We tried to buy two tickets for bill bur show in prague and the tax fees were 150% over the price of the tickets.

Avoid Viagogo for booking soccer tickets. They are deceiving people by charging 8x more than the event ticket price. They showed the price is higher at the time of booking and when ticket was issued later (6 weeks), the issued ticket price was 8x lower in my case. The explanation is that the price of the ticket has gone down:-)

It is a complete deception. They are big time brokers. The order number of the purchased from Viagogo doesn't match with the ticket issued order number from UEFA. Stay away!

Instead purchase tickets from UEFA site as they are the original ticket issuer for Europian Soccer Tournaments.

Absolute crooks - I was sold tickets that when received, where NOT the tickets I purchased - they were at a lower price and in a nose-bleed section of the concert - almost half the cost/price of what I paid for them.

Viagogo support was awful, automated responses and never really understanding the issue or at least ignoring it. They said the reseller uploaded the wrong tickets and they were trying to find new tickets.

These guys are absolute crooks/scammers - avoid at all costs.

Pay in advance. Receive nothing. Don't get refund! I would not recommend using this site in the future!

Please don't buy tickets from Viagogo. I purchased 6 tickets for UB 40 in Johannesburg 3 june 2023 in December 2022.
Today i called them to enquiee when tickets would be sent, i was assured it would be resolved this morning but at 16h30 today I've only has an automated confirmation of my call and still no ticket abs the concert is tomorrow

Now i can assume its a scam and hopes for a refund are

I believe now that i paid inflated prices convert the € to ZAR

This is disgusting and i have 6 people i love who are very disappointed

Bought tickets to Andrea Bocelli concert. The company charged me 448.28 Euros per ticket plus tax and service fee. When I received the tickets, they had a face value of 97.99 Euros per ticket. The company has since refused a refund and keeps insisting that I should re-list the tickets on their site so as to perpetuate the scam which I wouldn't wish on anyone. AVOID! This company at all costs. DO NOT fall for the scam and their business practices that violate consumer rights. I am yet to get a solution regarding the refund because they keep telling me the same thing using different verbiage. I have since reported them to the better business bureau and I'm yet to get a resolution.

Viagogo sell tickets at a huge markup. Over 150%. You cannot check this as the tickets are not delivered until a few days before the event. I will never use them again.

On May 1, I bought tickets for a football match in Barcelona on the Viagogo website, because there were no tickets on the official website anymore. The event was supposed to be on May 20 at 21:00 local time. Order *******.

Viagogo twice asked me to choose other seats at the stadium instead of the paid ones, because something happened, and also asked me to provide passport data for ticket processing. Of course, these were already lame seats.

They were supposed to send tickets on May 18, but did not send them. The status "issue" appeared on the website and a message that tickets will be sent on May 20, the day of the event. All this time I was writing to support and worried, because I had a wedding anniversary on the day of the event, we went to another country for it, and this is a gift to my husband.

On the day of the event, I did not receive tickets. I wrote about it to support. They assured me that I would receive tickets during the day. 2 hours before the start of the event, I did not receive tickets. The order on the website still had the status of "issue" without the ability to download tickets, nothing came to the mail.

They sent the tickets 36 minutes after the start of the event to my email.

Of course, I have already bought other tickets and watched the match. It turned out that on the day of the event they can be bought inexpensively directly on the official website, where they become available again.

The next day I wrote to support asking for a refund. Viagogo was almost 40 minutes late sending tickets, and this is half of the event.

Now they tell me that tickets could have been downloaded a day before the event, and they sent an email 1.5 hours before the event. And that's why they can't get the money back. Of course, an absolute lie. I provide screenshots of the correspondence and continue the investigation. I'll go to court if I have to.

By the way, the tickets they sent had a cost almost 2 times lower than the one I paid to Viagogo.

Don't do anything with this service.

Do not use this company. They are absolutely disgraceful company. First off all don't let them fool you. They are selling way overpriced tickets. You will see real price when tickets received. Then went event is cancelled or postponed to indefinite they are refusing to proces refund. I had to dispute charges through my bank. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND ADVICE EVERYONE OF SAME.

We bought Norah Jones tickets and later realized that the price we paid in total was 185% of the tickets' facee value.

We bought ti kets off viagago or what wver there called bought ticket never recieved them. Tried numerous time to recieve them got a big run around. Haf buy new tickets of tick a tec. Got ripped pf over $2000 dollars. Dont buy tickets from these people there crooks

Never buy the tickets here, weird service. They want extremely high fees and give you tickets in few days!

My wife booked special Elton John tickets three years ago, for Covid the concert was cancelled and rescheduled. This is not the problem. A week before our booking the tickets were withdrawn and we offered a rebate. It took many attempts to get the money returned and finally they only returned half. This is genuine statement and would advise people not to use this company

Purchased tickets to a Japan baseball game. Flying from Hawaii to Osaka and tried to print ticket and our order number got rejected. Finally called toll free number and customer service said my tickets were not confirmed and sold to someone else. Meanwhile my credit card was charged. They were NOT able to substitute tickets and sadly we were not able to attend the game.

Bad, Bad,

They scammed me out of a ticket. Sold a ticket with them, sent it off recorded delivery in the very short timeframe they asked for. They originally told me that it hadn't arrived, which I proved it did with the tracking number. They then changed their story and said it had arrived, but that I had sent them a ripped ticket so it wasn't valid. Not only was i never paid for my ticket, they also took money from my account for sending them 'ripped tickets'. Do not trust this company. They wanted to charge me for the tickets the whole time and tried one way (claiming i didn't send it) which didn't work, so they clearly falsified that the tickets were ripped so they could take money from my account.
