This company had at one time been a good option, it is now the worst delivery company on the planet. I refuse to use them constantly and got blindsided because tmobile uses them. I am thinking about leaving tmobile because of this union. Boycott and lets make them close their doors

UPS is a POOR and INCOMPETENT Shipping Company! It have lost many packages from my business, I don't know why I could trust them to make international shipment. FROM THE FIRST DAY I SENT MY PACKAGE THEY LOST IT! And no one wants to give an answer and they keep you bouncing you around like a ball giving you many different phone numbers to get help and NOT ONE GIVES YOU A SOLUTION. FROM TODAY AND ON I HATE THIS UPS COMPANY and I will give the worst recommendation to all my clients even if they don't ask for it...

I put in all the dimensions on the homepage and they gave me a price. In the end, it cost more than double that. Because of the dimensions. WHICH I PUT IN. WTF. NEVER, NEVER again. Also, I called and told them the dimensions, and they told me a price which was EVEN LOWER THAN THE FIRST HALF. Thanks for your trust my $#*!. So if you wanna pay more than double what they told you, go ahead and use UPS :)

Never ever use UPS they lost my birthday gift. This is the second package they lost on me. They never gave me an address and they're telling me I can't even put a claim in only the person I bought the item from Ken put a claim in they are the worst. Beware either the people that are working for them are stealing and then you can't even claim your stuff. Tracking #1Z**************

DO NOT USE UPS

I just recently bought a house amd had a buch of things delivered both amazon and FedEx had absolutely no issues delivering my packages, however one package specifically a mattress was sposta be delivered by ups. Because my house is new they refused to deliver it or even attempt it. After 3 days went by i tired to contact customer support but instead of talking to someone i was hung up on 6 time by their automated bull$#*!. Absolute trash i WILL NEVER USE UPS AGAIN. You are a trash company.

Our business account has always had automatic payments. We are a Million Dollar company and we apparently had $400 in past due payments, yet our account is automatic and it even shows payments being made around the time these (past due payments weren't being paid) How can that happen... We never got any notification our account was being suspended. A week ago we sent out a package no problem. Today I spent 2 hours trying to print off a shipping label. Nothing on our account says to contact them or that our account is suspended. Nothing on our account shows past due. So 2 hours later (Wasting my time) They tell me they will put in a request to get out account reinstated. But it will take 24 to 48 business hours. To find out if our account is reinstated and I have to call them to find out. I don't have time to deal with this. I used USPS to send our package and it was a lot cheaper using them. We been using UPS for 30 years and never had this kind of issue. If they can not communicate with us when The first payment was past due and then after it getting up to $400 and still can not contact us then they do not need our business I have better things to do with my time then to spend 2 hours trying to send a package when nothing on our account says we are past due or suspended!

First there automated machine can't help you at all then the live representatives are also useless plus even when you pay extra to get a package somewhere by a certain time it still gets there late by a day

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to interact with UPS customer service, and I can confidently say that it was the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. The frustration and disappointment I encountered during this process were unparalleled.

My issues began when I needed to track a package that was delayed and seemed to have gone missing in the UPS system. I reached out to their customer service hotline, hoping for a quick resolution. Unfortunately, my hopes were dashed as soon as I connected with one of their representatives.

The representative I spoke with seemed disinterested and unhelpful from the start. They provided vague and contradictory information about the whereabouts of my package, leaving me more confused than when I initially called. It was evident that they lacked the knowledge and training needed to address customer concerns effectively.

What made the experience even more infuriating was the long wait times on hold. I spent what felt like hours listening to automated messages and repetitive hold music before finally getting through to a representative, only to be met with apathy and a lack of assistance.

To make matters worse, when I requested to speak to a supervisor to escalate my issue, I was met with resistance and told that a supervisor wasn't available. This only added to my frustration and sense of powerlessness as a customer.

In the end, my issue remained unresolved, and I was left with no choice but to continue waiting and hoping for a miracle to happen with my package. UPS's complete lack of customer service professionalism, knowledge, and empathy has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated.

In summary, my experience with UPS customer service was abysmal. I wouldn't wish this level of frustration and disappointment on anyone. It's clear that UPS needs to invest in improving their customer service training and support systems to ensure that customers are treated with the respect and assistance they deserve. Until then, I would caution anyone relying on UPS for their shipping needs to be prepared for potential headaches and disappointments when seeking help from their customer service team.

I know this is the cheapest option for many people and businesses but at what cost?

