Just called Vivid Seats to purchase Rangers playoff hockey tickets. I was fortunate enough to get Iyahna as my rep. I had a credit which unbeknownst to me had expired. She helped get me a new credit and she even found better seats than the ones I had picked out. Iyahna was courteous, professional and considerate. She also has a great personality. Kudos to Vivid Seats!

Fast and easy.

Jonothan Anderson made this process very fast and easy. He was very helpful in processing my request and answering my questions. The tickets I wanted were taken before I could get them but Jonothan found me better seats in the second section for cheaper. Overall great experience, I will definitely use Vivid every time now.

I had the best experience! My sales rep, Luis was beyond helpful.
I am surprising my daughter with concert tickets and college football game tickets for her 14th birthday. I want everything perfect! I shared my thoughts with Luis, he hooked me right up! I will most definitely use Vividseats again and will recommend to all my friends! Thank you, Luis!

Had bought tickets from you in the past no problem. I bought tickets for the hockey game order # ******* leafs vs blue jackets on April 9 th These tickets cost me 755.oo $us Section 119 row 11 seat 13 - 14. Drove 4 hrs spent 705.oo $at the Royal York Hotel for the special night only to be told at the door these tickets are VOID My wife and I are 62 and weren't too impressed now I had to buy 2 more tickets if I wanted to see the game since I was there Another 256$ now we're seated in the top row of the arena not nice. Far cry from sitting 11 rows up. When I down loaded these tickets and printed them it came out Winnipeg vs Leafs on Feb 21st 2017 but my Phone if shows Blue Jackets vs Maple Leafs on April. 9th 2017 I had sent e-mail in February to you stating should I be concerned but no reply from you. I trusted that these tickets were Valid just like you trusted me to pay for them You now have my Cash 1026. 99 can but I never got to see the game from those seats. I would like my money reimbursed since the tickets were VOID I really hope you could help me Thanks Chuck Warriner

I bought tickets to the BTS concert for April 2,2017 and had a good experience. I paid for 2 instant download tickets at $370 each with a fee of $106 per ticket, so it was a total of $952. The tickets were emailed to me in less than 5 minutes in PDF format. The price was not listed on the ticket, but the barcode and everything else was in the right order, etc. The seats were GOOD and I was pretty pleased overall with my purchase. With all resellers, there will be a fee, for sure. Some sites are even cheaper, but for the seat selection, they were the best. It was my first time using Vivid Seats and I was skeptical from the reviews, but it all turned out great in the end :) The concert was sooooooo good! :D

Added fees that were not disclosed upfront. Completely unprofessional and oh, did I mention you get the pleasure of a 400% mark-up! RUN... these people are crooks. You'd have better luck on ebay or Craigslist. Oh, and forgot to mention that they charge you $15.80 to EMAIL the tickets (you know, the rising costs of email and all). Don't forget that $111.52 service charge (but this does guarantee your security on the tickets). UNBELIEVABLE!

I was charged for tickets I didn't authorize. I contacted the company before the funds were take from my bank, asking them to cancel the transaction... Nope. They took $367.00 out of my account the next day. Contacted the BBB. Working with my bank to get this fixed. Complete nightmare.

I finally decided to do a bucket list check - bought 6 tickets for a Pirates game in Bradenton - they tacked on an additional $84.00. Please note that you will not see this fee until after you hit purchase tickets, then you will see their huge fee already added on. Filed discrepancy with the credit card company - to no avail. Listen to the reviews folks and DO NOT USE VIVID SEATS

Bought tickets for my daughter's graduation gift. Needed to change e-mail they'll be sent to. Tried to contact "customer service" four times, twice through chat and twice through e-mail. No response of any kind - not even a confirmation e-mail that I contacted them...

I will never. Never. Never trust this site again.

At this point, I don't even feel confident that the tickets exist.

I paid well over 3 times the face value of the tickets for no customer support at all. Hope you don't actually need any customer service. They have absolutely no desire to work with you. Unfortunately, we were unable to make it to NYC because of the snow storm. The theatre was offering a free exchange of tickets for our showing because of the storm BUT only to the people who purchased the tickets. Because I wasn't listed as the person who purchased the ticket, I contacted Vivid Seats and they would not provide any support at all to either get the tickets reissued from the theatre or exchanged. After charging me well over 3 times the price of the ticket, you would think that they would provide some sort of customer service.

I've had great experiences with vivid seats up until now. Once I got to an event I was told my ticket wouldn't scan through their application, I was told to go to the box office so they could print the tickets. At the box office they weren't able to print the tickets because they had already been scanned in their system for the game. Vivid Seats refused to issue a refund even though the tickets I purchased from them didn't allow entry into the event. They said the venue wouldn't know which seats were already scanned in which was an absolute LIE. The only reason they scan tickets is to measure who is sitting where, otherwise venues wouldn't do it. Overall it was unprofessional and a poor business practice to not issue a refund after tickets purchased from them did not work.

I purchased tickets for a concert which they ended up charging me 2x the amount of a regular ticket. They should have some decency and morals and allow people to first purchase tickets direct from the venue and if they are sold out then put them in the secondary market. Feel ripped off, not doing this again. MEH!

Customer Disservice

I purchased tickets for an artist that had two shows in one night. I purchased a ticket for the 8:00 show and was sent a ticket for the 10:00 show. The 8:00 show was booked so they offered a refund or a %20 discount on the later show. I agreed to the discount, but when I was told by venue management that the doors open at 10 and show starts at 12:30 (on a Tuesday night), I changed my mind. I called to see if I could get a refund and they said that under company policy they could not refund the tickets after they I had accepted a discounted price on them. I wasn't happy and I expressed it on a few review websites and they did reach out to me and offer a complete refund, which I am definitely happy about. Misunderstandings and whatnot happen, but I feel that they eventually did their part to rectify the situation.
