I received notification/ picture my package was delivered. The photo was not taken at my house. I filed a complaint on line with UPS (you are not allowed to speak to anyone), my phone number was in the complaint. A garbled message was left on my answering machine, I tried to call back …it doesn't allow a call back. I checked on line, they canceled my complaint because I didn't answer the phone. After numerous attempts I spoke to someone, she said they would get back to me in 15 min, it has been 9 hours and the case is still closed. On one of the attempts to contact me, they tried to send me an emergency alert necklace, what does that have to do with the POOR SERVICE OF UPS?
My shipment from Germany to Romania arrived in three days in my town. After that only silence. After a few calls to support they've told that is arriving "today". This on each day. Afthat that they've changed the answer to "we don't know where the package is. If your sender can describe the package we can search for it". After few days they said that they cannot handle the load (it was in december, well it was sent on november) and the've asked for help from a Romanian carrier (FAN Courier). They've assigned an AWB on FAN Courier, but they never delivered the package to FAN Courier.
Lost my package which I believe was stolen as it was most likely seen as a pricey product. After intensively following up with UPS for more than 2 weeks, my package was lost. Furthermore, Farfetch customer service without fact checking sent an email that there won't be any refund. I fought back to get my money refunded and eventually received my money back. Lost so much time and bad experience which resulted in nothing as a 1st-time experience purchasing via FarFetch. I would try to avoid purchasing online with UPS service
These people told me my package was going to get delivered to my house. But they only had the option of signing for the package. Well said it got dropped off. And it definitely did not. I called the general number. They don't even give you an option to tally to a representative.
I called another ups location and they told me the UPS ALWAYS has people not being able to find their packages. That they mark a package as delivered and then delivery actually the next day. What an appalling service.
WORST COMPANY EVER! If you don't waste your time trying to send or receive something from UPS, your package will be lost!
We ordered some items from an out of country vendor. Normally we self clear the simple shipments and we use a local customs broker that we have used however this one ended up going to UPS for customs brokerage. They sent me an email regarding the fees, also advising that there was only a couple days left to pay. I paid them and the goods were cleared. That was at the end of September, early October.
We received the (see attached) invoice in late November. If you look closely, this is an invoice, not a receipt for payment received. There's an invoice date, a due date, an amount due, etc. My accountant brought it to my attention only because he wanted me to sign the cheque. I only looked into it a little deeper because we do very little business with UPS.
So I called them this morning around 10:00 am. After waiting on hold for a minute or two I opted for the call back, which was supposed to be 15 or 20 minutes. The call back never happened. So I called again this afternoon, waited on hold, finally spoke to an agent and found out that this invoice had already been paid. I was to disregard the invoice I had in hand.
Now UPS is a big company and I understand that mistakes do happen. But big companies have some pretty robust accounting systems as well. I also have to wonder how often this "mistake" happens or if many other businesses have paid twice for the same service.
Little disappointed to say the least.
On November 30, I received a message that my parcel would be delivered. I stayed at home waiting for the parcel, but the courier was not there. On the 1 st December, I received a message that the courier did not find the address, although the address is correct, I sent a certified invoice for the council tax. I need this package is urgent, so there are warm things for the people who is combat zone.
BETTER USED FEDEX THAN UPS, UPS IS SUCKS, I WILL NOT RECOMMENDED EVEN TO ALL MY FAMILIES, FRIENDS. U guys r $#*!ing fraud. U didn't deliver my parcel and u are asking me for extra money for no reason and u guys took extra 10 days for my parcel... The worst service ever... Never do my parcel again with u guys...
The UPS driver misdelivered my package twice already. They always delivered to the wrong address. I'm not sure if the UPS driver really check the address. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes! So frustrating
UPS... For starters, I have NEVER left a bad review for any company, but I felt more than compelled to do it with UPS.
I have never done business with a company whose methods and customer support are so horribly bad that it made my blood boil when trying to get an issue resolved (their drivers require signatures even though the shipper does not). Honestly, I thought I was going to have a heart attack due to the unbelievable frustration I experienced in having to deal with them.
It takes more than an hour just to get somebody on the phone and then their broken english personnel shuttle you from department to department and finally just hang up on you when you voice your feelings.
And don't even ask about their frustrating phone robot which also hangs up on you after giving you a set of options which do not apply to you. And, ironically, the last thing the robot says before it disconnects you is "We appreciate your business"... What a laugh...
If this was the last company on earth, I would choose to die before doing business with them. I hope and pray that they go out of business SOON. If you have a choice, take your business elsewhere. You won't regret it.
Ordered a couch annd delivery date keeps changing after I done sat all day waiting for it and UPS don't have drivers that are ok with delivering it. Just keep throwing it off to the next driver. 33 roundvile lane UPS sucks
Cust service covered up lies from a driver and made false claims for my delivery. Service is appalling. No real drive to handle problems. Just excuses and misdirection.ie: gaslighting
Import fees is imposed and for whatever reason won't be listed with products purchased online but forces you to pay through their(UPS) website, which has the $#*!tiest, buggiest UI that never registers your informations.
I have started avoiding buying anything online that uses UPS as the carrier. I frequently order supplies for my business and have zero issues with other shipping companies, while UPS consistently loses my packages or delays deliveries by 3 to 4 days. It's insane that a company making 100 billion dollars a year can't do what they're paid to do consistently.
Paid for 2day air service on 1 Nov, knowing I would drop off first thing on the 2nd. The photos speak for themselves… today, delivered with photo of it sitting at the front door. Why say delivery was attempted, when no signature was required?
Imagine I ordered gods of 40€cost, pay 30€ delivery for ups, and after all I got another invoice to pay the custom and they service (with no my permission) for another 33€, there are insane!

Ups charge me £289 for £137 clothing import items, I had worse ever customer service, calling billing customer service they out me trough clearance department, they hang up phone or i spoke 6-7 people and nobody answer me clearly, they charge £236 for 20% Vat for £137. They explained value if goods 20% which is £27.40, freight fees, i have no 8dea whats that because i paid 250 euros for shipment and £7.49 adjustment vat. I waited almost 2 months for dispute and still didnt get clear answer

I am not a happy customer of the ups store but if you are getting death threats you need to contact the police. It is illegal in America to make death threats against anyone no matter their race, creed or color. That is the beauty of living in United States of America. You do not need to wait for a company to file charges against another human being who is threatening your life. You just need to take the appropriate, legal action against that person, good luck!
