Corporate office no longer cares about customers. In the past three weeks UPS have lost multiple packages. Last package I called UPS because it has not moved in six days from The last scanned facility. Spoke with customer service the only thing she could state was please continue to track your package online that is the best answer I can give you I explain to her that has not moved in six days and she said sir please continue to track your package online thank you is there anything else we can help you with. What a joke this company has turned into at least when I used FedEx and had an issue they had the issue resolved in two hours by making phone calls to The facility that had it and got the package moving and this lady stated that it was FedEx mistake and they overnighted the package when it was originally ground now that is good customer service UPS needs to take some learning lessons from Fed-ex. And no I am not a Fed-ex fan either but their customer service is way better. The last thing I will say is corporate office only cares about money no longer do they care about customers
The delivery with UPS is terrible, the packages are mistreated. Although it was not the driver, it was a companion.
It seems that lately UPS has fallen way behind on getting deliveries correct and to the intended recipient. When you receive an email stating your package was left at the front door you expect to see something lying near your front door and with most houses having some type of security camera in stalled it's hard to see how there is no occurrence of a package drop off but yet still there is that infamous email from UPS saying the package has been delivered. Either the drivers are getting more incompetent or they are ripping off the customers and stealing the packages. Just something to think about! Where are our packages UPS?
My order was due a week ago. Every day the delivery date changes to the next day. I'm very concerned that my Christmas presents won't arrive. UPS is the Grinch that didn't deliver Christmas.
Got a package that was damaged no one ever answers the phone its was only a a 704$ grow light so I guess I will never in life use ups ever again ups needs to be more careful with people's stuff I'm so upset with this company

STAY AWAY FROM UPS
I would give this company zero stars if I could! We received notification of delivery on Monday, December 13. We were told that the item would arrive on Tuesday Dec 14th.
Then on the 14th, we were told that the delivery would arrive on the 15th. Ever since then we have been told that the delivery date would be given as soon as possible as they were "weather delays". When tracking the item we could see on the map that it is in New Jersey, and we are located in New York. For the past few days there has not been any bad weather at all in the tri-state area. So, I have no idea why UPS is taking so long. I have chatted with someone in order to find out what is going on but, they use an automated system and not real people so all I keep getting is the lame excuse of "weather delays". I cannot seem to get in touch with a human being. I highly suspect that anyone working for this company would be incompetent anyway.
It was not my choice to use UPS. UPS was used by the store who was shipping the furniture but if I would have a choice I would never use UPS. Shame on you! You are the most horrible shipping company on the face of the earth!
Horrible customer service (if you could call it service), impossible to get to a person. I waited on hold forever, as soon as I stated my issue, Representative hung up on me. Never got past a hello. Drivers don't follow delivery instructions. If you want to pick up package at their location, they charge you! Imagine that! You pay for delivery service, you give delivery instructions, they fail to follow, then they charge you for you to pick up package that you paid them to deliver in the first place. Disgusting! Fedex does not do that!
No way to get a problem resolved. NO customer service people answer a phone. I got hang up 7 times by the automated system. I WILL NEVER SHIP ANYTHING UPS... EVER. They don't care about you at all.
So ordered a ham for Christmas. Shipped 2 day and shipped on 12/13. Tracking yesterday said out of delivery delivery by 9 pm. No package. Ups tracking says there is a delay and we will update you with new delivery date. UPS has already been in my area today so not getting delivered today. So I now have a ham that has been in a cooler for 3 days. When I called to have replacement sent was told my item has not been missing long enough. I don't know about you but I'm not serving my guests a ham sitting in cooler in I don't know what kind of environment after 3 days. I want to know who is accountable for my ruined Christmas Dinner. So now I will have to go to the store and try to find a replacement smoked ham and mean while their drivers and staff still get their 20 an hour or more with no accountability. I still can not get update on my package. UPS still gets paid for delivery and they will get paid to send it back to the place I got it.
I absolutely hate ups and won't be shopping with anyone who uses them as a carrier they've made my holiday bad within a couple of weeks not once but TWICE the drivers do not care where packages are left nor the weather condition
If you want to pay premium price and receive nothing by grief from UPS, you should definitely try shipping internationally with them. I used their Express Delivery Service to ship my birth certificate from the US to Tunisia in order to get ithe original certificate translated, so I could get married there. The envelope was scheduled to be delivered before 5:00 PM on Saturday 11 Nov and it arrived on Thursday at the facility in Tunis. However, after multiple international phone calls to multiple useless customer service agents and one pitiful excuse after another, I was told I had to wait until Monday to have it delivered. Which happens to be the date I was scheduled to get married. Having to cancel a wedding because of this was not the worst part of this story, the sad part is the week I spent trying to get answers from UPS. All I can say is that if you ever need to have something urgent delivered overseas, you should go with Santa Claus before you use UPS...
Sept 2021 I received my package by UPS with 3 broken pieces of glass. My sender purchased insurance, a waste of money. He put in a damage claim into UPS. They asked for several photos of the box and packing material. These were sent. 2 months later, they asked for the photos again. Again they were sent to UPS. Numerous phone calls and another month later, it is obvious UPS has no intention of providing compensation. UPS is giving us the Royal runaround. I was told back in Sept that UPS was the worst delivery company in the world. I now know why. I will never use UPS again and will tell all my friends and family how bad they are!
I chose this courier hoping to get something good, but I was wrong.
I sent a package from the UK to Italy and after 20 days I still don't know when it will be delivered. The courier reports inability to deliver but have never tried to deliver. They write on the website "Today within the day delivery" but no one shows up to deliver.
I have written at least 10 emails to customer service but no solution has been put in place.

