This is disgusting service. Never again will my son and his associates and colleagues use UPS again in the US and i and my friends and colleagues will never use in the UK and I shall make this clear on the review of your so called company review site! Obviously package stolen in February! Again regrettable and disgusting.
I cannot believe you dispute what Her Majesty Revenue and Customs have advised me.

Delivery was to be made Monday 7/19 had an exception, no communication had to find it by looking thru alternate website, called UPS told it would be delivered next day here it is 3 days later no delivery, called again told it would be delivered today, nope not today either, flowers, dead, chocolates will be melted, and a little girls heart broken. VERY POOR SERVICE!
I have been waiting 3 weeks for a package that was supposed to take 4-5 days to deliver. I have received 2 different "delivered" notifications, but still do not have the package. After 2 separate 40-50 minute phone calls, I have now been told the parcel was delivered to "the nearest access centre". I went to the named access centre, and was told they don't have the parcel either! One more 35 minute phone call, and I'm now told they will have to ask the UPS sorting centre where the parcel is... and I have no choice but to wait until they get around to calling me. WORST COMPANY EVER... I can't even call this "service".
UPS doesn't leave packages as other carriers do (even when no personal presence or signature is required). I had to call them to be assured that the package will be redelivered the next business day, what was then reflected on the tracking information. However even one week after this phone call I did not receive the package. And when I called again (talking to a robot for hours before I would be connected to a human who barely speaks English), I found out that the package was been held for pick up and would be sent back unless I pick it up the next day. Pick up hours 11am-5pm, and obviously I was at work and was not able to pick it up. I asked to hold it for 1 more day, but they refused and recommended to contact sender (when sender contacted them they refused as well). Amazon rep called them with the same result. They finally promised to redeliver it the next day, but of course no redelivery ever happen. I had to call them 2 more times (wasting hours talking with absolutely idiotic barely able to communicate reps who promised to redeliver it again with no redelivery of course), before I demanded to talk to a manager. ONLY AFTER THAT THE MANAGER AGREED TO HOLD THE PACKAGE FOR ONE MORE DAY. It was a tremendous waste of time and just a disgrace. I will never order anything what would be shipped with UPS. AVOID
Guys, you provide a terrible service! I'm waiting for my package already a month and your customer service people keep telling me that a driver called a door bell and nobody answered. I'm working from home, your drivers even didn't call
If you need a package delivered but need a signature this means that someone at that address must be over 18yrs and also not working. Most of us work during the day. I missed a package twice because I was working and will not take a day off to wait for a box. Next best option is to drive 30+ mins to pick it up from a facility. Very disappointing
Suppose to receive a gift from my boyfriend. One of the employees open my package in the ups warehouse. She stole 2 items worth over $100! Open a container of hair product and threw it all over the items and BRAND NEW JORDANS! EVERYTHING WAS RUINED!
UPS is the poorest package service i have used. I bought a device on Ebay it cost 1000$ and the sender request signature on delivery. The UPS driver delivered the packet, signed by himself and said he saw someone. No one was there, the packet was never seen and UPS took 2 months for investigation at the end they confirmed the packet was lost. No refund was done i opened claim and all UPS is saying after 3 months is that they can only refund or talk about it with the sender. But the sender already got his money! I provided everything they asked (invoice, shipping document). FAMOUS UPS i lost my money, lost my contract and everything! Never recommend them
Absolutely the worst carrier service driver tore up my driveway didn't even deliver my package and left just as fast as they came in, customer service either has a $#*!ty attitude or they hang up on you
UPS is trying to defraud me. In receiving a shipment in Canada for the United States I declined the offer by UPS to have them pay the $12 in GST for a fee of $70. I wrote to UPS and advised them of that well in advance. I then paid the GST at a local customs office. When I took delivery of the package I showed proof of payment to the driver, I also provided PDF copies to USP by email. I owe UPS nothing.
UPS then sent an internal collections agent after me for the debt that does not exist, and I explained all of this to them.
UPS has now sent an external collection agent after me for this, and today I left then a voice message advising of the foregoing.
Trying to coerce payment from me of a debt that is not owing, for services I neither requested nor received, is fraud.
As senior litigation counsel I am going to take great delight in suing UPS, North American Receivable Management Services and any impacted credit reporting agency for a declaration that this debt does not exist, damages, and all costs, on the basis that this is fraud.
I dare them to make me do that.

Do not use UPS, tales of broken promises, lost packages, false claims that we refused a delivery when we were in and nobody called. To make a mistake is one thing but to make various false claims beggars belief. Still no package and no resolution.
I received a parce which was due import duty payment, normally always paid before the parcel is delivered. This time after a number of failed delivery attempts the driver dropped the parcels and assured me the invoice had cleared. A few weeks later an invoice comes through the post, fine, but the VAT amount is much higher than the value of the goods. So I follow protocol and send an email enquiry that is supposed to be answered in 1 business day. Weeks pass by and then I get hit with a late payment charge, so ring accounts who simply do not want to answer the phone even though its a 0345 number.
Sent yet another email enquiry about the issue and told again 1 business day to be resolved. Bunch of crooks and jokers!

Important parcels for Biomedical research sent from Germany 04 June. As of today (01 Jul) still sitting in UPS warehouse. I have been on the phone every day since 10th and go absolutely no-where. They do not communicate, never phone back, loose information and it's always some other department, no the managers are all in a meeting. Nothing happens and no-one either cares or manages to do anything about it. Well thanks UPS you are a waste of space.

I had to be on the phone with customer service 50 mins just to give them two tracking labels that were prepaid. I was charged 12.58 to have them pick it up even though it was prepaid. If I didn't want to be charged I had to hand the boxes to the driver. When I asked how would I know they were here I was told to check outside ever now and then in the 5 hour time frame. No call to say they are here or knock at the door. Absolutely ridiculous. Next time I have to return something and the prepaid label is UPS I will just go to fed ex and pay shipping not to deal with UPS. Robbing people making them pay fir a pick up when the label was already paid by the company
We have an e-commerce store and ship several hundred boxes a day with UPS. We have several box sizes, including a 12x12x12 box size. UPS repeatedly adjusts the shipping fee we pay alleging the size is 13x12x12. Not only do we not have a 13x12x12 box, but we have yet to see a downward price adjustment.
Clearly, UPS is overcharging customers in a that is most likely illegal. We will file a complaint with the Connecticut state attorney generals office.

My package i shipped to a customer was shipped missing from the envelope. So when I went to claims online it said not eligible for claim. So I then tried calling customer support, which sent me to their automated voice when I asked to speak to an agent, it would not send me to an agent and then hang up. If I could rate them lower then a 1, i would and will suggest to others not to bother using ups if they can not personally have an agent to talk to someone about their claims
The delivery people just ring your bell and scape! If you want to get out of your desk and walk to the door you have no chance of getting your parcel any more! Because they are already gone! They even don't try to give your package to the neighbours. The postman is too busy to do his job correctly!
Ups brought a parcel to my home in CA from the uk during Covid-19 lockdown. They refused to take payment any other way than check which I did not have and the banks were not open due to the pandemic. They then sent the package back to the uk changing over $300 then changed me $90 so in all it cost $500 to never get a parcel delivered. I would recommend using any other service even standard mail rather than UPS. Just terrible and taking advantage of the pandemic. Disgusting
