Wouldn't accepted my name in the final online booking system. Missed watching my icon play at roland garros on centre court. I had 6 opportunities to buy tickets. Each time same problem. I did check log in details and all was correct. And typed in everythinf the way that was in instructed.
In this day and age as far as I concerned a system like this is very flawed and should not be allowed to handle high class events.
And being able to pay\get paid with PayPal makes everything better.
I have used Viagogo several times from the U.S. to but tickets to concerts in London. I am an air crew member and frequently don't know until the last minute if I can attend an event. I have booked both online and over the phone and have always had very satisfactory service. A few years ago at the Take That Progress tour when we went to pick up our tickets we were treated to t shirts, hats and French fries from the girls working the tickets desk. Always a pleasant experience.

I had a blast going to the OL game against Bordeaux. By accident sat in the wrong seat (but in the end was a blessing since it was a better seat somehow) but got to see the game itself. It was an amazing atmosphere something that I will never forget since it was my first time in the Stade de Gerland. The atmosphere was electric and the seats that I sat in (which is the same area that my ticket was apart of) was fantastic right behind my favorite team's bench. This site helped me have one of the best experiences of my trip so far and would do it again when they come back next season.

I bought tickets for a Real Madrid bs Malaga game. I received an email saying I would pick up the tickets the day of the game at a nearby hotel. The hotel was easy to find, close to the stadium and very clearly marked with where to go to pick up the tickets. Once in the hotel, the Viagogo staff was extremely helpful and was able to pick up the tickets with very little wait. The drop off process (I was buying someone's seats who had season tickets) was quick and easy. I would definitely buy tickets through Viagogo again.
