I ordered a package on the 12 of march and it was supposed to be here on 25 but they shipped it to colorado on accident and now i have to wait even longer, i wanted to pick it up at my post office and they said i still couldn't pick it up until the day of my delivery, absolute idiots
I'm disappointed that in the email saying it was shipped, it did not say anything about being here to sign for the package. I bought a vacuum... kind of ridiculous that I have to sign for that, so then it was delayed a day. I've been watching the tracking and it's going everywhere but my house. It's been in the neighboring towns and keeps moving further away. Then coming back, then moving away. Have no idea when it will be here. I wasn't a fan of customer service either. They told me the same thing that the automated voice said.
Instead of my mail being delivered I get to go get it from cvs because they won't knock or leave it at my door like any other carrier. If it was something obvious I'd get it but it's just a small square box. Avoiding ups from now on.
Ups customer service here in Nigeria is so corrupt that they partner with the customs officer to increase duty charges.
Right in front of me in the office, I saw UPS staff bringing paper to the customs office to inflate the duty charge.
My experience with them is a bad one they asked me to pay a #105,000 duty charge on a product of #95,000 that I have even paid shipping fees for and I am not supposed to pay any duty charge.
NEVER EVER go for it. What all negative reviews you see, all are 100% correct. They will charge a huge amount as custom even if you send 2 pages letter.
The email i got from Ups did not give me a tracking number for the package that they were delivering from Amazon and UPS gave me no tracking number, UPS would not let me talk to customer service because I had no tracking number. *******877 rep was extremely rude --- avoid UPS!
I've had so much bad customer service with them so much I want to let people know that UPS will lie and won't let you talk to manager and let you know that they are a great customer service when their not.
The customer service would say they can only assist you after the package doesn't come till after 24 hours and I told the agent that I review a notice that I stated it's Out for Delivery 03/22/2022 9:19am. But then 03/23/2022 03:50am it shows Processing at UPS Facility later states that the package Out for Delivery 03/23/2022 9:18am. I called on 03/23/2022 6:10pm and the customer service where very rude and said they can't track that package even though I see it on their tracking system. I just don't like customer service that lies to me that this was the first time they had received the package and that it was going to be delivered the first time they got it at their facility. I would definitely NOT recommend UPS for any service and will notify AMAZON about how bad UPS customer services.
Worst service I have ever seen. App advised item was out for delivery. I physical watched the driver, drive by my house and not return. Was told they would attempt again tomorrow. Cost me 2 days of pay. Customer service is in Mexico also terrible!
The website and customer service is very poor. It locks you out of website and sends you a pin to reset your password 2 hrs later then says pin is expired even though email states pin lasts 24 hrs. How aggravating! Steer clear!
Sent a cheque via UPS from Canada to the US (Florida). 16 days later still not delivered because they can't find the address. A 10 year old can find it on Google map.
I purchased a label through ebay to ship a larger packaged. I ended up not getting the weight correct, apparently (must have been touching the ground). I paid $225 for the label. They never called me to inform me the weight was off before shipping the item. They just shipped it and charged me an extra $1250 without even notifying me until after the transaction went through. Very unethical. I'll never use UPS again. They dont honor their insurance policy either. Id recommed using FedEx or USPS. They treat customers much better. UPS is a joke.
We paid extra for international express delivery. The package is more than a week overdue with no explanation. Customer service can't give any information or make any effort of speeding up the process, and the delay has caused us unforeseen costs. Would not recommend UPS to anyone.

The second they weren't able to deliver my package they sent it back to the city (which is 2 hours away from me) instead of holding it in they're nearby warehouse like I asked them too. When you call them they aren't helpful at all. I hope other people have better luck with them. This is my first time using them (not by choice) and I'm not enjoying they're services at all. I can no see why they have terrible ratings.
They misplaced my $1,500 shipment, and it was never sent to another location; all they have is a produced tx that indicates it's there, but no actual scan! I went to UPS's main facility, and they said they'd check my package, but it was a digital scan, which implies it wasn't a physical scan. BEWARE OF SOME UPS STORES, AS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PACKAGE! I NEVER RECOMMEND UPS FOR THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! It's also untrustworthy!
Twice they didn't deliver my packages. This didn't happen before until now and it's not fun having to call their robot customer service. Driver needs to get it together…sorry
Packages are late 3 out of 4 times using next day air saver I give them zero stars. An sometimes packages are left at neighbors house instead of mine. Service really bad

Kameron facilitated getting a critical document remotely copied and faxed on a tight required timeline. Then unsolicited, he noted that the document I had provided resulted in a poor quality transmission to the intended recipient.
Kameron independently enhanced my original and successfully resent it within deadline. All without my knowledge until after the fact.
His action resulted in my fulfilling a critical deadline. Which without his professional interest, I would have missed.

Just got another delay for my package, it will possibly be delivered after 2 weeks, I understand that there are delays that can not be controlled but this is just unacceptable
