I had 2 packages sent to my address. One of the packages was sent 2nd day air and was a medically necessary device. The packages were out for delivery once. The packages were labeled recipient moved. I called customer service 3 times to file complaint and have them sent out for delivery again. The third customer service call I made, I was told I had to go to the Odessa FL hub and pick-up packages that day or they would be returned to sender. The packages had been at the Odessa FL hub for 10 days. I drove an hour and one half each way to pick-up my packages. I showed my FL driver's license to pick up the packages and pointed out to the clerk that my address on my license was the same as was on the packages. My advice to anyone shipping packet, choose another company to ship with.
Shipping is more expensive but I've never had more than a 1 day delay; often I get packages early. FedEx fails to deliver in time every single time I've used them. Usps is usps.
UPS left a notice on the front door of the building for the second time (two days in the row) saying they attempted to deliver my package. What a lie!
I was home all morning at the time they stopped by, and they didn't use the intercom that is located right close the front door to buzz me. I am not the only one who got a notice left on the front door of the building. They are incompetent, lazy, and paid to do nothing! Now they tell me that if the package can't be delivered, I will have to drive all the way to a facility that is located 30 to 40 minutes drive to retrieve my package. Are you kidding?

UPS lost my irreplaceable package. They've called me to see if I magically received it and they've called the shipper to see if it was returned to them and if one could be remade. They will not confirm if they spoke to the driver, the individual that last scanned the package, or search warehouses. They also will not indicate if the package will be returned to me if it is found after the "claim" with the shipper is resolved. I've had multiple conversations wherein UPS says they'll "search again" and that they "take it seriously" but they won't confirm anything that has been done or what will happen next. Apparently someone has to trip over your package, otherwise, they won't actually take any steps to ensure that the package is found. It has been absolutely appalling the way they've governed themselves throughout this "process" (which isn't clear whatsoever). I won't be using their services in the future.
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the UPS service regarding my recent order with the tracking number 1ZA3445VFC*******, associated with Order #*******227. According to the UPS tracking information, the package has been marked as delivered on November 24th. However, I want to emphasize that I have neither received any package nor signed for any delivery at the specified time, and there is no evidence such as a photo to confirm the delivery.
Despite presenting this clear discrepancy, UPS has refused to take responsibility for the problem, insisting that they consider the package delivered. This situation is unacceptable, as not only have they compromised my Christmas gifts, but I have also incurred a significant financial loss.

MY PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED! On the day they delivered and UPS marked my package as delivered, I searched my entire building. NOBODY FOUND IT. The people who work in my building all went after this, they looked inside other residents' boxes. EVERYTHING was done. Nobody has ever seen this. I was advised by the person in the building to open a ticket at UPS. Because they put it as delivered and it NEVER WAS. A person from UPS called me and said they would do everything they could to resolve my problem as soon as possible. I still have no response to this day. They even sent it to the website telling me to contact Lululemon (the store where I should have received the order), because they actually couldn't find it. I'm not to blame, the building is not to blame. This package NEVER ARRIVED. The amount was paid, UPS received it, and since November I have been without RETURN.
First time they dropped it off they probably knocked on the door but I didn't hear it so I get why they had to come back and do a second attempt. Just so I can for sure get the package I left a sticky note telling the driver to do ring the doorbell or I left the note they left before but with a signature saying they can leave the package but nope super upset. And I will never be using ups ever again. And I strongly don't recommend it!
UPS, delivery is pretty good but don't have a problem that would literally take a human 20 seconds to fix, instead they waist your time going through inadequate virtual assistants that don't know anything. It amazes me that SERVICE is in their name but they know nothing about service. If someone would start a company that gives a $#*! about their customers, they could remove 30% of UPS customers immediately. They actually hire customer service people who could give 2 $#*!s. I sincerely hope one day that UPS goes bankrupt because it is what they deserve
I had a package that arrived at facility on Tuesday. I called them 24 later and they told me it would be delivered on Wednesday between 2-6 pm. Later in the day, when it didn't arrive I was told to file a claim becaue there was an issue. If they person on the phone told me that I should be getting the package between 2-6 and I didn't what did she see that I didn't. UPS customer service fed me wrong information and that women should be fired from her job. I hate UPS for this. The package is in the state of New Hampshire where I live and did nothing to resolve it when I contacted them.
I always apply to UPS if I need to deliver anything really quick. For example to dispatch some important documents.
And compared to their competitors the prices for delivery are not that high.

I closed out my Amazon cause they started using ups and FedEx. Unless your in a house they will not leave packages they never leave packages in apartments is the stupidest $#*!. I only used ebay cause they use USPS

UPS, your website absolutely sucks! Your website is absolute garbage! It says I can have my delivery held until a certain day or I can leave directions for the driver if I sign up for My Choice. Really? I signed up for My Choice and your website still won't let me do any of that! If I enter the tracking number on UPS.COM without signing in it'll tell me my package is on the way but won't give me any other details, yeah, really helpful. When I log into UPS My Choice, I can't have it held for delivery because when I enter the tracking number, all of the sudden it's an invalid tracking number! Did the people who designed your website have to go to school to actually learn how to make a website as bad as yours?
I was talking with ups when I kept getting sent here to this and that department around on the phone I then Was at tech support when he started lying to me so I asked for a supervisor he(says name is Nazim)then states that I cant and starts acting as if he couldnt hear me, huh? His IQ is so low he used that line on me lol wow. Is there a Boss from ups that cares that can reach out?, everytime I have ever needed help they can never help, so whats the point of customer service? Also its really hard to understand there thick accents.

If you want to be disappointed with your order/package delivery, ship it with UPS. I haven't had one positive experience with UPS for more than two years. Once a stalwart of package delivery, UPS's reliability has cratered, and its customer service has disappeared. It's difficult to imagine a company that performs this poorly surviving as an ongoing concern. Too big to fail? There are other elephants in the graveyard.
