If there was a zero star I would have ticked that!
They made me wait for whole 2 days making me prisoner at my home, I didn't even have a shower just in case they come and I wouldn't hear them. When I called them all day many times today their final answer was the driver couldn't find my address! I received many many parcels to my address before many times and where I live is a very well known address, it's not in the middle of nowhere! Latest, I talked to a woman named Sharon she said the driver wouldn't answer his phone. After waiting again, she called and said they won't deliver it today! So asked her where can I make a complaint and she told me to call this number **************. When I called them they said they don't take any complaints and I have to e-mail to UPS. Their irresponsible driver probably didn't even bothered to drive here to give my parcel for 2 days and now I have to go and collect it from a centre which is not my job because it's fully paid door to door delivery. Now I am thinking who will pay my 2 whole days of my life waiting for these irresponsible zero work ethic people. I won't give up, they should pay the inconvenience they created for me! If you love yourself, DO NOT use this company.!

Worst Service
October 19, 2021

Worst service. They deserve zero rating. I have scheduled a package pickup. No one called and no one came to pickup package. Every time when I call to customer care, they say that they will come today. It's been 5 days and no one is coming.

Paid for 2 day shipping. Lol what a joke. Now at 3days. Looking like it will be 4 days. UPS should merge with the USPS both are a joke. So tired of paying extra and not getting what i pay for

I paid for 2 day service for a time sensitive delivery from Chicago to Atlanta. In tracking it I see it will not arrive until Wednesday. That's 5 days! Will never use them again. If I wanted such bad service I could have used USPS and paid less. Sorry I don't want to hear it's Covid. If UPS couldn't have done the job they should have told me up front so I could use another service.

Two days in a row they didn't deliver the package. I was home, and they claimed I wasn't. No one knocked, rang the doorbell or even just left the package on the porch (it didn't require a signature). When I called customer service, they were "apologetic" but also blamed me, saying I wasn't home (I was). I had called the first time they didn't deliver and left explicit instructions to leave it on the steps the next day, and they said they would leave it (as they should have done the first time), and then the next day they did not do so.

They indicated it is up to the driver's discretion to leave a package. We have had packages delivered 3-5 times a week since moving in, and have never had an issue. The driver lacks the discretion to make these decisions, and after he refused to leave the package the FIRST time and I called to leave instructions specifically to just leave it, he decided that his discretion should trump my explicit directions. Honestly, they're the most incompetent shipment company I've yet encountered.

Purchased 2nd day air delivery service 9/25/21 and delivery was made 10/07/21. Defia tell not 2nd day air. UPS barely apologized and refused any refund because they do not guarantee delivery.

You can not get someone on the phone. The system is designed to not let you. The service is non-existent and very disrespectful to customers. Besides having the worse phone support, if you manage to trick the system to actually connect you to someone, it hangs up on you anyway. Call backs don't work, waiting on the phone doesn't work. It took me 30 calls to get someone for a simple thing. Plus I see the truck drive past my house every day and I live on dead-end street so it's to deliver to my neighbors and yet they have a problem delivering my packages I have to go to a pick up location 45 minutes away. Please someone bankrupt this company for lack of service. They suck. Please use fedex or USPS to ship things I will no longer buy things online if they use this company.

UPS apparently is not only incompetent but also fails to keep their word. Driver did not read the very clear, very visible note that said I was refusing delivery of a package. It was dropped off on Friday; driver did not even ring the doorbell. I spent HOURS chatting with reps on FB Messenger on Friday (promised to pick up package on Monday), Monday (package not picked up; promised to pick up on Tuesday), and Tuesday (package not picked up; promised to pick up on Wednesday). I'm done with sitting home, waiting for UPS to do its job and keep its promises. Instead I'll post my review of UPS EVERYWHERE I can. The reps I chatted with were primarily Nefi, a few with Willy, and one with Kim. I repeatedly requested a supervisor; request went unanswered. I requested a way to contact local UPS center; was told I could not contact them directly. Requested they contact me. No response to that request.

