It already happened at least 4-5 times where UPS returns my parcels with no explanation. According to the tracking numbers, some information were missing, but instead of contacting and telling me what was missing they returned the packages. When I tracked the parcels though, it showed that they "made" several attempts to contact me, which is a complete lie. They never contacted me! Recently, one of my suppliers tried to ship out a parcel with UPS and once again they returned it to sender because according to the tracking number the consignee address wasn't correct but it wasn't true either. I checked the address and it was correct.
And every time, I contact the call center they can't even tell me what document is missing. It's simple a waste of time and money to deal with them. I rather use FedEx or DHL.
I had a very important document sent overnight and requested that someone sign for it. I called customer service several times and got different information from each agent. In addition to false information. I was told that I would receive an email so I could start a dispute process or investigation and I never received it. So I called back to get another agent who didn't even see any information from the previous agent. So I requested a manager and was told no one was available. BULL$#*!. So I requested corporate number and was told by Daniel in customer service (she would not provide what area she working from to narrow her incompetent $#*! down) that she had no corporate contact was available. The lies. I went on google and located the corporate number within five minutes. Yet they don't allow there agents to provide this information to guest who have issue with a time sensitive package. This is how you treat your customers UPS? Worst service ever its disappointing to say the least. This was an error on your behalf which is detrimental. I received no compassion from any agent I spoke to in fact they could careless. No one try to get my issue resolved or offer alternative options. I will blast this on every social media platform daily. Others need to know not to use this company for important documents.
Terrible customer service and delivery drivers, if you actually want a package delivered use Fedex or usps. I wouldnt recommend UPS to my mortal enemy.
The worst experience, DO NOT USE UPS FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. They are absolutely a disaster.
The first package got lost and I asked the shipper to send it again and the second package got lost too.
Here is how the process look like for everybody who is going to plan to use UPS international shipping services. They lost two packages for me.
Usually, you need to file a claim for your lost package but this page never works regardless of whether you are sender or receiver. You will get an error msg that asks you to contact customer service.
When you contact customer service, have your tracking number ready, and type it in, do not use the voice because that robot is going to drive you crazy and it is not gonna get it right. Then you will talk to the customer service, at this moment do not waste your time explaining the customer service because they eventually will send you to the international department. So you better ask for international as soon as you get hooked with the rep.
In the end, they are going to send an email that again will redirect to file a claim page that is not working and you get trapped and in a circuit. So make sure to mention that this page is not working and what is next.
I assure you at the end they would say you have lost your package and they are not responsible. Trust this msg, I have spent plenty of hours and they are not going to take responsibility. Their excuse will be that the shipper needs to contact them in the USA. Guess what? Most international shippers can't speak English. My first package got lost, I contact the seller and they reship it for the second time at no charges and again got lost in UPS.
The best practice is not to use UPS for international shipping.
Never again! If it is possible to give a 0 star, I would! Horrible, slowest service. Such a dissapointment!
They never attempted to deliver my package, live in apartment complex with the outer lobby door locked on weekends but someone is always in lobby and they never saw UPS on Saturday 2/27 this is an on going problem fedx and amazon delivers with no problem will never use UPS again
I recently ordered an expensive bracelet from Pandora, signed up on UPS website to receive alerts regarding delivery status. Never received any delivery statuses, tracked my package only to see that they say they left on the step 2/24/22 (when I was home btw), mind you, you have to climb about six steps to reach my door. So why wasn't package left at the door? I work from home so no one ever rang the bell or anything. And to top it off the last few days have been raining, so placing package on my door mat would have been more secure and kept it from getting wet. As of todays date I have NOT received my package which was a birthday gift btw! I tried to file a claim, it directs you to the website, then the website directs you to call a 1-800 number and still can't get any results! So I have lost $$$ and no package! Am beyond furious!
If you want a human to help with a problem then do NOT use UPS as you can not get one when calling customer service. Tried multiple times to get a human on the phone and the virtual assistant just kept hanging up on me after saying file a claim. If I had the info to file a claim on the package they said they delivered I would but I didn't even know the senders name that sent it nor did I have a way to contact them. How can you file a Claim on a package if you don't know what is in the box. All I wanted was a human to talk to so I could get some info. Their Facebook messenger isn't any better. Horrible company to deal with. Stay away from this place for deliveries.
There was no address issue on my end. There were four items on this same order. I have already received the other three at this same address. Ups tracking #1z47w*******889
Worst service ever my delivery date kept changing for 3 days and then all of a sudden it said that the address was Wong on my end even though that was not the case. In shot, took 7 more days then ETA to get my package and I had to pick it up from one of their access point.

I really feel it is so sad this company no longer provides Customer Service. I called and need to discuss with our local office why we are not getting packages for our business every day it just says loaded on the truck. I believe he is coming after we are closed and our gate is locked. So I try to get the local number and they will not give it to you however they do want you to give them all your contact information? Why would you when they won't give you any information? This is not an issue that can be resolved by a message as the driver may need our gate code.
I am supposed to get my package today, very very important package and now i dont know what to do. You $#*!ed me up, UPS. I will never use UPS in my life. Stop lying to people, UPS SUCKS.
My package arrived to Las Vegas on 2/21/2022 at 9:13 pm and as today 2/23/2022 at 3:52 pm hasn't been delivered, is ridiculous that my package has been all around Vegas for 42 hours with the risk of getting damaged, there is a lot of room to improve how you do your business, is going to be hard to me to consider using your services in the future. 1ZX85A49YW*******
UPS is sooooo bad, they will not tell you when they deliver, except for somewhere in the afternoon. So they make you sit and wait for 4 hours. If I had a choice I would get it shipped back to the vendor and get them to ship it with someone else.
Sent a package Oct 2021, my customer received the package Damaged and filed a claim. A few weeks go by and calls to find out about his claim. Told by UPS payment was made to shipper. Being the shipper I called up but was not given any information since I did not file the claim. Got claim number from my receiver, and called UPS up as the Shipper... told check was mailed to receiver... not given a check number to verify. Then me the sender and receiver did a 3 way with UPS to learn no check was mailed they were waiting on paperwork. None was sent by UPS to any of us to fill out. As of Jan 20th, 2022 I get an email to file the claim, has to be faxed or mailed through the post office. So I mail it to the Claims Department listed on the paperwork. It is now February 23rd, 2022 and they still have not received the paperwork. To learn that the address to mail the claim documents was the wrong address that was printed on the letter where to send the claims documents to.

Had a pickup scheduled and driver claimed to have stopped and that no one was home. I was home the whole day and porch camera shows the truck at the exact time of the supposed missed pickup just drive right past my house without even stopping. Did not stop, did not even attempt to stop. Now fighting with customer service as I can't take another day off work to see if they decide to actually stop. Horrible drivers and horrible customer service.
Took a days vacation to make sure I was here all day. The driver didn't knock just came up and put a sticker on my door. The customer service that I talked to(1:36pm) right after he left said that they would have them come back. Called back at 6:18pm and they said there was nothing from the call earlier and they would make sure that it got delivered within the next hour. Got nothing that night and I don't feel comfortable signing to have them leave a $1200 phone on my door, but can't take another day of vacation.
UPS has the worst delivery times. My packages are never on time and are days late sometimes. Worth service ever.

I am not a happy customer of the ups store but if you are getting death threats you need to contact the police. It is illegal in America to make death threats against anyone no matter their race, creed or color. That is the beauty of living in United States of America. You do not need to wait for a company to file charges against another human being who is threatening your life. You just need to take the appropriate, legal action against that person, good luck!
