They sell you tickets that don't exist and their customer service completely sucks. Company is a SCAM

They do not display the original ticket price nor do they provide an avenue to request a refund which contravenes the Consumer Rights Act and their Customer Service does not exist. The telephone line is an answering machine which enters you into a loop, you make a selection which is then not understood and you are returned to the main menu. This company are SCAMMERS. DO NOT USE.

Tickets paid. Confirmation states electronic tickets not to be delivered until the week before the concert. (2&1/2 months after purchase)
The seating area east and west does not coincide with the sections in the seating map.
Do they really have the tickets to sell or are they speculating? Legal notice indicates a Geneva company address.
Claim they do not refund but only offer to resell the apparently nonexistent tickets purchased for sale to another..

I purchased 2 tickets for Michel Sardou concert since July 10th. I received the receipt but did not open It to check the tickets thinking I was good to go since I use this company before. Yesterday the day of the concert I find out there was no tickets when I called Viagogo I was told they can see I purchase the ticket but could not send them to me. Keep in my this is an artist that I loved since I was 6 years old Over 40 years, I travel from my home in Pennsylvania to Montreal Canada to see. Long story short they end up sending me a ticket with someone else name and that persons was siting in her seat so my childhood dream was crush did not get to see a concert I traveled so far and waited so long for. Oh did I forget to say the Viagogo's representative that was assisting me "Laughed yes Laughed " at me saying " it was my fault I had plenty time since July to attempt to open the ticket" I yes I agree I should've open the link in the receipt to see and screenshot the ticket but having use this company before I felt comfortable not opening it. In conclusion please do not trust them if you most do business with them please open your ticket and make sure it exist because when I open the links they send it said " OOPS" that is it, no ticket

Avoid. The worst company I've ever dealt with. Selling tickets which we know are priced up which is fair enough, take a £50 fee for matching a buyer and seller which shows right after you've selected a ticket but then don't actually guarantee the ticket in their small print. Bought a ticket for a gig, chased them as hadn't received the ticket to my phone. Kept saying all day it will be there, spent hours on the phone to them. Then 2 hours before the gig just said can't fulfil your order BY EMAIL. So a trip to London wasted. Shocking customer service. They were then selling the same tickets through their site but wouldn't match me to one as the sellers were now selling for higher prices. Never review usually but just don't use them. Realised how bad the reviews are elsewhere and numerous newspaper articles about how shocking the business model is.

They do not inform about any changes. Hard to contact them. I have not received tickets to rescheduled concert, and as I understand will never get them. Do not buy tickets here. They are scummers.

I have ordered tickets. They havent arrived and the event tells me I should have tickets. I contacted Viagogo they are doing NOTHING. They havent contacted the seller and they wont refund. I have the chance to get tickets from the event but because I cant get my money back I cant do this. I stand the chance of losing out altogether. The company is unehlpful. Just standard email, no reassurance, no help. PLEASE BUY ELSEWHERE> NO STARS

Bought tickets for Caetano Veloso in Paris for Oct. 7. Just got note saying 'sorry, seller is not providing the tickets.' More likely scenario is that tickets were held for a higher offer, screwing people who already sent $ to viagogo. Don't count on getting tickets if you buy them from Viagogo.

Al final recibí 7 boletas de 40.00 Euros... En una última fila...Nunca usen Viagogo para comprar boletos, no es una página legal u oficial.

Before purchasing tickets make sure to research ticket prices as they "reserve the right to sell tickets above face value" which resulted in me unawarely spending 242% more per ticket than retail price.

We have received emails that the concert has been postponed and wait for update. My friend who bought their tickets outside of viagogo received no such information. I called the venue and they said everything is going according to schedule. What probably has happened is that they sold duplicate tickets and were hoping that some people may not show up thinking the show is off. We still got our tickets but we will have to be there early to go in before someone else scans the same ticket.

All the bad reviews about Viagogo are right. They are a scam, shell of a company. They sell tix which likely never existed in the first place. Any positive review of this site is a lie. This site is horrible, and they won't even refund you the money you paid. I was left without tickets the morning of the show, after having paid for a flight and hotel to London. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Scam.Bought tickets for The Weekend for my daughter and her friend and they didn't send the tickets.My daughter waited for 3 hours outside wembley stadium and when I finally got through to ViaGoGo said seller did not send tickets.They will fine seller but we don't get travel, accommodation cost or anything for inconvenience.Not convinced will get refund either.Most important kids are devastated and I hope The Weekend realise what scamners are selling their tickets ( or are meant to be) and causing such devastation.DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND DISAPPOINTED.

You're better off dealing with individuals or whatever. This site is a scam and offers no guarantee on your money nor your tickets/entry.

They advertise vip tickets on David Guetta Athens venue for 100 I bought 2 and they sent me the standing tickets of 50 € but keeped the 100 extra fee. Classic internet scammers

The price of Viagogo is 3x the real price of the ticket. Was not familiar with the artist so i got from Viagogo later to find out that if I buy from the organizer, the price is 1/3 of what Viagogo is selling. I guess they just try to scam the new users to buy from them one time as no one will ever go back to buy from them again.

I bought seats for an Andrea Bocelli concert in Rome and bought tickets which stated "FLOOR" but when they were issued, they were the back row of the concert seating. As re-sale, the seller was able to pick the description for their ticket and charged Euro 2,467 for a "FLOOR" seat which ended up being Euro 95 when originally bought. These seats were more expensive than seats advertised for the "FRONT ROW." I bought the ticket and when I went to the concert I was told this was the last row. Viagogo sell tickets without confirming their validity and the buyer (being me) has no recourse with the company who do not take ownership for not properly checking the seat. They will not take responsibility.

So the tickets were a bit too expensive but i cant complain because i bought them a week before the event and they were sold out on other sites. The only thing i didnt like was that i got my tickets a few hours before the event so i was kind of stressed but eventually i got them and they were fine.

If I could, I wouldn't give viagogo any stars.

First, viagogo does not give the buyer any information on the exact location of the tickets. The buyer only has a choice of approximate seating blocks.

I ended up with tickets in the furthest corner of a concert hall with restricted view and, because the seat was at right angles to the stage, the head had to be turned almost at right angles all the time.

Second, for tickets worth € 16,50, I paid € 45. Three times their value.

I shall never, ever use viagogo again.
