I had an important document delivered next day air for $44 and was suppose to come that Saturday and didn't come. Monday came and the tracking said Monday by 7pm so I stayed home and waited. Monday at 7:30p the tracking updated to Tuesday at 7pm. Called customer service and they could care less. Friday to Tuesday for next day air. Prob won't get it Tuesday neither. Garbage company use someone else

Stolen package by driver

Impossible to marked delivered package and not leave any package and later on say it was delivered to the wrong address, sounds very fishy to me, I was standing there betwee 7pm and 7:38 pm when I got notification … this guy never showed up at least in the side of my building, I notify ups right away from a missing package, since I never received anything, I got a hold of someone he said he was gonna called me tomorrow with an answer, and now they say they send the driver to retrieve the package but he was sure to leave it at my address. I have proof of him lying I would be attaching some pictures right now

Driver had a delivery at my neighbor's across the street. I hear a big boom look out. Driver parked in my drive way backed up to my 15 day old vehicle. I open my door driver is towards my back door between my two cars looking in. When I asked him what he was doing, he said delivering across the street. I asked him why he was between my two cars. I called made a formal complaint. I checked the status of my Amazon delivery said attempted delivery UPS no one home, I work from home. I call UPS pleasant person said they will have it out for delivery 12 noon. When it didn't arrive I called to get unpleasant customer service person said would be delivered next day, I asked for the supervisor ( MIchelle) was very rude stated all deliveries to my address had been stopped, I needed to pick up which is 40 min from my residence. This morning waiting for a shipment of candles, I check status, UPS delivers to post office, they deliver, I have been advised they stopped my delivery to my post office, I have to go pick up. So bottom line they can hire employees that are shady, he was self admitting he was where he shouldn't be, looking in my vehicles, you file a complaint UPS stops the daily function of your life and inconveniences clients. UPS is not a carrier I would chose anyway do to cost, but kudos to Amazon for refunding my shipping cost and notating my account to only get deliveries via their logistics companies.

Ups from Midway Arkansas has by far the worst management and delivery service. The driver with the help of the terminal manager just throws packages in the words, have been left for days to get snowed on, rained on, and who knows what else. It's about time upper management gets a grip on the weakness of this hub and makes changes to keep customers.

Worst experience then im on google and it says "women led" that explains it. Women cant keep their feelings at home they are too emotional. You guys are lucky to be able to work yet prove why you shouldnt, then ask for equal rights

We're about half way through 2021. I don't order a ton of packages and not all go through UPS... BUT, 4 of my packages this year were mis-delivered to the wrong address, just a few blocks down the street, or the next street over... like the drivers just throw out packages wherever they please. Whatever drugs they're on, they must be good!

Lately, the company had taken a severe dive in quality of service.

Received packages are smashed more often than not, a few times have been crushed flat by something extraordinarily heavy (truck?) Or so water soaked that contents feel out of boxes.

And now the additional growing trend are for the company and drivers both to claim invalid addresses and delay shipments for days, or even weeks.
Addresses are same as have been used for years.

Never use UPS to send anything from US to Canada as they charge you Brokerage fees of more than double the cost of the item I purchased. Just use USPS and Canada Post - no brokerage fees but may be a day or two longer.

Terrible

They send msm saying delivery scheduled for tomorrow when in fact the package did not even enter the country, its still on its way and it will take 2-3 business days to arrive to the facility at the destination... but you did not know that, you have just wasted a day waiting for the package. You call and call again and they assure it will be finally delivered but on the day which is highly inconvenient for you and to reschedule now you have to pay extra fees. So pay to have it rescheduled for the day you can stay at home and wait for it and... it does not arrive again. You call and noone knows why it did not arrive all they can do is to reschedule for next business day. And once again there is no guarantee and it goes on and on in circle. Finally a week later past most recent rescheduled date someone just drops it on the street side entrance despite instructions saying not to do that. Absolutely terrible experience. Worst shipping company ever

I was waiting at home for a UPS delivery. At the end of the day, I was surprised to see that UPS delivery person has passed by but didn't find anybody available to receive the package. The new scheduled delivery was for the day after. Waiting at home I saw the UPS track arriving and went to pick up the parcel but surprised that the delivery person was just to take off after leaving the notice of him arriving and me being not available. He even didn't ring on the door. I stopped the guy, who was surprised of me showing up and started to talk on the phone for 5 mins. He is a driver from Geneva office.
After demanding to receive my parcel, he handed it over without any explanations or excusing himself.
This company does not deserve to do business in Switzerland and should be banned!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
June 7, 2021

Ive been chasing my package around for a week now. Continuously getting wrong information, hang ups, missed deliveries when someone is actually home (just knock harder?!). I call and get instructions to update delivery options on website after 'final attempt'. I went to website only to read ‘technical error' on the refresh page following exact directions. Then drive to pick up package myself at said location to find my package was sent out again and is currently on the truck. Which means the previous final attempt notice was wrong information. Then I rush home after speaking with representative to make sure Im there during said time slot just to find the driver attempted deliver again prior to given time slot. Horrible experience. Wrong information. Hang-ups. Run-arounds. UPS shouldn't even be in business.

