Every review I've read basically say the same thing that they haven't got tickets or tickets have been fake.

I want to give then ZERO STARS! I bought a ticket 3 months before the event but was told 3 days before the concert that they could not secure tickets. Brought tickets to see Love Actually in Edinburgh and we live in Reading. This was for my wedding anniversary. Tickets originally brought were in decent seats. Booked hotel and flights, baby sitter and dog sitter. Got to Edinburgh and the dreaded email came through saying the seller had no access to the tickets we purchased. Then we called and was told the seller had sold them to someone else, My question was why did they sell tickets they did not have. Told they would work on replacements. Got offered other tickets which was not in better seats but okish so said ok take them, dreaded call came through saying they could not get them as well. So they would work on getting more. This was 2 hours before the show.
3rd time lucky and they offered us tickets in row K still not better than we originally purchased but ok we thought we take them as we had paid out so much to go. Tickets came over and to our surprise when we got to the venue we had the back row - nowhere near the standard of the originally tickets. We were displeased and thought how much were these back row tickets, found out they were £30 per ticket and we paid £174 for 2x tickets nowhere near the original standard of our seats we brought. Watched the performance and thought to speak to customer service, they are still investigating and I have chased with calls and emails, they have responded but as you can guess frustration is setting in. After explaining the situation over and over again I had one of their customer services representatives laugh at my expense and then send I am sorry. Real professional... I will be taking this legal as they have broken trading standards selling tickets they have not got. They also supplied tickets of less value than we paid.
Looks like purchase tickets for as cheap as they can, false advertise them for half decent tickets then say the seller can't supply so hear have these which are the worst tickets. You only realise when you turn up to the event.
They said better tickets and only issued the tickets once we were there so to late to do anything.

I bought 2 jay Chou Sydney tickets from viagogo. Now I can't go so I hit the relist button and since I bought it from viagogo I thought there won't be any problems. Now they tell me I can list the tickets I bought from them. Face value of these tickets o found out was approx $100aud I paid $514 AUD. I would say this site is poorly managed and is on the verge of being a SCAM! Do not buy from them as you may as well flush your money down the toilet. They don't give a damn about you. They just stop replying like most internet scammers.

I purchased tickets, set up the profiles as they required them to be, kept in touch with them advising the tickets had been transferred and they respond quickly to any queries but merely to fob you off. They replied saying they are following up and that Ticketmaster will issue the tickets and that I would get an email. I was told to check my junk/spam folder and to ensure the email addresses were the same address that I had registered with. I did do this, both profiles were the same. On the day of the event they were uncontactable locally so I called their UK office only to be told that the tickets had been transferred. I would not have kept contacting them if I had the tickets. I followed up regularly daily and did everything I was told to do to find the tickets until I realised what was happening. I even showed them screen shots of my profiles and emails. I repurchased tickets directly with Ticketmaster and attended the concert. There was a whole empty block of seats in the block I believed I had bought tickets for. Viagogo refuse to honour their "guarantee". Ticketmaster informs me that they do not have an agreement with Viagogo. It was an awful experience

I've booked 2 tickets to match event, they keep me waiting to the day before the event with same reply to all my claim and then they send me the tickets that should be category 1, when I reach event, I found myself away from the category I booked since they charge 100% more than advertised price of official tickets for the front side of the category.
At the end of the day, I paid the highest price for the best seats receiving tickets for a too far away seats.
They always keeping the tickets to the last moment, so you don't have any options to claim for refund.

Upon asking for refund, viagogo reply was that they don't have control on free tickets. The whole event was free to attend, it's not few "free" tickets. Avoid viagogo

I purchased 4 tickets at a total of 1k about 1 year before the Lizzo concert was expected to perform. Within weeks of the concert Viagogo canceled my tickets claiming the vendor could not provide the tickets and there was nothing comparable. I was annoyed, because these tickets were for a best friend's birthday, which was a surprise for the birthday girl. I purchased pink concerts tickets. Regular price 110€ each, sold price 174€. 50% higher (and the event is not even sold out yet). My fault was to not see that those guys are NOT official retailers but some privte $#*! company that drags out money of clients...this was the first and the last time to do business with such a criminal bunch of people. Additional there is no possibility to write servce or give tickets back. They should name themselves "EBAY2" or similar, that would make everything clearer to 1st(and last)time customers...
