Delivery address is on Right side of road as you enter street. Idiot UPS driver parks ACROSS THE ENTIRE OPPOSITE SIDE OF STEET IN FRONT OF THAT HOUSE. Driver then jumps down from truck open door which faces side he is now parked on…. Walks to BEHIND HIS TRUCK AND RUNS OUT FROM BEHIND IT! Wow…. So unsafe…makes no sense whatsoever…. Then walks back and walks across the front of his truck to enter the open door. Leaves.
Why the heck did he not stop at the delivery house on the right side of the street to begin with? Safer…. Faster. No use complaining to office in Jax NC…. Heck, their boss does nothing. Laughs at the complaints from what I have been told…from another neighbor who put in a separate complaint…. Ridiculous.

Thanks to COVID, we've been locked in our homes for 2 years now. We are ALWAYS at home, always waiting for delivery... Not a single time did the UPS guy bother to buzz or call. Just simply glued their $#*!ty stickers on the door every single time... WHAT ARE YOU? Sticker delivery? Or are all your couriers $#*!ed and can't press buttons on the buzzer?
I don't know where to start, the lack of customer service or the lack of their ability to delivery packages. Just overall poor, I live in a private, gated community that has some dirt roads, nothing crazy. But they will not deliver packages of there is a drop of snow on the road and the excuse is emergency or sever weather. Living in PA, I'm not even sure if they deliver packages in here between the months of November to march. If they cannot deliver on the roads how they are today. They might as well give up delivering parcels.
If I could give UPS less than one star I would. I paid for a package to be delivered the next day. Not only was my package NOT delivered the next day, but it is now day 4 and still it has not been delivered. By NOT having my parcel delivered, I have lost hundreds of dollars I didn't have to lose. I have reached out by email over 10 times and still my package has not been delivered, nor have my emails been answered. I have asked for a refund over 5 time, and I have not been reimbursed, nor have my requests been acknowledged. UPS claims bad weather on their website, but I have watched the USPS drive by, FedEx drive by, but no UPS. For two days, their tracking site has said "delivery by 10:30 am". It's now 4:15 pm and still no package. Please don't waste your money. Use FedEx or USPS for your parcel deliveries. You'll have much better luck getting your packages where they need to go.
They have got to be the worst. How the hell do you loose a package. It's been sitting at the Little Rock distribution center for 4 days and nobody can find it. I'm sure it went home with one of the employees. I started a investigation and for some reason they need to contact the sender. Its literally at their facility but are asking the sender where it's at. DO NOT USE UPS, EVER!
Not the first time I've had these issues with UPS, completely incompetent individuals working there. Order package 2 day air, got tracking and delivery date. 2 days later the delivery date disappeared and it says "being rerouted to correct destination " which means they $#*!ed up. 6 days later it says "unable to give delivery date at this time" so after 15 minutes of $#*!ing around with automated phone was able to talk to someone who is of absolutely Zero help, she keeps saying, just keep checking your tracking online... no $#*! dummy that's why I'm calling you because it's not changing. No help, nothing resolved, absolutely a $#*!ing circus. Still don't have my package or delivery date.
Don't know what happened to UPS but their service deserves a 1 star rating. Starting from the Account Manager to Tec support. We have been trying to set up Ups on our system and we have been working with UPS for over a week and we still don't have a system that we can use to ship orders from US. If we don't resolve this today we will go with FedEx

I can't understand how you just loose someone's order? This has happened to me 2 times this week! All in 1 week?! They need to get their $#*! together or need to be investigated one? These are items I desperately need that I will not see and wasted money on! I will go out of my way to not use this worthless crap of a company! This is over the top ridiculous!
One thing I can count on is a UPS driver delivering my packages to the wrong address. There is no way to get hold of a human on the phone unless I falsify to the phone bot the reason I am calling. It's a damn shame. They are too big and DGAF! F-off UPS.
I'll give 1 star only because you have to choose something, right? When making online purchases and the merchant chooses UPS to deliver my purchases, I regress into a feeling of dread. Carrier's in South Florida are illiterate and 9 times out of 10 regard my packages as undeliverable when my address is clearly posted upon my house. Before writing this review, UPS was right outside my house, shuffled around in the back of the truck, then proceeded to get back in the drivers seat and pull away. My alert came on that my package was undeliverable. I'm completely beside myself. How does this happen? Completely disappointed in the UPS services. Zero stars if it could be.
I missed my delivery due to not knowing the delivery was arriving until the day it come. The delivery driver then dropped my parcel at a collection point over 2 miles away, by the time I would have got there after work the shop would have been shut. After 7 phone calls of trying to get my package delivered to a closer pick up pick and speaking to 2 managers 1 called DAVID and another JACOB, I was rudely told to go and collect the parcel myself! As it seems UPS can not arrange anything themselves. Now waiting on a phone call back from a senior manager called Michelle, I do not hold any hopes on these idiots
They always leave my packages at my neighbors, is frustrating everytime I see the notification where is says is left on the front of my house and not ve able to find my stuff. My neighbors sometimes they return my stuff with the package open like if they need to see first then return it. I had lost packages before thanks to UPS they need to read the address correctly.
Worst ever! I been waiting for my stuff about a month and they keep telling me different things everyday. I filed a claim. Ups sucks. And I will not use them ever again
I do not know who would design a system that makes 4 delivery attempts in the middle of 4 weekdays, expect different results, leave vague notes that do not even have the receiver's name, not offer to keep the package in the office for pickup, actively reject the receiver's offers to pick up the package at their office, and proceed to return the package to the sender.
UPS is terrible. Nothing but issues with the drivers being rude and packages not delivered on time. FedEx and Amazon are so much better.

I am not a happy customer of the ups store but if you are getting death threats you need to contact the police. It is illegal in America to make death threats against anyone no matter their race, creed or color. That is the beauty of living in United States of America. You do not need to wait for a company to file charges against another human being who is threatening your life. You just need to take the appropriate, legal action against that person, good luck!