Dropping the Ball

I ordered something to a PO Box from a company that I had ordered from before (sent to the same address with no issues). This time apparently there was one.
I check the tracking the day it was supposed to be delivered and it says there is an incorrect address but won't give me details or a way to edit the address. So of course I investigate because it says it's undeliverable.
The first guy I talked to when this whole thing started said UPS couldn't deliver to PO boxes. Duh, but just transfer it to USPS like last time. He then says it wasn't the right type of shipping for USPS transfer (surepost), even though the tracking details say it is and he proceeds to tell me I can pick it up at a UPS that is 1.5 hours from where I live.
Not content with this answer, I called for someone else and they gave me a USPS tracking number with no package attached. I try to see what's up there and then had this whole conversation where they said there isn't a USPS number and they need a physical address and can reroute it. So I gave them that address, and even got a call from local UPS that they'd share that info to the distribution site so it could be sent there. I check tracking the following day and it says they're returning it to sender. I call again wanting answers as to what the hell was going on and tell them all this occurred and am basically called a liar and offered no apology for UPS screwing up and making it so I can't receive my package.

I have been shipped with eBay, Amazon, and others for more than 15 years. I decided to try Shipstation, I signed up, and I started shopping with UPS, they had the lowest prices of them all, so I started to use them, but that's a trick. They charge less when you buy the Lable, and then they hit you with additional charges later on they claim the weight and measurements are not correct or the box is not corrugated. I paid few hundred dollars extra, but they lost my business, I wanted people to be careful with this fraud company.

Horrible service

We have a business account at UPS and they are supposed to take money out automatically as we have a lot of shipments going through them. Some payments don't go through on their end and they send you to collections with no call or reason for it not to go through. I called to see why this is happening and they send you from one account to the next. No one knows why this happens and don't care about your credit. I wish there is another company to deal with as this is horrible customer service.

I have been meaning to write this review for the last year my UPS driver Tom (out of Russellville TN) is an absolute wonderful joy always has a smile on his face is so accommodating and we look forward to seeing him every time he delivers a package he is an outstanding driver

The worst!

UPS is the worst postal service in North America! I have had 8 packages "delivered" via UPS over this past year and not a single one has been delivered properly. I have had to go to a local access point to pick up my package everything single time, sometimes after 4 days of trying to track it down via online tracking and customer service help. I have even gone out of my way to make sure that I home during the scheduled delivery time, regularly checking the front door and without and knock, phone call, or anything I see that my package has changed to "undeliverable" on the website!? Sometimes they do not even leave an attempted delivery note. I'm starting to think that they do not even attempt delivery and instead just send it directly to the access point. I am so frustrated and will be requesting senders to not use UPS anymore as it is a huge inconvenience and adds several days to the shipping time through all the "confusion". Avoid UPS if you can!

1 Star is too much for UPS. Worst delivery company ever, worst than all the national post services.
My experience with them:
My friend bought for me a second hand laptop in Germany, and he paid 250E for it. I then looked for a shipping service between Germany and Ireland, and found website Packlink (which is like a search engine for couriers, similar with parceldirect.ie), entered all details and choosed UPS as delivery courier. All good, UPS collected the package from my friend house and I got it 1 week later. Because I was not home, the driver decided to throw the package over my 2m height gate and the laptop broke unrepairable. (how stupid is this?)
Of course I ringed straight away UPS, they sent a driver the next day which collected the broken laptop for investigation and here starts the fun. UPS doesn't want to compensate me because the sender of the package apparently is Packlink, I spent hours with Packlink on chats and emails, I got nowhere, and they said they can reimburse me 18E (based on it's weight) because I don't have a receipt for the second hand laptop. Now I am trying to at least get my laptop back from UPS as there is some personal information I need to recover of it, UPS won't send it back as Packlink needs to ask them to do so, Packlink doesn't answer my emails anymore so here I am, no money, no laptop, my personal data is compromised (I am pretty sure this violates GDPR, so I will rise a claim to the small court here in Ireland).
