Cancled many time still charged us, and they never picked up the bins, and the custamer service is bad over phone or chat, they over charge services, wish there was beter chat, we would like a phone number for the persons that pick up bins, and we where locked out of are account for some resson, and cant try other ways to get into account, And we have tryed to have relitive help us, so forth with, removing are trash they didnt pick up, and that they missed,, next time we help family, they should beleave there family, they asumed, not family couse of a certain calls, shesh

YOU'RE FIRED! Termination of service is effective immediately. Your work performance is an overall failure. Your customer service is non-existent. You were due to pick up April 29,2021 robo call said you would pick up April 30. Driver did not empty tote. He only took a couple of bags from top of tote. I called on May 2, you said will pick up on May 6. Again, driver did not empty tote, only took overflow bags from ground next to tote. I called May 7, you told me you would positively send truck that day. No truck that day, nor the next, nor the next, nor the next... Several missed pick-ups in a row. 20 to 30 minute long wait times to talk to customer service, if you can even reach them. Left voice mail 5 times, no call back. Been with them many years, was a good service provider, not any more, they don't care. Tote has not been emptied in 20 days and counting. Trash piled up and strewn about the alley by raccoons. I sweep and clean up after you every day. Company has become a train wreck. I hired your competitor. Send remaining unused funds to address you have on file.
Once a month we have bulk items picked up by Waste Connections - they always go smoothly no matter rain, snow, or wind. Alyssa in customer service is the best!
We had problems gettingOur trash emptied on rainy days so the customer service lady called Veronica help me get a dumpster did it in a timely way we got a bigger dumpster and she took wonderful care of us I was very pleased how attentive she was great customer service

They did not take my reclycling garbages for weeks and do not offer me any refund. I called them tree times and I am still waiting for an answer.
They are very expansive ( 3 times more than Solar sanitation) and try to screw you up.

I am very upset with this company at the moment. I had a bulk pickup scheduled for yesterday 4/6/21 for a King sized pillowtop mattress. Knowing full well the item needing to be picked up only one person was sent out on the truck. In trying to load it the mattress was ripped leaving pieces of mattress in my yard. The driver was unable to load it himself and left it on the sidewalk/in our yard. 35 minutes later when I still had not received any word as to why the mattress had not been removed I called the company and was told that someone would be by today 4/7 to pick it up. As of 1pm today it still has not been picked up, when my husband called to see what was going on he was told it would not be picked up until Friday. This is extremely unprofessional to change the date on us. When I called just for further communication I was transferred twice before I reached a supervisor, Cole (I believe), he was very condescending while talking to me. He stated that the only reason I was not informed of the pickup not happening was because I called too quickly to find out what happened. I am very dissatisfied with the service that we have received regarding this matter.

Put our trash out this morning then looked outside and our cans are gone along with our neighbors. Called to find out whats going on and Waste Connections is no longer servicing our area. Would have been nice if they let their customers know. This isn't the only issue I've had with them. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Stay clear of them.
I've never had a problem with this company until recently. Now for some reason they don't pick up my recycling. I called after it was missed 2 weeks ago & was told they have 48 hours after a missed pickup. Had to call again the next week when it still hadn't been picked up. No one offered to discount my bill and I never received a call or email from management apologizing. Customer service is shoddy to put it mildly. Now this week it wasn't picked up again. I would switch to another company but the other one in this area also has horrible reviews. If all the drivers are in quarantine or there is some other extenuating circumstance for the poor service they should just say so.
Worse trash company ever, they use to pick up the few trash bags that were left outside your can and then they just simply stopped. I would have understood if they wanted you to pay for an extra can but I wasn't even aware of that option. They don't bother communicating with you when it comes to changes. I called afterwards to complain and they told me my other option would be to get another can but that they would promise to pick up the bags the next week. So after upgrading, they still failed to pick up my extra bags the next wednesday. Of course i called and they said they would promise to expedite picking up my trash and expedite getting me my new can. Nothing was expedited, they simply just lied and on trash day they once again just left my extra bags out in the corner. My wife called them only to be told that I lied on our conversation and that the bags are not even worth the extra can because there are too many. Of course it's too many, you've already denied me 3 weeks of picking them up! This company is unprofessional and instead of helping out the customer they simply just lie and try to make it your fault. They are lucky that there are only a few companies picking up in our area or everyone would have left them by now. At this point, I'll rather pay more for a more expensive company than keep dealing with them. They could have apologized and make things right but that's obviously beyond them.
I canceled May 7,2020. I did not receive service the 14th, 21st nor 28th. They're saying since I got service ONCE there will be no refund for the 3 remaining weeks I did NOT receive service! Be aware!
This trash company has a 50% pick up rate for over a year. I'd like to attach a picture of my truck full of trash that I have to haul to the dump and pay to have to do it. Funny thing though they never failed to get me a bill. Try to cancel it and they put you on HOLD for well... right now its been 20 minutes. (coming back because I am still writing this... its been 30).
The newest thing - they will change the service date on you from Wednesday to Tuesday, like they did to me, and never tell you. No email, no letter, no call, but after 4 weeks of this I ran down the trash truck and asked - they said it was always Tuesday. I am not stupid and I have been putting my trash out on the curb on Tuesday night for a Wednesday morning pickup for 11 months. They say, "nope always been Tuesday." Where are we living? What company runs like this?
Now, I am wasting more and more time just trying to cancel this service, so they don't send me a collection notice. When it was a Wednesday pickup it was still horrible, for instance, after they miss two weeks in a row they will refuse to take extra trash, because you are over your limit. The extra trash THEY missed the week before. This company should be out of business and I am starting today by canceling. NO MATTER WHAT IT TAKES. I'll hire an attorney before I pay them another dime.
I'm going to post this same complaint on social media and everywhere I can until I get a refund and my service canceled. I am sooooo frustrated it hurts. I run an air BNB and my garage now smells like garbage. UGGG, I can't say enough bad things here.
I have had nothing but trouble with this company since it took over my trash services. Their billing was messed up from the beginning and have called every month waiting on hold for at 30 min each time to talk to someone. When I thought it was resolved I would call again the next month because of missed trash or whatever. I paid through April and they have closed my account and claimed that I paid a past due balance. They won't refund my money and won't reinstate my account.
Waste Connections of Missouri horrible service, i have missed pick up trash every second week and if you call for missed pick up trash than they going to charge you extra $15 to send track, unbelievable what bad service they have. They should not be in this business at all.
Commercial business that has been with Waste Connections for years. Last few years the service has gotten terrible. No pick ups, no returned calls, rude drivers, filthy equipment. Customer service is a joke

Multiple excuses for missing pickup, to many bees, car to close - no I wont wait while right in and move it, I see a piece of wood in dumpster ( not allowed) Driver is just lazy - didn't get the $50 bucks I used to give for Christmas SO no service yesterday, To full and it has a piece of 2X4 in it.
I would advise you all to start a community garbage service with members ( not customers) waste connections quickly informed me that they hold the sole garbage contract for our area and would prosecute anyone hauling garbage for hire. So much for free enterprise.
Just an FYI - Waste Connections has been giving me the run around about canceling our service after several months of horrible service, They miss our recycle frequently. When I call, customer service is extremely rude. I am paid through the end of September and getting a run around about a partial refund. I highly recommend staying away from this company.
