It's a total scam, we bought 4 tickets for Harry Style Mexico 6 months ago and they didn't deliver the tickets.
We already call them several times and nobody answers us or gives a solution.
They practically stole our money.
We were charged over $146 for two tickets that cost $20 each, plus a small fee and taxes. In other words, we paid almost three times the cost to purchase these tickets ($54 vs. the $146 they charged. Called and they said that was their price and you have no recourse. Will never purchase again from them! Lesson learned...
My credit card was charged immediately the day in August that I bought tickets. As of 1:00 pm on the day of the show in November - still no tickets. "Customer care" (ha!) said they would be expediting my request to the "seller." I told them I was cancelling the order and wanted a refund as it was now too late for travel to the venue. The agent dutifully and non-commitaly said she was passing along my request to "the relevant department." One hour before curtain, ignoring my request, an email arrived with a link to my tickets. I am now awaiting word about settlement per their "guarantee." I hope to post again with an update but preparing to alert my bank to report a breech.

I paid the highest price for what I expected to be the best seats for the Sukhishvili National Georgian Ballet performance. Got the tickets, and the company's charges were more than the cost of tickets themselves. And the seats turned out to be the worst seats in theater - the furthest row away from the stage and in the corner. Never using this company again and will advise everyone I know to stay away. I hope they don't stay in business much longer.
I ordered 3 tickets for a Turkish süper lig game. Viagogo required three passolig cards so that the ticket provider can send them there. I provided all personal details and passolig cards. Until the day of the game the customer service kept telling they have a problem but they are not be able to call me due to wrong number possibly which can't be true because I have received a phone call of them before and I sent the number again too. Still no one called me but claimed to try it. We missed the game because they couldn't solve the problem. They even tried to blame me for it and then it all startet: I always talked to another customer service person like that: they say I didn't sent all of the passolig cards... I told them it's not true and proved it... they told me I didn't give the passolig card number... I told them I did and proved it... next email they said the numbers were wrong... I told them impossible because I have sent pictures of the passolig cards... and so on and so on... now since 3 weeks and 44 emails later I stil haven't received my money back, no even worse: the last email they sent me they asked me if I finally received my tickets... for a game two weeks ago... it's so stupid and I hope these scammers get in jail
I purchased the ticket through them. Never received my ticket and they didn't return money back.
They are pirate and don't trust them. After I used my credit card there was suspicious activity right after that. So my bank freezed my card and sent q new one. Real mess. I wish I could give them 0 star.
Bought premium tickets months before the show and only after multiple emails did they send the cheapest tickets on the market and not the premium tickets we had ordered. These were only a fraction of the price we paid. Basically they will tell you anything to get your money and then hide behind the no refunds policy.

