The company's reputation is significantly marred by a consistent pattern of customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues related to ticket availability, inflated pricing, and inadequate customer service. Customers frequently report receiving invalid tickets, last-minute notifications, and a lack of effective support when seeking refunds or resolution. While some users may have had positive experiences, these are overshadowed by widespread claims of fraud and poor service. The overall sentiment reflects a strong caution against using the platform, highlighting a pressing need for improved transparency and customer support to rebuild trust.

I ordered tickets to the Davis Cup a week in advance, and they were E-TICKETS! And I received absolutely nothing, sending frantic e-mails when I woke up on the morning of the event and still realized I had nothing delivered and no way to get help.
I sent two e-mails which were not responded to, and have no way of knowing what will become of me.
Even if the prices are good, don't do it, it's not worth the hassle and you'll probably, like me, just be throwing money away anyway.
UPDATE: I spent several hours on the phone on hold or waiting "for them to call me back" with no response. Finally I called again 1 half hour before the event to hear that, of course, there was nothing they could do. I had already travelled to the venue after being reassured earlier that everything would be well.
To those who wonder: THERE IS NO TICKET GUARANTEE. This is a LIE and I am considering legal action to sue for false advertisement.
CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T CARE: After my fiasco, they promised that they would have a manager call me to apologize and address my concerns, with the utmost amount of simpering placation. They did not call, however, and have not responded to further e-mails.
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY & TIME!
I was going to London and wanted tickets to the Proms. The program I wanted was sold out and the only tickets I could find was from scalpers asking over 80 sterling instead of the 30 sterling original price. Then I found the tickets on Viagogo at face value (30 sterling). Ordered the tickets and they were already waiting for me at the hotel when I arrived. Great seats, perfect price, and I got to see the performance I wanted. Thanks Viagogo.
Realy terrible service
I have sent them the tickets to their office in Madrid in order to be able to sell until the last minute. When i wanted finaly to pick my tickets, nobody reply to me, i sent 5 emails and finaly i went to the address where i sent teh tickets and the office was closed
I lost my tickets, i will put this in knowledge of the police
I¡
I can't make it if they didn't send my ticket on time.
Thank a lot
Viagogo was perfect for Tomorrowland! Customer service answered all of my questions both times I called. I received my bracelet and camping immediately athe entrance of dreamville, it was painless! Definitely will use them again next year. Thanks to these guys we had the time of our lives =D
I recommend it. I got my ticket on time and got in tomorrowland with no problems at all and when I called for assistance cause I printed my ticket twice they sent it to me again so I can get my other bracelet
TERRIBLE - DO NOT USE
I purchased overpriced tickets to Eminem in London and could not go. They charged a huge booking and mailing fee. The only choice I had was to re-sell them on viagogo. Because of the fees they charge - I could only make back half my money when they sold. I changed the address to the new buyer but the tickets I had purchase were not sent out until a few DAYS before the show - almost 2 months after I had bought them. Then I get an email that viagogo had CANCELLED my re-sale - with no warning and no reason given - this was only 3 days before the concert. When I checked my account - I found out the tickets had already been sent to the new buyer. That is right viagogo cancelled my sale after they had sent my tickets out. So now I have no tickets and no money! I also paid to have them mailed to Canada but they were only mailed within London - they kept that money too. I demanded a refund for the tickets and they are now ignoring me! I am out a LOT OF MONEY £325! Stay away - worst re-seller site ever.
Based on my Brazil World Cup 2014 experience, everything worked extremely, with one little exception. One Israeli seller sent the tickets via international priority mail to the USA, rather than UPS or EMS. The delivery took about two weeks. Require UPS only!
Bought tickes for world cup 2014 finals at Rio de Janeiro. Very concerned about reliable tickets and from whom to buy. Received it from viagogo very fast (ups) delivery. The position is superb. Will never forget the experience!
Bought my brother, a long-time Beatles fan, a ticket to the Paul McCartney concert this past weekend. Great seat on the floor in front of stage, a few rows back. Best part was I paid $112 for the ticket and was suprised to learn it was a $251 ticket! My brother raved about the 3-hour show and how great the seat was.
We purchased tickets to Keith Urban concert in Melbourne from overseas and when we received the first tickets they were for the wrong night and cost the buyer $99.00 we paid $183 per ticket.
