I was shipped a package, waiting for it to show and it didn't. Then I noticed UPS posted "The package was refused by the receiver and will be returned to the sender". Poppy $#*!! I never refused it. Trying to reach out to UPS on-line and by phone was fruitless. So, I waited until the next Monday and went to the UPS Customer Care location. They told me they have no option for the employees to click for "package damaged - return to shipper". Nice way to hide how many ways you DAMAGE THINGS and blame it on the receiver that they "refused the package". THIS IS NOT GOOD AND HONEST BUSINESS PRACTICE. Knowing this I would never ship UPS again. Let's face it, this is just a cover up.
If I could choose a 0 I would. My package that should have been delivered two days ago was sent from T-MOBILE. Yesterday I was told it didn't come because UPS didn't have my apartment number but promised it would come today between 12:00pm and 2:30 pm. When it didn't arrive by 2:30 I called and was told it was out for delivery and would arrive by 7:00pm this evening. At 7:30 I called and was told that the package wasn't on the truck and that it would come tomorrow. I have missed two days from work and now expected to miss a third day. I asked to speak to a supervisor who's name was Kim and was very disrespectful. I explained that they (y'all) told messed up and didn't track my apartment #. Her response was who are you talking about I have never spoke with you before. I said I mean you all as a company. She proceeds to tell me! St of I you don't say y'*******@nd of all your'e angry with me and I don't know you. I asked for a supervisor and she laughed and said I am the supervisor. I said well I'm frustrated as a customer and you seem to want to make the situation worse instead of deescalating the conversation and taking responsibilty on behalf of the company. Her response was my manager knows how I speak to customers and if your going to be upset you sound angry so I'll meet you where you are. I work in customer service for a corporate office and would never mislead a customer and definitely wouldn't be rude trying to get a rise out of them. Instead I would try rectifying the issue and hopefully be empathetic after all the customer is spending money which keeps employees employed.
UPS PUT MY FAMILY IN PHYSICAL DANGER! Worst company to work for! My fiance started working at UPS on Atlantic Ave. Raleigh, NC in September 2021. He stopped working there before the end of the year. Despite giving UPS his CURRENT address upon hire, they somehow used an OLD ADDRESS that he DID NOT provide them to a former residence that he has not lived at since 2020! We have a restraining order on the current resident at the OLD address and physically CANNOT get the W-2 but UPS refuses to send the W-2 without an employee ID that he does not have as he is no longer a UPS employee and UPS WIPED HIS INFORMATION OFF THE SYSTEM WITHIN 4 MONTHS OF HIM QUITTING and says they cannot provide him with the Employee ID number! They potentially put us in physical danger by sending his employment information to a dangerous person at an address he DID NOT PROVIDE TO THEM! If he was still working at UPS he would be in danger by the person knowing where he is employed and possibly going to his place of work and attacking him or worse! This is the WORST nightmare employment experience we have ever had! We are in contact with IRS and working on getting things straight but still have no resolution in sight!
Waiting on necessary medical equipment to arrive from China. Already paid to much to seller.
And then the delivery guy goes and tells us that he cant deliver the package unless we pay UPS an additional 100$.

So. I intended to send one of my friend a birthday gift through UPS. Packed it up all nice with paper to prevent damage. Only to find that after I had left the I realize the receipt had the wrong address. I had said one and the woman at the counter put another address. So I've been fighting tooth and nail these last few days to get the address changed on the package to no avail. Went to the store and the lady told me I had to go online and do it. I called customer service, "go online and do it." So I made a UPS account and put in the info for the package so I would be able to go and change the address. Apparently they send snail mail to verify your address, which, I get. But it's BS, especially on time sensitive things like this. I had even set to get notifications on my phone when the package was delivered as the wrong address was only a few doors down from my friend. They asked me about it and I checked the tracking- It had been delivered HOURS ago. I never got a notification. My friend went to ask their neighbor if it had been received and it hadn't. So either the neighbor is lying or someone stole the package. I tried to go in to my account and file a claim on it but of course- the package isn't associated with my account- so I can't go in and do a claim on it.
So this was my first and *last* time using UPS to send packages, because as much as they put me though only to still get it wrong- is ridiculous. You're honestly better off using Fedex.
Don't send anything valuable there not reliable at all! I can not believe how lazy they are! -annoyed and I'm disbelief

Time sensitive package that should have been delivered in 3 days is now 10 days and still not delivered. Our customer is losing patience and the product is likely ruined anyway. The website says the package is stuck in a warehouse. No way to find out why or what can be done about it. The contact us info also does not work. To get a phone call you can enter your info but the submit button does not work. How is this company still in business?
I had a package that needed to deliver to my office but failed for the 1st time, because I don't work from the office.
I called UPS to change the delivery address to my home, and UPS Rep. Asked us to have a conference call with the sender to authorize the change of shipping address. We did. However, the UPS driver went to my office for the 2nd delivery today, and which was failed again, because there was no one working in the office.
Then we called again to confirm the change of delivery destination. The customer service REP. Said that they would have someone in the supervisors to call me back in 15 mins. We waited and waited for one hour and no call. Then we called in again and luckily we got Amanda who indicated herself as one of the supervisor. She said what we have done yesterday was not appropriate, and require to have the sender call the UPS to make the change of delivery destination. But NO Guaranty was promised, the package returns to the sender might take place after the 3 attempt fails.
If it is truth, why should we waste our time?

