I've been sitting waiting on my package for 2 days they tell me that the package was delivered to my house and but wasn't no one home how when I was sitting at the door for 2 days
I swear you know you sign up for alerts and none come your way. You wait and wait to find out what is going on with your package and nothing they have this huge area where you fill out all your stuff to sign up for alerts but then no follow up, I know there busy but why have that option if their not going to follow through. I rate one star they leave you wondering to where is your package is which I think is horrible don't sign up for the details there being lazy.

They will charge you a lot of money for an immediate delivery supposetedly 3 days.
Its been 2 weeks now and the only reason they can give is a severe weather issue? For 2 weeks?
Atleast they can compensate the money back right? But NO. They are a scam. I wish i just use USPS maybe theres a chance my package will be delivered in time... or be delivered.

I am once again writing another terrible review of the failure that is UPS. I bought a watch from Watchmaster ( who might I add were very helpful) and after waiting 2 weeks for the watch to be shipped they sent it with a 1 day delivery from UPS. The watch was due at 12pm today and didn't arrive. I called at 2pm and was told the driver had missed his window and would be delivering by 7pm today, it's now 7:30 and nothing. I have just called again and was told that the package was never out for delivery today despite the fact it should've been and that it won't come until Monday apparently. This is disgusting service and mirrors the issues I had previously. They clearly do not know what they are doing. They are incompetent and utterly useless. I urge businesses to avoid using them as a courier service as you will be left with very unhappy customers. Again I'd like to stress this is not the fault of Watchmaster it is completely on UPS, hopeless.
Delivery driver will not attempt to deliver package. They go to the entrance of my apartment building and don't attempt to buzz my apartment. They just post the InfoNotice sticker and move on. Its ridiculous. And i would have to be charged extra to have the package held at a ship center. Don't go through this company, stick to FedEx.

Well my headline is a warning to all who rely upon couriers to collect and deliver your parcels.
In February this year I sent a small package to an EU country as requested by the manufacturer to be replaced, six months later I am still waiting for that delivery to be made or returned by UPS despite having sent it with the correct paperwork.
They lost the paperwork, claimed to have tried to deliver it three times, sent the parcel to one of their lost property depots and finally suggested they could return it to me if I sign a document giving them permission to charge me for returning the parcel.
I offered them the choice to return it or compensate, the latter they declined, they are still considering how to return the parcel without charging me.
What a mess and such a useless parcel service, thanks UPS for the hassle!

This is just absolute wickedness why is your service so bad. Why lie bout delivery when no delivery. When I call no one can help with anything no call back. Packages is ticked signature required but driver would sign delivered but not deliver who d is Rel y75 that signed? Not me. Ups never came to my street I was following the my package on my choice and then tracking stopped and was marked delivered I stayed home today canceled all I had to do sitting my by window that faces my drive way and door no one came. I called a dozen times no help. This is a gift for my mother someone is to take it to her abroad and now there's no chance. My day is absolutely ruined If could give zero star I would

I appeal to all compaining about UPS to sent their stories to Watchdog watchdog@ bbc.co.uk so they get investigated, named and shamed. The more stories get sent, the bigger the chances of BBC taking it on. I have sent mine today.
After 4,5 months I lost hope of ever being reunited with my parcel. It was sent from UK to Spain, as I am relocating due to Brexit. It was personal items, UPS were useless with advising how to get personal items through customs without tax/customs charge. I refused to be fleeced for no reason and requested the parcel to be sent to UK. Have been calling, e-mailing, Facebooking, tweeting, e-mailing CEO every week since then asking where my parcel is and when will I get it back. I was told it was being released from customs, it is on the way, it is waiting for space on return transport, and last week I was told it was declared "abandoned". Absolute joke!
So please, please, please report to Watchdog on watchdog@ bbc.co.uk.
They seem to be reliant on Virtual Assistant which provides No help any at all and just poor interaction. Reaching out with their UPS Representative is as almost as gut-wrenching and depressing, they have no training that it actual feels like the Robotic Virtual Assistant has more Script and Vocabulary, needless to say, it really isn't about the expressive techniques, it's about being able to give solution, assurance or clarity and they failed to offer those three things there was no direction, follow up or any type of valuable information that they could respond to my concerns. It truly is a dissapointment, yet many companies, USE UPS.
It is horrible company, please no one use it.
They destroyed all items and charged me a huge money of delivery which took more than 3 weeks while it should takes only 3 days.
I had at least 2-3 packages that weren't found and it said that it was delivered. Those packages was expensive stuff and needed my signature too. What a poor job at delivery packagings.
VERY disappointed with UPS was expecting a important package on Wednesday June 16 that required a signature. Took day off work to wait for it. Had not arrived by 6:15pm called to get an update was told it was rescheduled for next day delivery. Disappointed no one called to inform me of this NOR was it noted on their website until about 7:00pm. Complained asked that a Supervisor call me never received a call.

Driver arrived without the parcel asking for payment of import duty, I ask him for an invoice or proforma so that I could arrange payment. He said that he was not able to give a invoice or receipt until 14 days after payment. I ask for the ref to call and he said he could not give me one. I call the number which he gave me with our post code, they could not find the ref either. I asked to be put to a supervisor. (Gabby) she said she would call me back. 3 weeks later still no call. I now call back and " I " have found the tracking number from my suppler in Germany, but again told they cannot give me an invoice, the operator (vincent) told me" we are always getting asked for this but it is not possible" So Durrrrr does that not tell you you have got your process wrong? He has now taken my number (again) and said someone will ring me back. I'M NOT HOLDING MY BREATH.

They try to fool the customers and will not co-ordinate with you, all the staff from their customer care executive to custom duty executive will just give any random reason to pay for their negligence.
Don't ever avail their service, otherwise you will regret.
They did not deliver my package instead they had me pick it up. They didn't even come to my address to drop off the package. It was a next day delivery and it wasn't delivered the day it was supposed to be delivered.
This is the worst courier service ever. Internationally. And by all means and standards. A huge waste of money and a pathetic customer support. This is really bad. Especially UPS uae, the international ups website, their processes, and their lack of professionalism.
A parcel left Malta on 30March, arrived in South Africa on 01April. Then it gets interesting. According to their shipping logs, they were trying to contact me for 21 days. According to my phone logs, no calls missed during that time.
I call them 04May, and finally get to speak to a live person, who sends me the email link to pay the import duties. Which I pay the same day.
Today is 15 June, and they are finally going to escalate and have their team investigate where my package is, after I finally got to speak to a live person again. This is ignoring the numerous emails sent during this time, to Customer Services and various other email addresses within UPS.
Way to go, if this was something I needed to stay alive, I'd be dead. And still on hold for someone live to speak to.

I am not a happy customer of the ups store but if you are getting death threats you need to contact the police. It is illegal in America to make death threats against anyone no matter their race, creed or color. That is the beauty of living in United States of America. You do not need to wait for a company to file charges against another human being who is threatening your life. You just need to take the appropriate, legal action against that person, good luck!
