I'd give a zero if I could! My neighbour witnessed a UPS van (BJ19 ZCX) reverse straight into my garden wall and recycling boxes! Damaged the wall and snapped the legs off my recycling trolley! UPS basically sent the driver and his supervisor round who spoke to my neighbour who clarified she'd seen the driver do it, the driver refused to say anything and then the company denied anything had happened, passed it to their insurers who said without cctv there's nothing they can do! UPS continued to ignore me, not even an apology. Absolutely disgusting. Steer well clear because this company couldn't care less about anyone or anything. All about the money and screwing the little people.
I have had no complaints about UPS for years but within the last eight years things haven't been the best. I have a PO Box and a physical address. UPS used to deliver to your physical address now it's both so depending on how your address is written is if you'll get your package. Most online companies let you put both PO Box and (physical address) in the shipping. For the ones who don't I would ask how they ship to decide. In the last few years I've had several packages labeled undeliverable because they were dropped off at the post office with a physical address. UPS I hope you go back to just shipping to physical.
A package sent to to me with tracking kept giving me online delivery dates and changing pickup locations. I had to call them three times.
United Package Smashers is the worst company in this business. The charge brokerage fees hid behind as custom duty. They are crooked. Use another company.
I waited for the parcel all the morning at home in the timeslot UPS indicated me.
Nobody rang and tere was no delivery.
Then I received an email from UPS saying that I wasn't at home and so they couldn't deliver and that I had to go to the UPS Access Point to take my parcel.
ABSOULTELY FALSE DECLARATION, I WAS AT HOME exactly for waiting the parcel and the courier never rang!
I have no problems with any courier, only with UPS and this is the second time that they do this pantomime!
I scheduled a pick up today 10/2/2023 for a box, I waited ALL day long and the driver didn't even bother to knock on my door. I will be sharing this video on ALL social media until they pick up my box.
The worst website to navigate through. Absolutely not user-friendly. They make it so difficult to create a shipping or get the cost of shipping.
- I am sending documents in a flat rate envelope and the website constantly is sending me to the parcel section.
- I am sending it to a person to their home address. It say company name is mandatory. Just keeps wasting time.
UPS service is the worst service i ever had in my life! He asked to pay extra online and i did pay extra. And the extra charge it's really ridiculous! After i got my package. I think everything is done and i will never know UPS anymore! After a month they send me letter that i still owe shipping with UPS! Trust me or you will be regret
UPS is pretty terrible at this point. I have had two sets of iPods apparently stolen by drivers (I have to pick them up at the store at this point if I order again). I was standing at the door at the exact moment the driver said they delivered the last one and never saw the driver at all. Never heard back from UPS with a resolution (Apple credited my account).
I sent a package from Spain to France with a number 1Z593YF*******943, The UPS delivered another package with shoes( I was sending minerals) to my customer with my label, after 75 days they didn´t gave me an answer and don´t wanna be responsible for their fault. Very Shame!

I was having a package delivered by UPS. The gave me a delivery date which was fine. They then changed the date to a time that I was on vacation. In order for me to change the date to when I'm back for vacation, UPS charges $10. This is a required charge to get a delivery date changed even though it was UPS that moved the delivery date. I would strongly recommend doing business with FEDEX, which allows you to change delivery dates for no charge.
Service keeps getting worse as time goes on. No improvements have been made for the delivery process.
I'm lucky to get a note saying a delivery was attempted, but then no mention of where it was taken. I must go to 3 different locations to find which one has my package -WHY? I try to avoid buying products that use UPS for their shipping. I try to always leave negative reviews for that company for using UPS. The stores tell me the Unions prevent delivery people from any reprimand for poor service. Look Elsewhere!
I did send a small package weigh 48 ounces, charged $240 for express delivery within 3 days overseas and was lost in the way. It took me several days to ups and wasting hours on the phone to speak to someone in person but unfortunately it didn't happen and I have to go the the local store to speak to some from ups customer service and requ d them to trace the package and finally arrived 11 days.
I'll never use ups again.
I have waited over a week for an update on delivery. The same message without delivery date shows on tracking page. I cannot reach a customer rep. Worst delivery customer service ever!

Ups isn't ups anymore
I was quite taken back when I went in the building to get the package. The name of the company wasn't even a ups store some other company. When the guy told me the packages were scanned to go out when they were delivered to him in the morning mine for over night then his driver that does that route came in and said he had to leave at noon he wasn't taking the packages out to granum Nobelford claresholm fort macleod southern alberta really. I had to drive 2 hours to go get my overnight package.
So everyone that paid for overnight shipping with ups won't get their package or (packages) over the weekend till Monday. This was on October the 13 2023 so if this happened to you on this day you are entitled to a full refund.
The guy at the front counter was very honest about it. His reply at the end was it is hard to find drivers that work. That is a horrible way to run a business at others expenses for a service people pay extra for to one guy not wanting to do his job crazy really.
Ups is turning into just a name that was ups hiring bad companies to deliver their services.

Sent package on 10/09 supposed to be delivered on 10/11. Check tracking and said rerouted to Salem Oregon, package supposed to go to pomeroy OH.
Tool me 2hrs to get a chat to find out that they sorted it to the wrong hub/facility or something like that BS.
I will NEVER use ups again
My package was NOT delivered. They sent me a photo but it was NOT my door! It's been more than 2 1/2 months since I was supposed to receive it. Every time I call I am told they are reopening my case and will contact me in 5-8 day. NEVER HAPPEN!
My package was holding for me to pick it up in Medicine Hat because my address was wrong( sender copied the wrong address). On Oct.13 about 12:00pm I called *******232 customer service,I corrected my address and the lady told me you will receive it tomorrow which is October 14 2023. On October 14 2023 I call the *******232 at 9:00 am again to confirm if I can receive it today? One Gentleman told me they didn't correct my information in the system,( the lady I called yesterday) you will get it Monday. I can't wait until next Monday so we have no choice we need drive to 100 kms always pick up my order. We are very disappointed with UPS!'n
The parcel was not collected during 2 weeks (Lead tracking number: 1Z2TW02V*******628). I received a call from driver who came to Newcastle (wrong city to collection), email that the suitcase was already collected, but the hotel (sender) did not confirm it. I call them every day - no result. I cannot even write a complain on the website. The system shows "Cannot submit claim."Is it OK? I cannot even report about it. "Hmm, it seems that your shipment has not been received by UPS." -n Correct. But money was received and the parcel was left in England for collection. The system offer me to contact a sender. I did it. Yes, parcel is with sender (hotel). And what? Disgusting service. Do not recommend to anybody.
UPS Customer Service is the worst I have ever encountered. It is even worse than FedEx which is horrible. I work for a small company and we have a UPS account but because we don't ship large dollar amounts, we cannot be assigned a local rep. Their 800 number is pathetic, if you are lucky enough to get a live person which is almost impossible, it is someone from over in India or somewhere like that who knows nothing about the company. The delivery service is great as long as you don't have a problem, because if you do, you better buckle up because it is going to be a ride you don't want to go on.

I am not a happy customer of the ups store but if you are getting death threats you need to contact the police. It is illegal in America to make death threats against anyone no matter their race, creed or color. That is the beauty of living in United States of America. You do not need to wait for a company to file charges against another human being who is threatening your life. You just need to take the appropriate, legal action against that person, good luck!
