Legit the worst company that ever existed, my doorbell wasn't working so I asked them if they could call me when they are here and they refused. SO I ENDED UP WAITING FOR THEM FOR 3 HOURS (DURING THE TIMESTAMPS THEY HAVE PROVIDED, AND THEY HAVEN'T EVEN ARRIVED YET THEY STILL HAD THE AUDACITY TO CHECK THE DELIVERY AS "ATTEMPTED". I AM WHOLEHEARTEDLY DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY, I HOPE YOU GO BANKRUPT ASAP.)
I used UPS to send parcels with personal belongings to the UK. The parcels arrived in the UK and then the drama started. UPS lost my customs invoice, made one up and asked me to confirm it, which I didn't. I provided a second one, and then I was asked to provide additional details required from the British customs - of which, UPS had not informed me, as if Brexit had occurred the day before and not 9 months ago. I provided them, but no one seems to have used them, so my parcels got stuck at the customs for days, without anyone at UPS updating me on what was wrong. Every day, the delivery would be rescheduled to the next day, for 12 days and counting. I couldn't pay my customs duty online - website malfunctioning - and I did it on the phone, but no one updated the order, to when my parcels were delivered eventually, they were sent back because UPS asked for payment a second time. UPS agents are always ready to apologise, but totally unable to manage the service. Awful service, awful communication. NEVER USE IT.
They never attempted to deliver my package even after filing complaint for no show. I was home and nobody attempted to deliver my time sensitive package
If one is looking for an experience thar would rise his adrenaline lecels to the maximum there is a good opportunity with chosing this treacherous company. They make your life the most difficult they can. They linger upon deliveries from abroad in order to find the opportunity to charge outrageous amounts of clearance and brokarage fees for customs for things that have 1-10$ values! They make you ask for invoices from friends that send you presents in order to make sure that they know exactly how much they paid, and while you wait for the invoice they also charge warehouse fees! As if that wasn't enough, they are unae to deliver to the majority of addresses outside city centers! They call them "the provinces"! And thus, they forward the shipping to other companies with which they have minimum or no communication and you need to go ahead and call them yourself to arrange your delivery! It is truly a joke of a company….
UPS makes it so hard to reach them or file a claim when it is purchased on eBay. I think they want the sixty days to pass so they can say they are not responsible. By the way, they don't tell you that's all the time you have. It will take $700 dollars to repair the pressure washer they damaged in shipping.
I will give a ZERO star if I can - it happened again! They never came to the location and reported wrong address - receiver not listed. My buzzer number is there and I AM LISTED. I immediately run to catch them IF they really came - but no one was there. UPS MANAGEMENT MUST CHANGE OR RATHER UPS SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS AT ALL! This is not the 1st, 2d or 3rd time... more than 20 times and the same thing over and over. My family, friends and coworkers experience the same thing - UPS deliverers will cut corners - never go to the location & give a FAKE report. We dont have all the time in the world to sit in the house and wait for the freaking delivery everytime!
Today I am expecting a signature-required delivery (1Z9R140W*******000), which showed "expected to be delivered by 12pm" when I checked this morning. So I cancelled my plans and stayed at home for the whole morning, but the delivery never came. Then I called customer services twice and got lied to multiple times, specifically:
1. The associate helping me around noon 09/11 told me she called local dispatch, asked for my phone number, and told me someone would reach out in 1 hr. Nobody did.
2. The associate helping around 4pm told me the same thing. I asked to be redirected to a supervisor.
3. The "supervisor" agreed to file a complaint for me, and said she would CC me on the email. After some typing noises, she said the email would be delivered to me in 15 mins and tried to hang up, but I insisted to be redirected to her supervisor.
4. Her "supervisor" told me the internal emails cannot be forwarded to external emails at all. Then she left me on hold for another 15 mins and came back with no useful information nor actions for me to track my package, at which time I hung up.
The 2nd call took a total of 1 hour 7 minutes including hold time. By the time I am writing this (09:08pm), the package was not delivered, and when I check back on the website, the update says "to be delivered on Monday".
We ordered a Valve Index virtual reality headset off of Etsy. The sender had many positive reviews, and showed many pictures of their product. They were trustworthy. But UPS delivered it to the wrong address and it never showed up. We called to see what happened and the support representative was rude, snappy, unhelpful, and wouldn't stop interrupting us. This package was a gift for our daughter's birthday and now WE have to go through the trouble of finding where it was delivered to and possibly get it back.
Item flew to Spartanburg, SC, then went to Greensboro, SC to Louisville KY, and then to Ontario, CA and on to Tia Juana, BCN. After determining they wanted more money, they sent the package to La Paz, BCS arriving 28 days later. Item would not be released unless monies were paid. Ever try to get through UPS to make a payment? Someone has my credit card number, only God knows who. Absolutely no help trying to phone Mexico City. Next item will be shipped with someone else. 28 days is nothing to be proud of. I paid 350.00 to ship it as quoted by UPS and they added another 311.00 and wouldnt reply to my emails. Never again!
We sent a package from Asia to Europe to family members. In addition to the cost of the shipping, a fee had to be paid for the customs. We had the choice to either pay it ourselves or leave it to the receiver to pay it in cash upon delivery in order to receive the package, which they did.
A few days later our credit card also got charged that exact same fee.
