that it was too good to be true, but Haulla really helped me to save up money and gave me a great offer. They never fail to pick up my trash and have given me great service. I am very happy and satisfied with them.
Just so everybody knows, this is just a brokerage, not a real waste management company. You should contact a waste management company directly for better pricing and customer service. This company is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with, we have canceled their contract, three months ago, and they refuse to pick up their dumpsters. Our next steps are to take legal action. They will miss many pick ups, which is detrimental if you run a multi family or commercial business. Your tenants will be very unhappy, and they will degrade the value of your property. Do yourself a favor, spend a little bit more for better service elsewhere.

I have only been with the company a few months and they are awful. They have missed picking up my trash for over 2 weeks and the city is threatening to fine me. Their chat feature is automated and doesn't allow you to chat with preprogrammed responses that offer no assistance. The agent that signed me up is no longer available he will not answer phone calls or emails. Inorder to speak with someone from the company you have to call the sales line and they only have one representative named Clarissa who seems to be helpful but never a resolution. She who works for the company can never find a supervisor or anyone to assist. Please rethink your options for other companies. I honestly don't think the company is real, but they charge my account every month. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY BEWARE.

I am very happy switching to Haulla because they have a great customer service. They don't overcharge and their price is even locked in for 1-3 years. At first I was hesitant because I also see some bad reviews, but with my experience to them compared to other waste pick up companies, for me Haulla is the best!
VERY GOOD AND CONVENIENT, they will delivery a brand new dumpster. Never experienced missed pickups. Very professional.