I ordered something through Verizon who happened to send it through UPS. Didn't know it had to be signed for until the first missed delivery, I was home by the way but I live in a older apartment building with no buzzing or doorbell function so unless I staked the front of the building out between the times of 7:00am - 8:00pm I would've missed it. Called the UPS service line to let them know and they assured me I would receive a call/alert when the driver is 1 hour away… nothing…

Second day, I called again to make sure they couldn't just drop it off at an UPS location and they couldn't… buttttt the driver should be dropping off the package between 1:30 - 3:30. I prepare myself appropriately and become hypersensitive to every noise. 3:30 comes and nothing, 5:17pm comes and lo and behold I missed it again. Told that if I missed it again it would be taken to a UPS center for pickup.

Third day, didn't even try to be there because I work from 7-7. Ticket says they'll be sending it back to the sender.

Longest story, short, I was lied to by the representatives, and UPS needs an updated tracking system like Amazon or at least a work generated number that the employees on deliveries could use when dropping off things.

Do better please.

The claims department at UPS is terrible. We submitted a claim in March of 2023 and it is still outstanding. There has been no effort on the part of UPS to resolve this issue. UPS lost our shipment and we had to send another to our client. UPS subsequently found the original box but most of the contents were missing. UPS delivered the mostly empty box 8 weeks late and concluded that they had delivered our shipment successfully. I am now out $1300 and UPS refuses to settle the claim. They agree to have someone get back to us but they never do. In the meantime, we have found the stolen items for sale on Ebay. UPS is a very poor company for customer service. We will never use them again. Please be aware that you will pay for the failures of UPS.

Never buy an Ecotric Ebike. On 9/11-23 I purchased an Ecotric Cheetha for $660 from Walmart plus another $60 for 3yr waranty from walmart coutesy of FAMETRADE LLC. When i opened my door to get the mail i notice a sticker from UPS on my door. After checking my doorbell camera it looks like the UPS driver just left the sticker on my door and never rang the bell or knocked. Its 115 degrees in AZ and the bike weighs about 100lbs in the box. The UPS sticker clams they would return the next buisnees day. That was the last ive seen or heard from them. I filed a claim and it was closed without any contact or actionable request almost immeditialy. I finally got my money back after blasting their LinkedIn account.

Can't make a ups account

The site is so hard to use, it won't let me set up an account to change my delivery. And customer service is a joke. If I ever have the choice again ups is not the choice.

I paid next day delivery. Pkg arrived three days later. I called, but there was no refund or partial refund. I am not asking for a full refund. They are denying it. DUE TO WEATHER! LIES OTHER CARRIERS WERE ABLE TO DELIVER, AND I SHOULD HAVE DONE IT WITH OTHER CARRIERS. THEY HAVE EXCUSES NOT TO REFUND YOU, AT LEAST PARTIALLY, ONLY CHARGED FOR THE 3-DAY DELIVERY. NO! THEY WANT YOUR MONEY BUT DON'T meet expectations

Delivery drivers don't care

Most of times the UPS driver doesn't even pass by my street and i get rescheduled my package delivery for not being available for signature. This UPS company drivers are behaving worse than 3rd world countries. Whenever you catch a driver delivering a package to your house they pretend to know nothing about anything. Worse company and service.

Worked with them for years. Never had problem. Recently things have changed. Had a trade show on 9.17. Did a review for a shipment across country told me it would be delivered on Sept 15th and listed they also had weekend delvery-so if there was a delay it would be ok. Got note that there would be a delay, we reached out and said need weekend delvery they said they did not do that -even though it was listed on web site and booth was delivered on sept 18th. Which resulted in us not having a booth for a show that cost us a significant amount of money. Stuff happens- and I asked for them to drop the chage for the invoice and they refused after first telling me they would.

Wow would give -10 stars if possible. Spoke with supervisor Daniel onSunday Sept 24 2023 and the call ended at 11:40 am in reference to a package that showed up damaged to my home on Thursday Sept 21 2023. A new package is being shipped out to me and after speaking with a rep and the supervisor I was advised they would not be able to change anything in the system to expedite faster as they have no control over their own company. Daniel said the company has no core values and takes no ownership of their mistakes. This is a part for a vehicle that is desperately needed. Shame on UPS. Will use fed ex moving forward.

Cannot get my packages

The worst shipping company EVER! Everytime someone says they're using UPS. I shake in my pants! Nothing ever gets delivered without a lengthy hassle and problems. The drivers lie, they say they tried to deliver a package and no one was home. The reps, and supervisors lie, they say it's coming later in the day. THIS IS THE WORST FCUKING COMPANY EVER. I will never purchase from a vendor who uses UPS anymore ITVIS ALWAYS A NIGHTMARE OF DELAY AND HASSLES TO GET MY PACKAGES.
Too bad I can't give minus 5 stars