We then tried to reach out to their terrible customer support, after multiple phone calls with their agents, we got told that the refund request got escalated and that we would soon expect a follow-up.
A month after, as they had not tried to contact us in any way, we decided to file a bank dispute.
Despite the proof of payment, the bank sided with UPS took our money, and charged us an extra dispute fee.
UPS ARE SCAMMERS, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE
Recently ordered two items on separate orders from a company in Columbia, MO. Both items are trapped in Kansas City under UPS control. One order has been there for four days and should have been here today. Told the company I bought from as long as they ship by UPS I will not be doing any more business with them.
I had TWO vintage receivers to ship. Used Huntington UPS store based on their website stating that they "will package electronics perfectly" for shipping. I also bought their "insurance" on each package. THE COST: $45 EACH to provide the packaging and pack "EXPERTLY", They cost $218 EACH each to ship to California, They cost $32 EACH to insure for $2400 VALUE EACH. Total Cost: $526... delivered August 17, BOTH DAMAGED... UPS driver in California noted that BOTH boxes were damaged. Opened both boxes and the stereo receiver wood cabinets were broken, electronics wouldn't function.
I would have actually given a 0 if possible. 'We couldn't reach you at home' - yea right, when I'm here all day working remotely. Nice try, UPS. Just lazy and clearly pointless. In UPS's mission it says '... offering excellence and value in all that we do.' - good one. USP SUCKS! I'm never gonna order anything that comes with them, at least not if I expect it to reach me at home. But hey, 45min walk when I actually paid for delivery... thanks for nothing UPS!

The shipment literally travelled to more countries in a week than I have in my entire life.
Had one issue with custom. Made thousands of calls, sent the same information in emails to god-knows how many staff, still unable to resolve.
Staff from Customer services are EXTREMELY difficult to understand and clearly themselves do not quite have a good understanding of their job duties. And here goes what happened when trying to communicate with them in 6 DAYS IN A ROLE:
- One morning I received a phone call from them saying they need further info from my side,
- Done that,
- Wait for an entire day of no response,
- Called them many many times, not helpful at all,
- the next day - REPEAT
One fascinating thing is EVERY customer service staff were able to provide the EXACT SAME USELESS RESPONSES where NONE of them can provide accurate updates to my shipment.
I'm still waiting for my shipment.
Had a package delivered today I stay in apartment complex that is three stories with 27 Apartments in it my apartment number was not on my package but UPS cannot tell me where it was left at or who it was delivered to nor will they file a complaint that I might be reimbursed or package located
UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE. I am trying to get supplies to my lineman in LA who is working on the hurricane. I was told BY UPS it would get there Saturday. There would be no delays etc. My tracking paper says eta Saturday, I understand that's an estimate. But also has a Saturday delivery sticker on it. The package is now showing as arriving on Wednesday. That is a BIG jump. I tried calling the customer service number and could never talk to a representative, it was all automated and unhelpful. I emailed and they have been unhelpful and rude. I called the store in which I shipped from and they were rude and unhelpful as well.
They have act as if I am stupid. I know what ETA means. But the worker TOLD ME it would be there Saturday. Otherwise I would have chosen over night ship etc.
Upon communicating via email I was informed they don't even ship on Saturdays? So I was misinformed and am now paying for THEIR mistake.
They have done NOTHING to right this wrong. Pretty much telling me it is what it is. They have not offered to reimburse me or to air ship it from its location for me or anything. Will not ever be shipping with ups again.
My disappointment for your service is way above than what I can handle. I send a package (tracking 1Z*******R*******903) after multiple attempts to call the customer service in order to understand why the package is stationing in France without moving forward the customer service was never able to provide any information. The recorded calls where the operators were rude took place on 02/09/2021 at around 17:05 UK time and on 03/09/2021 at around 10:30 UK time). The operators hanged up the phone twice and they were not helpful at all. This service is ridiculous, they put me on hold and they hanged up in order for me not to be able to leave any review after the call. The happenings are speechless.
I am intended to escalate this issue up to the management.
UPS is a Joke
UPS workers are getting covid and they are not properly compensating them. They are giving workers a hard time during this pandemic rather than making them feel like they are family they make them wait months for their pay. People are being put out on the streets and they are hoping you just forget about it. I can not understand how a business like this is still allowed to be in America and not be sanctioned, behaving like this.
Today (Saturday) was my birthday and I had ordered me a gift over a week ago, it was supposed to be delivered yesterday but the delivery driver just decided to drive past my house and decided to take it back to a facility for me to wait till Monday to probably do the same thing again. I am furious with ups and I've tried to contact them with no success and tried to sign up to there ups thing but with no success. It is a Saturday and I work all next week and go to school in the afternoon so if they can't just leave my package at my door they might as well never deliver it and just give me a refund because I won't have time to go pick it up at a facility. I only have 30 minutes to an hour of free time on weekdays. Thanks ups for ruining my birthday and not leaving my package at my door :)
Waiting a UPS Ground delivery, ETA was two days ago with status "Out for Delivery" ever since. Would be lucky if i even get it this week (today is monday).

I am not a happy customer of the ups store but if you are getting death threats you need to contact the police. It is illegal in America to make death threats against anyone no matter their race, creed or color. That is the beauty of living in United States of America. You do not need to wait for a company to file charges against another human being who is threatening your life. You just need to take the appropriate, legal action against that person, good luck!