Have had many packages lost in the last few months, and marked by ups that it was delivered. Where? Not where it was. Because it was "delivered " sellers/shippers won't replace or refund- where are my packages going?

UPS, Wow

UPS delivered an urgent medical device notification to the wrong address (my address) and when I tried to contact them, to fix this mistake, I had to deal with their horrible robotic phone tree (on MULTIPLE UPS phone numbers), which did nothing to help or resolve the problem. Actually, was very frustrating.

My husband and I were in the process of moving and tried to ship a mattress through UPS. We had vacuum sealed it and everything. Of course they damage it in shipping, then they remeasure it and hit us with a 1.4k charge. It was one day late, when they delivered it they opened our door and dumped it in. We called them and complained about the damage and the charge they said they would pick it up the next day. Needless to say it was not picked up but they charged us anyway. We called them again to have it picked up. Supposedly they are going to dispatch someone to have it picked up on Monday. They have already charged us AGAIN. Their customer service skills are terrible, they charge you for their blunders and then call you stupid when you question them. It's not like I was shipping anything special, it was a light mattress, even I a 5'7 woman could lift it fairly easily on my own.
Just do yourself a favor and don't ship with UPS

It is the worst parcel service company. I made an order online to deliver my wife at home because I am almost never at home and I was lucky that on the day of delivery I waited for the delivery man since my wife went to her mother's house to look for something for a few minutes. The delivery man arrived minutes before she arrived and told me that he could not deliver the packages since my name was not the owner. I showed him my identification and the card which I used to buy the product, until the confirmation message that contained all the data and even so he refused to give me the delivery.

I have been waiting my packet since long time, by the status it says that the delivery man pass by my home but not is not true. Maybe he is so lazy and decided to not come. I called yesterday and they told me to arrange a second attemp and still not coming now I should go to a packet station which is located 3 km far away from my home. Last update today I called the customer center and the girl was just laughing at me cause I can not speak well german, not good to have racist people on their team. To be honest this smells really bad.
The company also seems to not worry about. Worst service ever will not recommend!

Worst parcel company ever

Purchased a international delivery from UPS via Packlink. The delivery was supposed to take three days, so far it has been ten days. Reason for the delay given on UPS's website - commercial invoice missing. I completed the invoice, printed it and watched the Packlink employee at the Packlink drop off shop tape it securely to the package. So if it wasn't there it means UPS in transit removed it. Package contained some food for relatives in France so it's now all destroyed because of the delay.

Have emailed UPS - no response. Telephoned them, they hung up. Telephoned again, they hung up. The package was sent with additional purchased insurance so I am covered. When I try to make a claim via UPS's website it says my (newly created account because of this incident) is not linked to my tracking number and I need to link it. To link it I need an account number, which UPS have not provided me with. So impossible to contact UPS via email or telephone and impossible to make a claim.

I use many mail/parcel companies regularly and this has hands down been the worst one ever. UPS is not the cheapest so there really is no point in using them if their service is this atrocious.

Ups to lazy

My supplier used ups but they dont have a driver in my area so they have given it to Aramex for 8 days it has been in transit between depots that are only 29 k apart a 30 min drive-ups tells me it takes 3 days to deliver REALY UPS if you can avoid ups

I sent perishable items from Canada to Louisiana and paid $300 for the next day delivery. Here we are on Monday (3 days after) unable to track the package and the tracking system is 60hours late. Last display was at Louisville Kentucky@ 2.29am on Saturday.

My shipped item is garbage and I am waiting for the refund. Never Trust UPS

Ridiculous shipment ever
September 20, 2021

Shipment from Surrey to Burnaby took almost 3 weeks and the package shipment kept postponing with no specific reasons on details. They never left any notification on my apartment lobby door and myself always need to call operation to figure out what was going on. Never use this freaking carrier, otherwise, your life is going to be in misery and piss off every time you see status shows, "Pending" What a joke! If there is 0 on rating, I would put it 0 rating.
