Hello I got to say this has been one of the worst things that has been to me because i never had a problem with ordering thing from you guys. I order tickets a week ago for Anakeesta Moutain and still no email or my tickets. I am sorry to give a low grade but no tickets or a email form you guys i have to give that grade

We purchased tickets to a show in Branson, MO. We were led to believe that we were getting a 2 for 1 deal. However, when we arrived at the show, we learned that we had paid $35 mor for a ticket than the actual price. We tried to contact their customer service, but they refused to acknowledge the issue. Be careful to not pay more than the actual cost.
The process was easy, the staff was friendly and caring. The boat felt safe. My major hiccup was we went sightseeing and did not see any dolphins. We understand things happen, but l do feel as if half of the money should be given back. On the vacation made website it says gaurenteed to see dolphins. When l called to speak with a manager, l was sent to a voicemail. So l questioned, if this was just money gauging ship. I am aware that it is fish and it's unpredictable but that's false advertising if this is the case.

We ordered tickets for a Branson show. My husband went in to get tickets, and he was told I had to come in to get them with him. They would not give them to him until I came in. When I got in, the Gent proceeded t try to get us to do things, visit places, and sign up for things we did not want. We just wanted the tickets. When my husband said we just wanted tickets, the agent got attitudinal with us, but finally gave us the tickets. My ID was never checked...he didn't even ask my name! Why did I need to come in? Why did they try to push stuff on us? Won't use them as ticketing agent ever again!
Ordering was easy and great pricing. Person I ordered with was very nice.
Was unable to select seats when I was ordering on line. Had to call customer service to get the information - that seats were chosen by default. Just hoping they work out for us.
However I was able to get assistance on this from Darryl when I picked up the vouchers.
Easy booking, and appreciate the bonus two for one and free admission/chair lift deal to Skyland Ranch! Now I just need to be sure I don't keep getting flooded with random emails!