Waited days for a response to our complaint and were sent another persons tickets for the correct concert however, this time valued at $72.00 each.
We were so cross we visited the venue on the day to complain about Viagogo and to check the e-tickets were going to get us into the concert. They confirmed the maximum price should have been $99.90 per seat for the location of the seats we were given.
They deserve zero stars based on our experience.
Keep well away from this crowd as not only is the admin fee a rort, there is no way of stopping the ticket gouging that is taking place using the Viagogo website.
Heard about Monty Python very late, but was able to get good tickets thru viagogo,
Site was easy to use, and tickets were sent out quickly. We would use them again if necessary!
Very very organized, tickets were delivered very fast.
Absolutely wonderful and seamless experience from viagogo team. Booked tickets to two world cup games at the last minute, and the delivery was quick and efficient, a couple of days prior to the date promised. The experience at the stadium was pretty awesome too,,, so absolutely loved Viagogo.
Keep up the great job guys!
Tickets delivered promptly to a local delivery location. No complaints!
After buying 4 VIP Monty Python tickets in December 2013, I was called by Viagogo who told me that the tickets weren't VIP tickets. They cost well over 1000GBP. I spoke to a myriad of people, majority of whom were extremely unhelpful. After 1 month of negotiating, a fair voucher compensation was reached of 750GBP. I used this to purchase 4 Penn and Teller tickets in May 2014. 2 days before the show, Viagogo called me saying that I couldn't use those tickets and they were willing to give me tickets which were the worst in the venue and no re-imbursement. After speaking with an extremely rude Viagogo employee called Pierre, i finally spoke to the Manager who agreed to a full monetary reimbursement for the Penn and Teller tickets and 750GBP worth of vouchers. I did receive the money reimbursement, but they didn't send me the voucher code. So I emailed them to ask for it, and 3 days later, they sent me a voucher code for 275GBP. 7 months on from using Viagogo for the 1st time, this issue still hasn't been resolved. I'm not sure if their complete incompetence or their lack of response is more infuriating. They are absoultely useless in every sense of the word. They are massively over-priced compared to their counter-parts and they should be avoided like the plague. They have absolutely no redeeming qualities as a business. DO NOT USE THEM!
I bought tickets to a world cup match, got them on time and everything went smooth
It's such a shame other people are having bad experiences with viagogo. I bought a ticket to one direction for less than face value. Ticket was an eticket so I received it straight away (however, I was a bit nervous the ticket was not going to work). However it was all legit, ticket worked and I even saved money. Would definitely recommend! I'll be going to Justin Timberlake soon (with tickets over face value) but that's life sometimes. Hope it all works out!
I bought Eminem tickets for the 12th July 2014, I think the delivery price is ridiculous, after seeing the company being bad named on watchdog I don't feel confident enough I will actually get my tickets.
Has any body received there tickets for this event?
Thanks
Answer: My tickets were real but I was scared the person whose name was on the ticket would turn up with id. A R600 ticket the price on the ticket which we were not told ended up being twice that. Would I use them again? NO
Answer: So frustrated surely there must be something we can do, surely this is not legal?
Answer: For is it was a total con. They showed prices in HK dollars and then charged in US dollars. We paid $4000 US dollars for two Madonna tickets. There's literally no phone number on their site and it's impossible to get in touch with customer service. Don't buy tickets here. You'll be sorry. They even charged us $500 for a service fee. Really insane!
Answer: Hi Bryan! Viagogo is a ticket marketplace that allows individuals to buy and sell tickets for live events. Once you purchase with viagogo you are covered by our guarantee: http://www.viagogo.co.uk/landingpage/1044610 Kind regards, Ana
Answer: No they don't. I will never ever make any purchase frm viagogo and I will warn you not to. They deducted my money from my back without my acknowledgement in Dec and guess what, I received the same email frm them that they will be deducting the amount from my bank again due to me not able to produce the ticket. My reason is that event organiser close down my seating section. Ended up have to go thru my bank to get the money back from them. They are the worst.
Answer: If in doubt, always try and pay by credit card so have a certain amount of protection/insurance. There's a lot of fraudulent ticket sales going on all over at the moment, so do your homework, read reviews and always use a secure method of payment if you decide to proceed.