Please please please do not buy tickets using this website. In my opinion as seems to be the opinion of every person on these review sites this company cannot be trusted, There customer service is appalling. Whenever you ask the call centre a question they don't want to answer they just go silent for long periods of time. When I received a call from someone called Alan, who claimed to be from a call centre in Switzerland, with the number showing up on my phone as being from London, yes its as dodgy as the accent which definitely wasn't Swiz sounding, as was the previous person I spoke to called Daniel. They refuse to answer any questions, Alan just kept silent for very long periods of time I'm guessing in the hope I would put the phone down, then after very long periods all he kept repeating was that they were a legitimate company, and there policy was they would not do any refunds. This was the only answer I could get despite me asking a completely different question. Martin Lewis who we recognise as a sound financial advisor states on his website not to buy tickets from these people. I was trying to buy Lewis Capaldi tickets after ticket master sold out in about 2 minutes, I looked online and found tickets that were advertised at £115 each (3 x times the original price I found out later) when I went through to the payment I was charged £286 for two tickets. Its only after buying them that I realised I was buying from a 3rd party. I am sure that some people, maybe me will end up receiving their tickets but from my experience of speaking to the call centre and from the horror stories that are on all of the review sites you may as well take your money to the casino and put it all on green on a roulette table. Whenever you ask for your money back all they ever say is that you can re-sell the tickets on there website, which would mean to get my money back I would have to overcharge the next poor person as this legitimate company has already added a large fee when I bought the ticket. DO NOT BUY from this LEGITIMATE COMPANY!
They don't care for the ticket purchasers well being. All they do is promote scalpers to buy up and sell tickets for 3 times the price. I accidentally used their service because I am travelling in Thailand and just used the first site promoting the concert I wanted to go. Which just so happened to be Viagogo, the scumiest site of them all. Do yourself a favour and learn from my mistake, DO NOT USE VIAGOGO.
I would never purchase tickets through this merchant. Your credit card is charged immediately and the products will not be delivered until three days before the event. That timespan can have many consequences to the buyer if items are not delivered as expected.
This company scammed me by selling me tickets that were at a very inflated price. I got to the venue and found out the tickets cost $18 and they sold me tickets for $235 for two tickets. They used language that was untrue and misleading about the venue and claimed the concert was almost sold out, flat out lying. Do not support this company, there are other ways to buy tickets.
You purchase the tickets and then you wait for them to arrive. But they never do... If you contact them and ask 'why they have not sent them' they will then say 'cancel the order' and then they will tell you 'you will lose your money' then they add that they 'will resell the tickets' that you have bought and never received. What a disgusting POS company. I also demanded a transcript of the conversation under the GDPR (everyone should do this since they are recording you) and they of course blew this off as well. How are they even in business?
This is honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with. I never received the tickets I purchased (!), and then when I tried to sell them on, I then got DOUBLE charged for selling tickets because I couldn't pass on the tickets (that they never sent me). I frantically called their company and spoke to customer service upwards of 10 times (I am not kidding) and emailed their customer service helpline. Everyone was incredibly unhelpful and read from a script. I submit all my evidence upwards up four times and still was denied any compensation. I have lost 205 GPB with them and will never be using them again. I feel incredibly upset and outraged, because it is not for a lack of trying to resolve this problem that I was not refunded. In essence, they absolutely robbed me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I took a chance on ViaGoGo and I shouldn't have. This was absolutely the worst service I've ever received from a ticket seller.
I tried to purchase a parking pass to a football game at the stadium lots. What they sent me was a parking pass to some restaurant down the streets that ran a shuttle service.
Several reps didn't seem to understand the difference. They refused to provide an actual parking pass or a refund. I'll never buy from them again and everyone should stay away.
I have purchased a tickets on 6th June 2022, the ticket were supposed to be sent to the address i gave until the 26 September 2022.
I got email confirmation that the purchase approved.
I have call a week before the 26th to make sure all is ok, I got a confirmation verbally and by mail that all is ok.
On the 27th as I didn't get the ticket I call again, I got an answer that the tickets can even arrived 24hours before the concert.
Two hour after that I got an email, that my order was cancelled and they are happy told me know that the refund process was a success.
I took all my family (six people), flight, accommodation, transport etc.'

If I could give zero stars, I would. Compony said we were supposed to received two tickets to a conceit tonight never got them! Called numerous times and emailed to no avail. Asked to speak to manager... no manager. Company is a joke just wanting to take your money. They keep mentioning "Terms and conditions"... these people are thieves! Buyer beware! I was able to secure 3 tickets for the AbuDhabi Grand Prix and received a confirmation by email that all is well. A few minutes later I receive another email stating that my purchase was cancelled and asked me to buy them again. I tried, but to my surprise the price had doubled for exactly the same places. I settled for cheaper ones, paid, purchase confirmed also, only to receive 2 days later that it was cancelled and one more time asking me to try again only to find that the prices have increased. What a scam!
Answer: My tickets were real but I was scared the person whose name was on the ticket would turn up with id. A R600 ticket the price on the ticket which we were not told ended up being twice that. Would I use them again? NO

Answer: No they don't. I will never ever make any purchase frm viagogo and I will warn you not to. They deducted my money from my back without my acknowledgement in Dec and guess what, I received the same email frm them that they will be deducting the amount from my bank again due to me not able to produce the ticket. My reason is that event organiser close down my seating section. Ended up have to go thru my bank to get the money back from them. They are the worst.
