I was suppose to go see alicia keys tonight but viagogo would not send my tickets and lied and said they were already sent. So sad to be scammed by this company. Ive called everyday for a week and they would lie and say it was being handled. DO NOT USE - SCAMMERS

I am so incensed that I must warn others (I would give no stars if I could). I bought tickets to the Last Night of the Proms which has been CANCELLED due to the very sad passing of the Queen. Despite confirmation on the website that the event is not going ahead, Viagogo are insisting that as the word "cancelled" isn't being used, it could be postponed! I have therefore written to the Albert Hall who have immediately confirmed back to me the event is cancelled. I cannot believe on this day of tremendous sadness I am fighting to get the refund I am entitled to on cancellation. Never again and I am disgusted.

Purchased overpriced tickets to Red Hot Chili Peppers, the concert was cancelled a few hours after I placed the order. I immediately requested a refund, but got a response saying that they needed to get information from the promoter first. A month later I requested a refund again, but got a response saying the concert was not cancelled, just postponed, and that I could post the tickets on their site, but could not get a refund. I tried to reason with them several times, but just kept getting the same response. After a month of giving them opportunity to be honest, I finally just called my credit card, and they forced Viagogo to refund the money.

This kind of business should not be tolerated, by any of us! Avoid this business at all costs, and if you get stuck in their loop of lies, just have your credit card take care of it.

When I bought concert ticket to viagogo it says nice view it turned out the cheapest ticket in that venue,. I was overcharged ticketmaster is way cheaper than this website, Viagogo is a third party reseller. It is also difficult to communicate or get in touch with them because I cannot print the ticket or open them in my email. I'm not tech savvy so I asked the guy from ticketmaster which was very helpful to help me print out the tickets from my email, they even warned me next time please do not buy in this website. You don't know if this website is legit or not. Next time I learned my lesson I will look for the reviews in sitejabber first.

This is a scam company. Promised to deliver tickets for a sports event but havent. Needed to contact them 8+ times to make them understand the error was on their side.
Offered a 20% refund that is extemely low compered to the money I have paid and the event I could not attend fully on their responsability.
Level of customer understranding is 0 with no willingness to serve the customer and escalate the issue to a supervisor.
Hope to be out of business soon.

I purchased tickets to a concert in Nashville Tenn. Three months in advance. Concert was scheduled for August 28th 2022. Informed me my tickets would not be available until August 25th. That date came no tickets. Talked to 5 different people about the issue. They said they couldn't guarantee my tickets. Seller had't released tickets. In other words selling tickets they didn't have. Tried to find suitable replacement tickets with no luck. After six hours on the phone they showed no remorse about my situation. Lost $400 dollars on hotel. Had to cancel by August 24th to get refund. This company takes no responsibility for anything and could care less about their customers. Do not purchase tickets from this company. Sell tickets they don't have.

What a bunch of thieves, why is no one investigating this fraudulent site?
A few years ago it seemed to work ok, they have fallen apart.

Bought tickets for Coldplay on 13/8 at Wembley stadium. Every bit of communication said tickets were for 13/8. Not till we got to turnstiles did we notice tickets were for 20/8. Called viagogo and even though they had confirmed they had tickets for 13/8 they could not and did not email them to us. Got our money for tickets back but not train fare, hotels etc. Will never use again. Absolutely useless.

The ticket I bought was called Burning Man - Week Pass. What came was a vehicle pass, no personal entry. I tried to get a ticket I could use, they said the one I received was "valid" and so they couldn't give me a different ticket. I asked for a refund, same answer: no. I lost $878, will never use them again and advise extreme caution.

Do not trust Viagogo! This company stole $100 for me. When I went to the venue, Pier 17, to see Blondie I was not permitted to enter because Viagogo never sent me the tickets. Total scam-total fraud! I was instructed at the box office call via gogo which I did. I called five times. Each time they said they would send the tickets to my email which they never did. They even said they would call me back in 10 minutes. By the time the concert started I was so upset that when I called and asked for a refund they said they would. I had to go to my bank to get a refund and to dispute the charges.

Bought tickets to a Willy Nelson concert in June 2021 for an August 2021 concert. Concert was rescheduled three times but never CANCELLED. Concert then rescheduled for Saturday August 6,2022. One day before concert Viagogo sent an email that seller could nit provide the tickets I originally purchased. Requested a refund. Now Viagogo will not process a refund for the $379.70 that i paid. Their excuse is that they cannot process a refund back to my original credit card that I used to pay for the tickets. Spoke to three customer service reps in a week period and all had the same story. They wanted me to provide another payment method in order for them to refund my money. One method was to provide my bank account number and it also required my social security number as well. Once they had this they would process a refund after a ten day period. This went on each time I spoke with them. As far as i am concerned Viagogo is nothing but a SHAM and scam artist. I now realize I will never see my refund. I sincerely hope other people read this review and refrain from making any purchases from Viagogo.

They charge 150% more then advertised price of official tickets with no money back guarantee. If concert is canceled they label it as postponed for unlimited time. I bought tickets for Rage Against the Machine and when they canceled tour and said that all fans should get their money back Viagogo did not return money. Just labeled tour as postponed. Since when? 2050?!? Avoid avoid avoid. Please do not buy tickets from them even if you want to go to that concert so hard. I am just one of hundred thousands of victims. Be warned.

I paid for BlueJays tickets and they accepted payment but did not provide the tickets. There is no one to talk to and the email customer support gives you automated responses. No way to request refund and not way to get the tickets I paid for online.

We thought we were buying Kenny Chesney tickets from the venue directly but instead it was from Viagogo. They were terrible to deal with. Finally on the morning of the show, after many attempts to contact them, we were told that the seller couldn't produce the tickets. We spent almost 600 for floor tickets and were offered lawn seats plus 30 for our troubles. We finally traded our 600 for 2 tickets in the pavilion but a long way from the floor. If you see the name Viagogo you would have a better experience putting a match to your money. Only wish I could give the a 0 rating.

I have recently bought tickets for two shows and both were invalid, Viagogo is straight up a scam.

Customer service is so poor they really hadn't gotten touch with me yet.

Charged in US dollars, not NZ as expected... paid more than double, viagogo say they can't help me...

I purchased tickets to see Missio in L. A. July 30th. The show was postponed and rescheduled for a date I can't attend. I called Viagogo and they told me sorry, no refunds! They instructed me to sell the tickets on their site, BUT the event is not listed on their site! Don't waste your money with these scam artists.

This website its run by scalpers. They will overcharge you by at least 50% as was my experience. I ordered the tickets as a gift not realizing i was being overcharged until my husband pointed it out the tickets were much less than i paid. Avoid being scammed and don't buy from here.

I bought tickets for a concert back in 2020 due to Covid they had to reschedule twice, totally understandable. What's not understandable is how my seats got worse and worse with the rescheduling. I have tried multiple times to sale my tickets ( since a refund is not available) now since I don't have my tickets I am getting charged for the unfulfilled sale of my own tickets. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SCAM
