-Red flag raised as Seller mentioned will provide physical tickets only 3 days before the event which is 4 March 2023
- Informed Viagogo that all my other friends who bought the tickets from the organisers received their etickets instantly.
- also spoke with the organisers and found that there wont be any physical tickets but only etickets.
- informed viagogo about this discrepancy, but viagogo brushed it off and kept asking me to rest assure and relax as I will receive my tickets 1 week before the event and that the seller has already posted and couriered my tickets
- Kept following up every week with viagogo and they kept giving different timelines.
- 1 day before the event, Viagogo admitted that they screwed up and i wont be receiving my tickets
- accomodation all have to be cancelled.

This app uses the method of tiring you out to the point of exhaustion, they do not issue refunds, they do not answer you back, they do not call you back, they use people from India and latin america to answer your questions as customer support representatives, and send you emails, they charge you DOUBLE for the event's actual prices, I purchased tickets to attend to a concert in Dr. Phillips Center Stage; in Orlando ( which also SUCKS and has a non functional app) and they FAILED MANY MANY times in issuing my tickets, they stole 1324.92 $ from me, when tickets were 560 $ so avoid avoid avoid this motherfkcuing app and people idiots, save your money and stay safe,

NIE, WIRKLICH, NIE WIEDER! Ich habe für mich und eine Freundin drei Tage vor dem Splash Festival ein Ticket gekauft. Darauf hin wurde mir auf der Seite angezeigt, dass meine Bestellung eingegangen ist, + ich habe eine Bestätigungsmail erhalten.
Im Account stand, dass der Verkäufer (den man nicht kontaktieren konnte & der möglicherweise bereits betrunken auf dem Festival ohne Netz ist) das Ticket nur noch freigeben muss.
Nach zahlreichen Gesprächen mit dem Kundenservice, der nur sehr schlecht Deutsch kann, wurde mir mehrfach versichert, dass der Verkäufer das Ticket freigegeben wird und alles klappen wird. Um so näher das Festival kam, um so beunruhigter wurde ich. Am Donnerstag (Tag 1) hatten wir immer noch kein Ticket. Auf der Hinfahrt habe ich wieder mehrfach (mindestens 10 Mal) mit dem Kundenservice telefoniert, die meinten das alles klappen wird. Der Kundenservice konnte nicht den Verkäufer nicht kontaktieren oder mir seine Telefonnummer geben. Generell gab es nichts, was die für mich tun konnten.
Zwischenzeitlich konnte ich mir glücklicherweise zwei Tickets über Kleinanzeigen klarmachen. Danach brauchte es noch drei sehr deutliche und energische Anrufe, bis mir auch schriftlich ein Refund bestätigt wurde.
Ich hatte nie eine schlechtere Kauferfahrung.
Ich empfehle echt die Finger von der Seite zu lassen.

So sad when I saw the review of the worst platform, just settle the issues for the customer,not let us pay for nothing(if have ticket that different kes), then after success purchase,platform say we need to sell for next customer?please take action, we no spending few dollars right?

