I bought tickets for a concert back in 2020 due to Covid they had to reschedule twice, totally understandable. What's not understandable is how my seats got worse and worse with the rescheduling. I have tried multiple times to sale my tickets ( since a refund is not available) now since I don't have my tickets I am getting charged for the unfulfilled sale of my own tickets. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SCAM

If there were negative stars, that is what I would give Viagogo. They allowed a seller to advertise his tickets as "ROW 1" of GA Floor. I purchased these for my friend who recently had her leg amputated so that she could sit or stand and still see the concert. I was hopeful she could have a good experience at Billy Strings. However, all the tickets I received were General Admission. I attempted to explain this to Viagogo several times but always received automated letters that indicated NO one was understanding or looking at the items I sent them. Sadly, I was scammed by their seller. And they did nothing to help resolve the issue other than encourage the seller to transfer the tickets which were falsely advertised on Viagogo's site, and sold for a PREMIUM. My friend never got to go to the concert.

Bought tickets (at high cost) on Viagogo for a concert that was rescheduled for a date we couldn't make. Tried to re-list tickets on Viagogo site to be told that they wouldn't accept the tickets that they had sold us i. E. tickets were fake and the transaction was fraudulent. Now trying to get our money back - every mail gets a standard automated response but no action taken, phone calls put on hold for hours while they "investigate" and promise to call back and never do. Do not trust this company, they take your money and run. Terrible terrible service, will never ever use them again.

I recently purchased a ticket at viagogo for a friend in Brazil and I realized it was available only as a paper ticket right after I bought it. I immediately regretted purchasing it, knowing that the post office system in Brazil is not trust worthy. The Fedex in Brazil said the ticket was delivered, but it was nowhere to be found. Viagogo said they would investigate to see what happened and all they did was tell me to contact the post office in Brazil and provide them with the tracking number. I already had this information and it was NOT helpful at all. I called back viagogo a couple of times to hear from them that nothing could be done because the ticket had already been delivered. The concert is this Saturday (Aug 06) and I'm heartbroken that my friend whom I bought the ticket for will not be able to go. And I lost $200. I WILL NEVER USE VIAGOGO AGAIN TO PURCHASE A TICKET AND I RECOMMEND YOU DON'T EITHER! They cannot do anything if the ticket gets lost in the mail or is not delivered to you.

Wanted to buy tickets for Be'lakor. Viagogo wanted $105 per ticket. Went to Moshtix got em for $35 each. Don't buy from Viagogo check other sites first!

Seller canceled our tickets and viagogo won't get back with us. Customer service says to email them, but they never respond. Reporting this to my credit card for help.

We put up some tickets to sale for the Pearl Jam concert. Before walking into the venue and in the venue we kept checking to see if they sold… THEY NEVER SOLD! Never got an email that they sold. Two days later we get that they were cancelled. Now they're trying to charge me the fee because we didn't "deliver" the tickets to an alleged buyer … we NEVER got any communication that they were ready to get the tickets and that there was even a buyer! They're complete bull$#*!' don't use their website. Fighting a claim now with my credit card department. They're liars and chests … the lady in customer service was completely clueless …I kept asking her for proof of the tickets being sold and she kept giving me the run around.

Horrible. Never got my tickets now im out $750. Could not understand the accents when id call customer service. This site isacompleye scam.

We ordered Adam Lambert tickets on December 15,2019 in the amount of $838.14 or EURO 748.53, which was to take place in May 2020 at the Ziggo Dome during a trip booked to Amsterdam. The event was rescheduled twice.
I tried to get a refund and was unable to do so, because the event was rescheduled rather that cancelled.
The concert was eventually scheduled for July 2,2022 in the Ziggo Dome. We decided to book a trip and attend the concert. We bought airplane tickets and booked hotels for the night prior to the concert and the night of the concert.
On June 29, we received an email to let us know how to contact you for last minute issues. On July 1, we had not received our tickets and called viagogo. Their representative ensured us that the tickets would be there in 5 hours. On the morning of
July 2, we had no tickets and we called multiple times to sort this out. We never received our tickets.
This left us not only with the loss of our tickets and the experience we were looking forward to, but also with losses on money/miles spent on flights, hotels. International telephone calls and incidentals, and a significant loss of time and enjoyment.

