I recently made a hotel reservation and experienced a delay in payment processing. However, after about two hours, the payment went through. Later on, I received a call from the hotel informing me that all rooms were fully booked and no rooms were available for me. I was frustrated and asked for a refund for the inconvenience, but unfortunately, no one was able to assist me. I feel like I was scammed.

I bought two tickets for the Nashville Zoo from Vacations Made Easy, please beware, they do not send the tickets electronically to your email like other ticket providers, they make you come to their office to pick them up.
For me it was out of my way and inconvenient, customer service would not allow me to cancel the order so now I am stuck driving miles out of my way to pick them up.

I liked the buy one get one free. I wish I could get my vouchers on line instead of having to pick them up from a venue that is different then where the show is taking place.
