Most all of our recent entertainment tickets have been purchased through Vivid Seats. When going directly to a venue you often find all seats are sold out or the selection is very limited. Vivid Seats has a much wider selection of seating options and venue options. The Agent I worked with today (Terrance) was incredibly helpful and patient with my fumbling around for the right credit card. Its a real honest to goodness human being to speak with, who does not make you feel rushed, or stupid or non tech~savy! He was helpful and made me feel like my business was just the best thing that happened to him today!

Tickets at Vivid Seats are way too overpriced than if you bought them at Ticketmaster! I bought 3 tickets to see Kendrick Lamar and they estimate around $300, but I then I tried to find 3 tickets at Ticketmaster just to compare prices, the tickets were way cheaper! They were $160; close to where my seats were when I bought them at Vivid Seats! And now I don't even know if you'll get a free copy of the album like you do if you bought the tickets at Ticketmaster if the concert you bought the tickets to was promoting their new album release!
I found that the person who helped me was very helpful for what I wanted and did her best to help accommodate me with tickets where we could all sit together. She was very professional and pleasant.

I'm getting tickets to a performer that my girlfriend has wanted to see since we started dating (3 years). I finally have the opportunity to take her and as oppose to going back and forth between websites to find a great deal I asked John if he could help me and being a long time vivid seat buyer, he helped save me a few dollars. I know a few dollars isn't much but it's the fact that he was willing to go the extra mile to make this event a bit more special. I sell cars and I can't tell you that I'm grate at what I do because I'm willing to go that extra mile like John.