The company refunded us in Euros and we got less than current exchange rate and lost over $100 in USD, while they held our money for 2.5 years.

Yesterday (11 July 2022) I nearly bought tickets on Viagogo for Swan Lake at Artscape, Cape Town – performance date 13 July 2022. Luckily I phoned the theatre and was told that the ballet was postponed until 2023 and not to 'go near that site'.

Awful company- fraudsters - do not use ever! Please don't be tempted to use these liars, they have taken my money and not given me my tickets. I've talked to at least 20 people and they just lie to you they are investigating the matter, but then they just forget about you. They have brought me to tears - Rolling Stones, Hyde Park 2022, travelled all the way to London, 2 hours before the concert and I still have no tickets. FRAUDSTERS, LIARS, CONMEN, CRIMINALS!

They advertised For DJ Black Coffee Hi Ibiza and they charged 3 times more than actual ticket sales, they charged me €156.57 euros while the ticket price is €60-70 euros, I was shocked when I saw ticket price when I arrived at Ibiza, please please people, DO NOT BUY tickets via Viagogo, they are ripping people off, I hope the owner of Viagogo pays for ripping people off

I purchased 2 Concert Tickets for Backstreet Boys performing in Houston TX 6/14/2022. Tickets did not exist and I found that out the day of the concert at the venue's door. Since I purchased them 9 months in advance my Bank told me that after 90 days they lost account and can't help me get my refund. Viagogo keeps responding that I'll be Refunded after 7 days of my claim. It is been 3 weeks and when I tried to contact them again, an e-mail is sent with the same information given the first time. So far I have not been able to get my money back ($404US Dollars). DO NOT BUY FROM VIAGOGO! It is a total scam and you will not get your money back. I have read all reviews afterwards and this has happened to everybody that purchased thru them. I will keep trying to get refunded but I doubt it if they will give me my money back.

From the first moment, it was a problem. I spent 4.5 months calling and emailing over 35 times, not understanding why the tickets I supposedly downloaded for Ringo Starr and his All Star Band were only a blank page. Though the sales receipt says the tickets may be sent a week before the show, I actually got a notification immediately that they were available to be downloaded. Always the answer was the same - "We will escalate your claim to the relevant department." Four days before the show, the words and actions had not changed and I realized the inevitable: I was not going and there never were any tickets. I have waited 50 years to see a Beatle, and this sham company robbed me of my only opportunity in this lifetime to do so. Sad that any search engine would let them have the premier spot in search results when they overcharge you then steal your money. I suspect they may even duplicate barcodes, because many people who have received some form of ticket from them are denied entrance at the venue because the ticket is either fake or has already been used. The Facebook page, Victims of Viagogo, will provide more than enough examples of their criminal and unconscionable business practices. If the world were fair, they would not exist.

Purchased tickets for $332.00 each and was issued with tickets valued at $149.00 each. Viagogo believes these are equivalent tickets.

Searched specifically for Scotty McCreery concert tickets. Found them on viagogo. Purchased them, drove 6 hours to the concert on June 19,2022 at the Sonoma Fairgrounds in Santa Rosa California. Only to find out that Scotty was NEVER going to be there. Bait and switch. Tried to get a refund. The process is a nightmare even to get a rep to message you back.

They said that they could not issue a refund because, "Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund because ticket are correct." Yes, they said ticket are correct.

I sent another email... this was their response..."Thank you for contacting us regarding your order ******* for Country Summer Festival: Chris Young, Scotty McCreery & Raelynn - Sunday on 19 June 2022.
Under the terms of the Viagogo's guarantee, customers receive a full refund for cancelled events, but an performer being late on stage is a matter for the event organizers. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Performances starting late are something beyond our control. Our role is to provide a safe secure marketplace for tickets." (I tried to explain to them that Scotty was not late, he was not even supposed to be there and they advertised that he was)

And then they went on to say, "Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund. Tickets sold are for a specific event and not for a specific performer. As the tickets sold were valid for the event, we cannot refund your order."

I will not ever purchase from viagogo again. They are a horrible company. Me not reading the reviews before purchasing is on me. Lesson learned. If I look at the bright side, at least my tickets got me into a concert. Most people get scammed and don't even receive their tickets.
