Vivid has good prices on so many event, but what even better if you need to contact a sale person and speak in person they are available. Unlike Ticketmaster. This will always be my first pick on buying ticket.

The sales associate who assisted me was very quick and thorough about the tickets I purchased. The transaction took less than 5 minutes. In fact, the sales associate wanted to go to the same game with us. It also helps that our sales associate is our neighbor.
I only order from vivid seats bc they really take care of their customers and truly want to make the customer happy! I unfortunately misplaced my tickets that I received in the mail and called the customer service to figure out what to do. They are working on replacing the tickets for me and have been in contact w me re the status of that answer. While I was on the phone I decided to go ahead and order tickets for my next event. George was super helpful and made sure he had everything correct before placing the order. I couldn't thank him enough!
Do not use this site, they are way over priced. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. STAY AWAY. Go with ticket master or just go to the venue, they charge 4 to 5 times the amount of face value for the tickets. They have a customer satisfaction policy! They will screw you to your disposal satisfaction.
I experienced fantastic customer service! Nick, was extremely helpful with the seat selection and he was very accomodating.The fact that tickets can be purchased before the actual sale date is great! I highly recommend this company and will only use them for future purchases.

Vivid Seats is an easy site to navigate. Their tickets are usually less expensive than StubHub and TicketMasters. They have a rewards program you can join. Once you use them, they offer you discounts for other events. They don't charge you for Etickets, (which you can print yourself at home) like other sites do. Their service people are professional, amiable and very helpful. I spoke to Mike. I have used this site twice now and, so far, I have not been disappointed.

I spoke with Emily over the phone today as I was having trouble ordering tickets online. Emily was extreme polite and friendly and was able to handle my request quickly and efficiently. I called vivid seats to try and get a question answered and I talked to Angle and he answered everything and helped me through the purchase of baseball tickets, which made it easy. It worked out because the seat purchases were separate and the seats all ended up together
