I bought tickets on May 16th 2023 today July 31st and still haven't got my tickets and they are giving me run around, this seems to be a scam company

Greatly recommend the service.
I've bought the tickets for the Drake concert at New York one day before the event.
There was a problem with the seller and they replace me with better tickets. Support reply very fast and was so helpful!
Totally recommend it!

Never again to use this platform again! Worse experience. I payed for the tickets month in andvance, the double of the price of the tickets and receive different places, in diferent sector ( the worst remaining seats). Avoid this platform!

Once you pay for your tickets you cannot download them. You will receive an email that the purchase is confirmed and that the tickets are available 3 days before the event. On top of the ticket price they charge taxes and in my case a Euro 300.- service fee which was not indicated during the purchase.
Don't use the viagogo platform. Buy your tickets from your local ticket provider! They make the website look real but it is a scam! BE CAREFUL. You cannot resell your tickets because you cannot download them in the first place.

Viagogo is a fraud, robbers, should be banned. I bought a Harry Styles ticket. Sold it. The buyer went to the concert and Viagogo kept the 140€ from her and 212€ from me. Not bad when the ticket bought at the proper place cost 98€. They made a very good deal. I paid 212€ to NOT go. Did everything through THEIR website and they can only tell me after I forwarded all the emails, about 28 between them and me, that they do not have enough information. Incompetent, unhelpful and dumb girls at the other end of the line. Never again. STAY AWAY FROM VIAGOGO!

I bought expensive tickets from viagogo. They day I completed the purchase, the concert was cancelled and rescheduled a year later.
I asked for reimbursement as I wasn't interested in going to a concert one year later. They refused to reimburse me. I spent weeks on the phone and writing mails without success.

I regret I bought the tickets from this stupid service. I flew all the way to Barcelona from another country (9 hours) to get to the concert of Beyonce. First of all, I could barely receive tickets after multiple times of trying to get them from viagogo directly, I messaged in watsapp to the seller and he e-mailed me tickets a day before the event! When arrived to the event by 9 pm, I was told tickets were already activated 3 hours ago by someone else, so I cannot enter the concert! I tried to call to the seller, he didn't pick up the phone. Next day I wrote viagogo customer service and still waiting for them to answer and return me money back (3 weeks passed already). Pls NEVER BUY ANYTHING ON THIS UNTRUSTWORTHY SITE! They are 100% fraudsters!

Got the tickets for a Metallica concert via this site everything was fine. Later on a friend of us cancelled on us and wanted to sell the tickets. One day a weird number called my phone and lady was telling me that my tickets were sold and asking me to login to my "ticketmaster.com" account in order to transfer my tickets. When I said I don't have a ticketmaster.com account I've purchased the tickets from viagogo she says that tickets have already been transferred to ticketmaster.com, now I have to open a ticketmaster account and as soon as I create the account I'll see the tickets there and then will be able to complete the transfer. That smells a bit fishy to me but just to try Ive created a ticketmaster account with the same email address. Of course there were no tickets assigned on the brand new account. She called me once again and I told her whats going on. She says ok she will figure out a different way. And that was it. After the concert I received an email from viagogo saying that they wont make any payments because the transfer was unsuccessful. There goes 250€. Cant understand how they can and why they transfer it to ticketmaster.com but they cant to the guy who purchased it. No wonder the reviews are quite low.

I have never received my tickets. They never reply on emails. Don't purchase anything from this site

I bought 3 Viagogo tickets in April 2022 for the Michael Buble Adelaide Concert at a cost of $1600. I then found out this site is a scam reseller site and that the tickets I bought would not guarantee entry into the concert. Apparently Viagogo have a habit of reselling the same tickets to several customers who may turn up at the event with the same seat numbers. The same tickets I bought from Viagogo for $1600 were apparently available from Ticketek for around $220 each ($660 for the same 3 tickets I had purchased from Viagogo). Apparently Viagogo buy the tickets from Ticketek and resell them at hugely inflated prices to unsuspecting customers. When Viagogo finally emailed me the tickets that I had bought, I found the tickets were in someone else's name? Viagogo don't have any way of directly contacting them to make a complaint. I have been absolutely disgusted by the practices of Viagogo and am appalled that the Australian government continues to allow this scam organisation to continue to operate in Australia! I highly advise against anyone using Viagogo to buy tickets to events.

Awful overpriced do not use them I have no idea if I'm going to receive tickets in time. Lots of people saying the tickets wouldn't work on the gate!

A show was listed as a concert by The Who, (which it was not) along with a picture of the band. There was absolutely no mention that this show is actually local musicians doing covers of The Who's music. I have screenshots to prove this.

The show in question Is now about two weeks away, and the Viagogo has admitted this misrepresentation was their fault do to a. "mapping issue", they have stonewalled me on a refund. Soon I'll have no choice but to put the tickets up for resale and get whatever compensation I can in return. Avoid this site if you can. They are not accountable for their mistakes!

Flew from Rome to Barcelona to see Elton John. Get to gate and tickets were no good. Another person had used same tickets 45 minutes before we arrived. Never again.

This is the worst run company on planet earth. When you buy with them just pray there's no issues with the tickets or you are totally screwed. Bought tix for Andrea Bocelli in Rome. Got to venue tickets didnt work, they had been scanned 30 minutes prior by another customer. So i was left standing outside the venue like an idiot. Called viagogo they did less than nothing. Kept me on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on me. Called back and they said sorry nothing they could do and they just refunded me. Mind you, i spent 1000s on airfare from LA and hotel to not go to the show. This was my wifes anniversary present. Thanks Viagogo for ruining my entire trip! WORST COMPANY EVER!

They charged me 2.5 times the price of the tickets for the depeche mode concert in Bern Complete rip off, don't buy from them

I selected two tickets. However, when I went to pay with Face ID the price had increased almost 4 times. Cannot get a refund as per Viagogo. Amex don't want to refund the money. The event is the day after tomorrow and do not want to accept the tickets for the price I paid. Any ideas? Has anyone got their money back?

We tried to buy two tickets for bill bur show in prague and the tax fees were 150% over the price of the tickets.