Ordered a computer on the 9th from Amazon with a delivery date from the 15th to the 17th. Checked online with UPS on the 14th and they indicated that it had shipped on the 9th from NH and arrived at a facility in Illinois on the 14th with a notation that it was delayed. Went to an online chat and their customer service idiot, Pauline P told me that indeed the package was in Illinois but that it would arrive at my home in Washington State tomorrow morning. Considering the fact that that it was a ground shipment, I was pretty confident that 1) it would not arrive on the 15th and 2) that Pauline P doesn't have a clue about basic U.S. geography, and 3) UPS hires folks who are dumber than rocks.
Not only did the driver throw the package from the bottom of my stairs, but it also hit the front door and scared the heck out of my mother and my dog. Then as an added bonus, the box is totally open! The tape is clearly torn through and didnt break open from just being thrown. This box looks like its been through hell, and its supplies for my first grade classroom. Not. Impressed. I don't know if I need to have a word with Amazon about their packaging skills, but I know I for sure need to give a heads up to UPS that their driver just about put a dent in my door and was possibly checking my stuff.
How are you going to say, a shipment is supposed to be delivered by this date, then keeping delaying the delivery date until "there is no information available". Completely unprofessional and the fact that this is supposed to be express shipping is terrible. The customer service obviously didn't provide any viable solution, so I'm out on both money and the items I purchased. I don't know why companies continue to use this company, when they're so incompetent at doing one thing, which is to DELIVER a package on time.
Emergency family situation with funds in package! Emotional distress and not attending family funeral out of state. Employee made a mistake, UPS delivered wrong day, didn't make it right no matter what I was willing to do or give, blamed me for shipping options not being right but employee created in store and illegally did not release my prepaid overnight open ended return. And package the day it arrived overnight. CONSUMER RIGHTS, CIVIL RIGHTS, CUSTOMER MENTAL HEALTH, BREACH OF CONTRACT and MOOORE!
I called at 8am est to get information to file a claim for a package that they stated they delivered by front door and I requested to receive text alert so at 7:29 pm on 03/11/2022 a package was left by front door per UPS couldn't locate but on 03/12/2023 8:00am the next morning I received the alert I requested when package is delivered tried filing claim as I was instructed to to find out it's a contract with the usps and I had to go through the shipper I wanted to have all calls monitors for quality for them to tell me they don't have the capability over seas is the problem they don't completely understand what your saying and the overall experience is horrible saving money is costing your business it's integrity and your customer service rating will always be a 1star Carol Tome you have to do better as a CEO. Leave package at my door step if not responsible enough to Take to Access point I drive to access and it's not there nor at my house and no one can tell me where is my package telling me to call my sender hahaha these people suck FedEx would never
UPS just lost a USD$200 worth of package. The only saving grace was that there was a $50 insurance, but obviously that is not enough compensation for what was lost. Please avoid if possible. UPS is even worse and more unreliable than USPS. Would give zero star if possible.
I responded to an urgent request for some technologies by Ukrainian defense forces that I was able to respond to. The box weighed 27 lbs. but they billed it at 67 lbs. It was shipped to a Warsaw, Poland destination address and the shipping charge was $1,365 + $80 "service options + $217 "fuel surcharge" + $57 packing charge for a total of a whopping $1,723!

I'd give a zero if there is an option. I saved a set of shoes from my deceased horse as a memory. I found an artist who reworks on old horseshoes to make an art piece. I mailed it through UPS and they lost it. They offered a lousy 100 dollar claim which I refuse to accept. They keep asking for cash value for the item. The factor is that the package means nothing to anyone else but means the world to me. They have no respect for the personal items i have there. They just lost it with no excuses. This is the second time happening I order a package they claim they deliver the package and I never received the package. UPS is the worst delivery company. There customers services is not professional I was expressing my frustrations and the lady put me on hold…. I am not a happy customer of the ups store but if you are getting death threats you need to contact the police. It is illegal in America to make death threats against anyone no matter their race, creed or color. That is the beauty of living in United States of America. You do not need to wait for a company to file charges against another human being who is threatening your life. You just need to take the appropriate, legal action against that person, good luck!
