UPS has been total crap and doesn't care about delivering your packages. There customer support lies about when your package can be delivered. They say they attempted a delivery but no one ever shows up. They couldn't care less about making their customers happy or feeling like they have been helped. The service is sickening and it makes me boil. I've now had a package say they have tried to deliver 3 times but no one ever shows up. No one should support this company who puts themselves first.
Worst customer service ever! They are so rude! Dropped off my package at the wrong location and the delivery status said delivered even though I didn't get it. The customer service rep was extremely rude and didn't care that she was. I had to wait the next day for the package and sat here waiting all day and it still hasn't shown up yet. Horrible service ever!

I originally sent a package out on November 14,2021 giving myself a plenty of time to get this package there by Christmas. Well, I visited Africa and Dubai during the holidays and the package never arrived. After returning home, on January 19th I had requested to have the shipment cancelled and return back to sender. Today is April 7,2022, and I still have yet to receive my package. Since Jan. 19th I have talked with their local store more than a half dozen times, and another half dozen time with their international department as well, and all they can tell me is that my request processed. I feel that UPS needs to search for a better tracking software or copy Amazon or its competitor, FEDEX.
If anyone from UPS could assist me with this, I would greatly appreciate it, I just want my package returned back to me or refund me. The tracking number is 1Z21E*******458.

They delivered my package well over 40 minutes from my house. This is about the 10th delivery in 2022 of mine they have flubbed. I am disabled now and it was extremely difficult for me to travel 40 minutes each way to get my package. I have reached out to UPS and have received rude, ineffective customer service. I will be notifying as many people as possible and I will be boycotting these unprofessional shippers. DHL, FedEx, the USPS haven't caused me a fraction of the problems these amateurs have. *******9553
I wrote a way longer review but it got deleted. Do not use UPS they are the worst parcel service working in North America today. Id take USPS over them any day. Their employees are rude, they have never even ONCE delivered one of packages on time (I live in a mid size suburban area), their tracking service is the worst out of any other parcel delivery service by far. Do not use if you can avoid, if you HAVE to use them TAKE NO CRAP fron their customer service. Demand better service or your money back. Dont allow these absolute losers to take your money then deliver your package a week late EVERY time.
My home is up the hill on dirt road. They leave my large packages at mailbox on ground and they get stolen every time. I have lost 600.00 worth of stuff because of these idiots

They were completely clueless when it came to giving me information. You might as well track your package online. Because they pretty much just look it up and tell you its status. When they did give me something they lied to me (about delivery dates, reason why it was being delayed, how to get refunded). They made me call/transfered me to so many other services to help. To be met with the same disappointing outcome. In the end I lost money because my return wasn't made in time. I also lost money from shipping the item. They told me when item is delivered. I would be able to ask for refund. But Ups wouldn't give me a refund cause it was past a month from shipping. I guess instead of trying to fix the problem for that long. I should've asked for a refund. In the end, the package was delayed from January to March. I had lost $576 from this experience. $176 for shipping and $300 for the item.
They will literally have you doing their job before anything gets resolved. It's not worth you stressing, and pulling your hairs over. I used Ups for quite some time. But never again, will I be using a company with such a lack of standards.
I paid to have medications shipped to me two day air. I was shocked to see it would arrive three days later. Then today i checked and saw it was not even being delivered! Called to confirm it and of course they can't refund my money and where are my meds? Who knows.
Cancelled my doctor appointment because tracking said to be delivered on the 28th. It is now the 29th and still out for delivery. Called USS number. What a waste of time there. Automated message hangs up if you ask for Agent. Never again UPS
Sent an £800 coffee machine which got damaged in transit. I paid extra for insurance only to be told it wasn't suitably packaged. Claim denied. In actual fact the machine was packed in the manufacturers original packaging! Dreadful, dreadful service. I hope their staff dont sleep at night knowing what a shower of shirt they are. Go elsewhere. Don't give your money to UPS.
I have had so problems with UPS:
1) Payed for shipments at time of pick up. One month later, I would get a call asking for payment. I would have to pull the receipts and they would end up correcting their error. This went for 2-3 years. Every shipment I made I would have to spend an hour proving they had already received payments. Then they started using a collection agency to get payment for shipments that were paid for. If you don't mind dealing with with a crooked company, then UPS is for you
2) They lost an envelope containing a certified check in the amount of about 8,000 US Funds. When I called, their answer: " Lucky you, you don't have to pay the expedition charges". It is a huge problem to cancel a certified check.
3) I have paid the duty and customs invoice in advance of receiving the shipment. The night before delivery, I saw that the duty invoice was still marked as unpaid. I called the 800 number and they confirmed that the payment was received and that there would not be delay. The next day the driver showed up and insisted to get paid. We had the UPS payment receipt yet the driver insisted he could not accept it.
Never deal with this company. Never!
My computer desk were delivered to the wrong address since I received the alert message from the sender on 3/24/22 that the packages were delivered at my front door at 6:22 pm. I ran to the front door to check since I was at home at that time, but nothing there. I immediately call UPS customer service, provide the the tracking number, and fill the claim form for them to track where the packages were delivered because I really need the desk to be delivered on time. 2 days later (3/26/22) the packages appeared at my front door early morning. On 3/28/22 I received the response from UPS customer service with the "delivery notification" that the packages were delivered to my house on 3/20/22 and were "acknowledged by my name whose phone is unavailable"?!?!

I ARRANGED FOR A PICK-UP AND THEY PUT IT BACK ON THE BLEEPING TRUCK. THEN THE DRIVER LEAVES A NOTE WITHOUT KNOCKING. IT IS NOT MY FAULT YOU'RE ON A TIME SCHEDULE. IT SHOULD HAVE REMAINED AT THE SERVICE CENTER FOR PICK-UP. I WILL NEVER USE THIS BLEEPING BLEEPING BLEEP BLEEP BLEEP SERVICE AGAIN. EVEN IF MY LIFE AND THE LIFE OF MY KIDS DEPENDED ON IT.
Had a phone delivered to my house via UPS and this is the box I received just a few minutes ago from UPS. Y'all are the most careless crappy shipping company I have ever seen. Your employees do not care about the customers stuff. Something super heavy was sat on top on my box with a cell phone in it. Worse shipping ever
I hate to right a bad review but maybe this will give light to some delivery drivers please pay more attention to someone else's money the package I waited on tracked then to find out it was left 2 doors down was a relief and angry I'm glad my son was home to go door to door to see if he could find it because it definitely would have gotten taken in my apt complex I even called ups 1800 number and was promised a driver would go back and search for my package and call me back because it did state delivered but I never got a call! Thank God me and my son acted fast and found it or I would never ever knew what happened phx az
They have a literal doo doo fart tracking system. They told me it was coming on the 23rd, which I don't care I can wait. I wouldn't mind if they said "sorry your package will be late and arrive on the 28th". But no, every single day it just changes and says "Your package will arrive by 7pm on the 24th". Then it says the 25th, then the 26th, then the 27th, etc.
I would give 0 stars if I could.
Literal garbage just use the USPS, thousand times more reliable, cheaper, and have much better drivers and stores. USPS gives free packaging and charges great prices for their flat rate boxes.

I am not a happy customer of the ups store but if you are getting death threats you need to contact the police. It is illegal in America to make death threats against anyone no matter their race, creed or color. That is the beauty of living in United States of America. You do not need to wait for a company to file charges against another human being who is threatening your life. You just need to take the appropriate, legal action against that person, good luck!
