The service I've just receive with UPS was totally dysfunctional.
I got my delivery 3 weeks later than I was suppose to.
No phone calls or email telling me it had fees due to the international shipment. I had to call them to know about it.
When I called, the artificial intelligent voice couldn't understand what I was telling her and when I finally paid the import charges they forgot to tell both packages that were sent to me.
Results: I had to call them again to tell them I already paid the fees.
Than they forgot to look at the change of address but only for the second package... This company is a mess!
UPS is so bad that they deliveried to the wrong place, it was heavy big package more than 40pounds.
When I asked the driver he said "I don't know which store i put it at". It was so funny such a big box, he didn't know which store he was deliveried.?!
Can't believe I lost 2 big packages in the sam month. I spet a lot of fee on delivery every month for internation packages. When they said they oped investigation, after 8 days they didn't get back any answer, just closed the case automaticly. Terrible expriebces with ups! I also use DHL for delivery over 6 years and 0 lost package.

Delivery was 2 days late and the UPS tracking does nothing. Who cares if the package arrived in some random nearby town at the start of the day if it's going take you two more days just to arrive! For a service that demands a delivery fee this is simply unacceptable. Just order from Amazon this entire company is a joke.

Signed up for text messages me about my package being delivered and never received any information on my package being delivered. Called customer service and and they wanted to charge me $7.99 to reroute my package to a different location or for pickup. Was not my fault for my package not being delivered when it was supposed to be delivered. The email I received stated that the package would be delivered by 9:00 pm on 12/28/21. Will not ever use this service for any packages to be sent to me or use to shipping company services anymore.
My above consignment (1Z8A46A*******511) took from Dubai on 12 December 2021 and not yet delivered to the destination till date (kaitaia, New Zealand). And no response from UPS of the status. Upon tracking it shows delivery by end of the day (29th). It already took 17 days.
Customer service is out of the country and their corporate office refuses to take complaints against employees they treat people with issues like crap. They need to bring customer service back to the U.S. wear it truly belongs. Also be aware of they will tell you that they have no access to computers or necessary phone numbers, and the ones they give only offer discounts on unnecessary services and disconnect when you refuse offers. They are all liars, and they all laugh about it. Finally purchased was verified by company bought from along with the proper shipping UPS did not have the right to transfer package, they only had the right to deliver to doorstep of the address given. So don't believe their updates they will be false.
I got two almost similar issues with overnight deliveries. They do not deliver the package on time for the first case and required another delivery address for the second. That was a nightmare to talk to an agent with a blocking robot. When you get an agent, he/she only creates a ticket instead of resolving the problem which was very urgent. UPS doesn't resolve issues on time. BEWARE! I also had many issues with deliveries when I purchase certain items from Amazon.com. They reschedule deliveries on their own without asking me.
Drivers are so dumb they skipped my house and i've been waiting for my important package for a week i'm annoyed i literally saw them pass my house i tried to flag it down but was too far away
Years ago I was called by UPS to pay $100.00 for a small package of optical lamination film samples shipped from the US - I had no choice but to pay the fee as they told me the only other option for me would be to drive down to Buffalo and fill out the forms myself to clear customs. $#*!s - So yes I paid but swore to never use them again. Now I had no choice as a automotive part supplier out of Germany decided to ship UPS... I have been waiting for weeks - to find a letter in my mail box Dec 24th with a duty invoice - of course they are closed over Christmas - but even today Monday Dec 27th - the busiest time of shipping they are still closed? The letter does not show a tracking number, but two numbers; account number and shipment number - give me one number please - the tracking number! Entering the shipment number it tells me that the shipment has been returned to the sender.? Locking at the date it shows December 07 2021... and payable until Dec 21... letter delivered December 24? - ok it looks like the letter was lost in the mail? But why do you not call and request the payment over the phone - or deliver the damn package and ask for payment at the door? Failed again UPS - thanks - I hope I can give you zero stars and tell anyone to never use UPS...
Do not EVER find yourself shipping with this trash company. The world will be a better place when there is no room for UPS in it. My package is lost in transition and I've contacted UPS multiple times with no update or anything tto what's going on.
WTH got two 27" monitors delivered for work, labeled WITH DELL in big letters in the side, required a signature. UPS leaves them on our porch, in the rain, doesn't even ring the doorbell. Seriously getting tired of this. I'm too honest or I'd say they were never delivered.

Spoke to two different agents today about a problem I'm having with a delivery. Both told me they would handle the problem and for me to stand by the phone for a call which I did but no one called, typical! I'm very disappointed in the way they assisted me and my issue.
The delivery person literally just put a sticker on my door, didn't even try to get my signature because I was home and no one knocked for the delivery. When I called customer service, the lady was completely useless and kept telling me she didn't know when and where the package would be delivered, just vague responses that the company has a script and conditions the mindless customer service reps to say so they can't say much more than "im sorry you had a bad experience with the driver" and "you'll have 7 business days to pick up the package at the drop off location" but when your package will be at the drop off location, who knows right?
Zero stars if I could. I dropped off a package early A.M. 5 days ago to ship a few states over and was given a delivery date of 12/24. Now that an error on UPS part has delayed my package because the guy did not scan it in until the next day. It sat in CA for 3 days and everytime I called customer service they were no help at all. I don't think their customer svc is US based so it's difficult to get answers and resolutions. With my experience the reps has just repeated what I've already said and or recite what you've already seen online in tracking. My package delivery has been delayed and no one at UPS seems to care. Customer service is definitely not their priority. I will never use them again

Driver that delivered to 406 E 17 th St York Ne on 12-20-21. Thank you for moving my snow shovel in front of package to hide it from sight. When I came home and saw that my first thoughts were, there is a guy that goes the extra mile. GOOD JOB
There has been numerous times that my package wasn't delivered to me like it's supposed to. I got no message about where my parcel is from UPS, and it just shows on Amazon tracking that they have attempted delivery. But I work from home and I have absolutely $#*!ing not heard the doorbell ring. In the end, my parcel ends up in some remote super market! When you call the customer service, they tell you where the parcel is and then that's the way it is, they said I can not help.
UPS IS TERRIBLE WHEN IT COMES TO PACKAGES BEING DROPPED OFF AT THE CORRECT ADDRESS. ONCE U CONTACT UPS THEY ACT AS IF IT DOESNT MATTER THAT THEY GAVE YOUR PACKAGE TO SOMEONE ELSE OR THEY HAVE LOST YOUR PACKAGE. I WILL LEAVE MY EMAIL IF SOMEONE WANTS TO CONTACT ME.

I am not a happy customer of the ups store but if you are getting death threats you need to contact the police. It is illegal in America to make death threats against anyone no matter their race, creed or color. That is the beauty of living in United States of America.