Absolute crooks. Avoid. Viagogo refuse to refund me for tickets to see Dionne Warwick in Newcastle from June 2022, 9 months ago. Concert was cancelled as Dionne was ill then she returned to the States. Viagogo claim the concert has been postponed but there's no evidence anywhere of this. So they won't return my money. The call centre staff barely speak comprehensible English and instruct the customer to write in the complaint. The automated reply then says the same inaccurate statement of postponement. Consider the thousands of Viagogo customers they are doing this to and you realise the enormous scale of fraudulent retention of customer's money. No-one enjoys being robbed and this dishonest company's stealing our money after purchasing in good faith.
Bought ticket 4 months ago for Scotland Vs Ireland, six nations, once received confirmation purchased return plane ticket South Africa to Scotland at great expence, leaving today and still do not have the ticket, nobody willing to help, only receive aotomated email answers, quick to take take your money but do not supply the goods would not recomend i am in the impression it is a Scam
1. Viagogo will never pay you after you sold your tickets and you can never get back your money.
2. Based on the attached photo, you can see there's bundle of rubbish replying you with scripts.
3. Viagogo will keep saying they already paid you but they will never show you the proof of payment.
4. Even after I provide my bank statement to them and their customer service agreed that I do not receive payment, they will still not taking any action. This is SCAM!
I tried to request a refund 2 days after my purchase because the famous star of the show would not be performing on that date. I was told they do not offer refunds and that my only option is to try to resell it through their website in what is an auction (so I am very unlikely to get my asking price). In addition their fees are outrageous. I was able to purchase tickets through another system and Viagogo ADDED 50% TO THE FINAL PRICE. Do not ever use Viagogo as it is not a business that offers even the bare minimum of customer service. I am disputing the charge through my credit card company which offers excellent customer service in disputing charges.
Viagogo (and other similar websites) are NOT official ticket agents; they provide a platform on which ticket holders or scalpers can re-sell their tickets to other people. These scalping websites are very sophisticated and give you the impression that you are purchasing tickets from the authorised seller.
Don't buy from this website! I will tell my experience with them and how awful it was. I bought 2 tickets for the match Real Madrid VS Elche CF on Santiago Bernabeu. I bought them with 3 weeks in advance. After a couple of days from the purchase the match was rescheduled from the initial date 12.02.2023 to 15.02.2023. Our last day in Madrid was also 15.02.2023 so we obviously couldn't attend the match so I told them via email that I can't attend the event. It wasn't our fault that the match was rescheduled and I expected our money to be returned. They told me that I have to resell the tickets on their website. An important fact is that I didn't even have the tickets at that time but I paid for them and I was supposed to resell something that I didn't have! After I listed the tickets, I had to wait a week and a half to be posted on their website. On 13.02 my sale ended and my listing was deactivated so I called them. How can I sell something if the tickets appear on their webiste only a couple of days? The employees are bad prepared. They don't know how to explain any steps and any reasons for their bad management. How is it possible not to get a full refund in the moment that the match is rescheduled and you are not any longer able to attend it? How can they expect people to sell the tickets that they paid for but didn't have either physically or electronic. Shameful website! Avoid it!
Took 5 years to get refund back. Concert was postponed then cancelled. Would never ever use these again.

There is no rating low enough. Trying for many months to get a refund for a cancelled show (due to Covid) Assured by many customer service reps that the refund was being processed. 8 months later still fighting. This company is stealing your money and should never be used.
I brought a pair of tickets to see "Frankie Valli and the four seasons". I was ready and I drove to NJ while paying all the tolls and we get to the arena only to find out the show was cancelled. There was no notification at all. I called customer service for a refund and they informed me they cant give me a refund but I can sell the tickets on their site. After some time a new date was never provided I had to research online on other sites to get the date. So I waited for that date and the show was cancelled again. I called for a refund and they stated the show was not cancelled. So I needed taking screenshots of other ticket sites indicating the show was cancelled. I had to wait months for them to send an email stating they would give me a ticket credit or i can request for a refund. It took 3 years to receive my refund. Please do not use viagogo to purchase any tickets. Purchase at the ticket master so you have access to a refund and notifications if a show is cancelled or postponed. I would like to give them a zero

I would recommend trusting everyone's reviews here. But I had a very pleasant experience and the shows was awesome no problem with tickets though i think i may have been overchargeda bit. I feel bad this happened to other people and will look elsewhere for tickets
I would give them a zero if I could. This company will have a pop up window when purchasing tickets and you believe that it is part of ticket purchasing process. You think you are getting tickets for face value and that is not the case. About 3 times more! I called them and they will do nothing but say I can sell my tickets if I want. So I can scam someone else! ARGH! Do not go through this, don't make the mistake I did! Take your time and skip that window. Not sure how this company is even legal? Sounds like they were shut done once before... Hmmm? Be Aware!
Answer: My tickets were real but I was scared the person whose name was on the ticket would turn up with id. A R600 ticket the price on the ticket which we were not told ended up being twice that. Would I use them again? NO

Answer: No they don't. I will never ever make any purchase frm viagogo and I will warn you not to. They deducted my money from my back without my acknowledgement in Dec and guess what, I received the same email frm them that they will be deducting the amount from my bank again due to me not able to produce the ticket. My reason is that event organiser close down my seating section. Ended up have to go thru my bank to get the money back from them. They are the worst.
Answer: If in doubt, always try and pay by credit card so have a certain amount of protection/insurance. There's a lot of fraudulent ticket sales going on all over at the moment, so do your homework, read reviews and always use a secure method of payment if you decide to proceed.