Do you want to ship something fragile? Go elsewhere. Multiple signs were stating that our shipment had glasses, was fragile, and to please handle with care. It's almost as if these neanderthals were deliberately trying to break our shipment. Imagine calling your recipient to ask how they like the painting, only to find out that the glass and the frame was broken in pieces. Very disappointed. Maybe the employees are over worked, but does that mean they need to mishandle the boxes they are responsible for? A shame I can't do more than to warn others too please please please find another way to ship your fragile items. I attached a photo of the item before UPS got their grubby hands on them. Truly heartbreaking.
Everytime i order something or send something and it is sent through ups they always try to deliver it in kansas city, kansas ******* when the address is clearly a kansas city, Missouri ******* address on the package then i have to spend 15-20 minutes on the phone trying to get through to customer service since i get a "tried to deliver" email when there are cameras on the property and i know better.
Could not get refund because I waited 17 days to apply.
I should have known better i used to work there and I always use FEDEX but I was in a hurry and they did not have anything close.

Never use ups if you can avoid it they refuse to leave packages then want $8 to pick up from a store lol worst delivery company on the planet. Why bother having the signature option on the form to leave the package
Not to be trusted especially the workers at the office. My returned order was never shipped back to the company after I paid for shipment. Uggs never received my package and so I was left with my returned and my refund. Shame on you UPS. They lied to me several times telling me that they will get back to me and never did. The manager at the office at Nostrand Ave ******* looked me in my face while I had my new born and said am I sure I drop my package off to there. Lol this is the only drop off location for ups in the ******* zip code. They are not to be trusted with your packages. They are too comfortable there and need to be removed or switched from that location. Let alone this is a federal job. They need to be investigated.
UPS is so bad it's not even funny. They say 3-5 business days when in reality that's a lie and it will take a month at minimum to get your package from them. If you are buying something online and it's being shipped from UPS don't buy it. It's honestly better to live your life without whatever you were buying then to deal with UPS that's how bad they are. If UPS is delivering you a package you won't even be happy when you get it you will be pissed off because of how incomprehensibly long it took to get there. I ordered things online TWO WEEKS after the thing I ordered being shipped by UPS and they have already arrived being shipped by fedex from the same shipping region. UPS is by far one of the worst companies that had ever existed and it's a shame they have been. Around for so long continuing to scam people. I have never written a review in my life so congrats UPS you earned it! If I could give zero stars I would which is still too high for UPS.

I am not a happy customer of the ups store but if you are getting death threats you need to contact the police. It is illegal in America to make death threats against anyone no matter their race, creed or color. That is the beauty of living in United States of America. You do not need to wait for a company to file charges against another human being who is threatening your life. You just need to take the appropriate, legal action against that person, good luck!
