Went to see Netherlands v. Spain at Amsterdam ArenA and bought tickets about 2 days before the event while we were already in the Netherlands, using a US credit card. I was able to print the tickets myself and everything went off without a hitch, but it would have been nice to know exactly where in the section we would be sitting (smack in the middle of the very last row of section 405) before buying the tickets. Still, it was nice to be able to get in to see the game.

My son brought two very expensive tickets to Ed sheeran for her birthday as a surprise. They drove 5 hours to the concert only to get there on the night to find out their tickets didn't even exist they had been scammed. Thankfully the staff at Rod laver were fantastic and found them two tickets but it cost them another $200 after intitually paying $500 for VIP tickets. Absolutely disgraceful...

Purchased 2 tickets to Basketball and 2 tickets to Billy Joel concert in March at MSG before we left Australia for USA. E tickets arrive when they said, no problems at concert or basketball and they were excellent seats. We would have happily paid a lot more for the one and only time I will ever see the ultimate entertainer. He was fantastic.

I agree with many of the negative comments about Viagogo on this site. Compared to other ticket sites I have used in the States, they were unhelpful and did not deliver to their guarantee. I had purchased tickets to a Bayern Munich game for myself and my grandson. They indicated they would have the chosen tickets to me in time for me to get a game day tour of the Allianz Arena (you need a game day ticket, plus the need to purchase tickets for the tour from the Arena). Delivery did not work - I was refunded the price of delivery, but in the end had to abandon the tickets we had for the tour (lost money). We had to stand in a long line of ticket buyers the day of the game in an out of he way place to retrieve our tickets. Finally the tickets were not in the section we requested. Having gone to Munich from New York to see the game, there was not a lot I could do in spite of spending over 1,000E for the two tickets. Viagogo's response to my concerns indicate they did not even really read my communications. I doubt I will ever use them again.

I bought tickets to Real Madrid v. FCB in Barcelona and everything went perfectly. I received the tickets well in advance of the game. We flew to Barcelona from NYC and had no issues using or accessing the tickets. Thanks Via Go Go!

My son is a big soccer (football) fan. We planned a trip to Spain for his spring break. In January, I bought 3 tickets via Viagogo to watch the Real Madrid vs. Levante on March 15th. It was easy to purchase the tickets online and I immediately got a confirmation email from Viagogo. A month later, I received another email confirming the date/time of the game. Then a couple of days before the game, I received a third email with detailed instructions on how and where to pickup the tickets. On the day of the match, we followed the instructions, got the tickets (the pickup location is about 10 minutes walk from the stadium), and went to the game. We thoroughly enjoyed the game and it was one of the highlights of the trip. I will definitely use Viagogo again in the future.

Bought 2 really cheap tickets for champions league (Bayern - Shakhtar) 2 months before the match... they were for business class seats...

Tickets were sent a week after the purchase, and i got them 2 days after sending...

So that means i have had tickets for my match 2 months before the game... i was over the moon... because i have read all the bad comments here so i thought that i wont get it until 5 days before the game... then i thought that they might be fake... because its too good to be true...

Not just that i have bought them for really good price, got them 2 months ahead, i even got upgraded to even better seats!

When i got to Allianz Arena i was so afraid that i was fooled and that the tickets were fake... and when i got in... i was so happy...

This was the best thing in my life so far... i had the time of my life...

I recently purchased tickets listed as 'Row 2' of their respective section at the upcoming soccer game between Barcelona and Rome in Melbourne this July.

Once I had completed the transaction, I was immediately sent a link to download tickets. The tickets were listed a ROW R - a far cry from the Row 2 that i was promised and paid for.

After sending an immediate message to Viagogo, I was told to wait 48 hours for a response. Almost one week later, I have heard nothing back.

I simply would not have purchased these ticket had i known they were not going to be Row 2 - and am incredibly disappointed with the situation that I now find myself in.

Update: After over a month, I received a phone number that actually connects with Customer Service. After 2 calls and multiple emails, they gave me a refund accepting their fault for not providing a telephone number that I could call to resolve the issue.

Original: I purchased tickets for the May 2015 Katy Perry concert in Singapore from viagogo. They promptly charged me but but never sent any receipt, confirmation or information on ticket delivery whatsoever. 3 inquiries were sent but I just repeatedly get their useless automated response including a telephone number that doesn't connect either. I ask for a phone number I can call from Singapore and they keep sending me the same automated response with the same information. I smell complete fraud.

Purchased tickets to Barcelona vs Malaga game in Barcelona on February 21,2015. Was very nervous about authenticity of tickets due to other reviews on site but decided to try. We really wanted to see the game. Tickets were exactly as stated. We were able to print tickets from email. Seats were exactly where they stated they were. There was a change of date on game and Viagogo notified us a few weeks before and asked that we confirm we received the change information. All in all a great purchase.

OMG! I am so glad that this place exists. I got the best price on tickets to see Billy Idol at The Cosmopolitan, keeping in mind that floor tickets were sold out through The Cosmopolitan. I paid face value plus the same fees that were actually being charged. Thank you.

I booked my tickets for FCB vs Malaga almost 3 weeks in advance. Their site kept saying i would receive my tickets once they are available (1 week).

4 days before the event they send me an email that they need my hotel address to drop the tickets, while i booked the tickets thinking they were e tickets (Which is what they claimed)

2 days before the incident they tell me that my tickets are available online and i could download them. I download the tickets but when i reach the stadium i am told that they are fake!

I called customer service but they put me through an horrible experience. They were in constant denial that they didnt do anything wrong. I lost 10 mins of my match.

They still are lying that they have sent me the tickets by email. But i dont have any email.

Whats worse in all of this is that they didnt identify that the tickets were wrong. Only when i called them that they realised it. They then said that they would email me the tickets and i need to go to another hotel to print them out!

Nuts! The match was to start in ten mins and they wanted me to travel to a different place in barcelona and take the tickets from there!

Never in my life am i going to trust them on tickets! Never.
