2). It was a last minute decision and we didn't purchase tickets prior to the game. I googled Vivid Seats while being in line at TD garden and found two great tickets that I was a little leery about purchasing but I took the chance. It was a great decision. The seats were great and the price was right. Davon was excellent and a huge help. I will definitely use Vivid Seats again.
I found the right tickets a prices cheaper than anywhere else (StubHub, SeatGeek, and the box office) and Kathleen was great help in getting me those tickets.

The website itself had a hiccup about my billing address but the customer service was amazing. Also apparently there's a minimum character count of 100 characters in the box.

He gave me a discount and then gave me information on his website and how I could get a great deal for my next purchase, and even took the time to look up my old orders to give me the numbers so I could get my free ticket. Use Vivid all the time... Love them
The young lady this review is in reference to was very helpful. It seemed she wanted to stay on the phone with me because she kept asking in different ways if there was anything else she could do for me. It made the transaction and the experience of ordering over the phone very easy and definitely convincing to do again in the near future. The representative also had a very sweet sounding voice that was very clear and able to understand. I'm definitely gonna keep her extension for future orders if she is working.
