Lost and found, and lost again!

I bought tires and rims from Costco.ca and learned that they ship the rims to your house using UPS.
That was where it all went wrong. I got the delivery notice saying that my four 46lbs rims had been delivered at 3:15 p.m. on March 23rd. I was home all day and of course, no one came and no one rang the doorbell or delivered anything. I called UPS and immediately they said they must have been lost or stolen and that I would have to fill out an online claim form that would be emailed to me in 20 mins. I called again because the email never arrived. I got it finally and to fill out four separate forms for each lost tire rim which is totally stupid! So I also had to call Costco.ca to get my refund and tell them what happened because UPS will conduct an investigation, but will only refund the money to the shipper and not the customer. So over the space of 3 weeks where I had to call Costco.ca twice to have them re-issue the refund request, and during that time UPS, I had to call UPS 3 times to find out what happened. On one phone call, they lied to me telling me they had found the rims and there were being delivered that day. Instead, some SOB from ups came and had me sign the claim forms I had completed and digitally signed online a week before. The other two times they told me they were investigating and that they would tell me what happened when they knew. So after about a month, I got my refund from Costco.ca and this is what really pisses me off about UPS. Yesterday a driver comes to my door and tells me that they found my rims and that they had been delivered to another address 4 doors from my house and that he had them in the delivery truck! I was like great because they were still out of stock from the supplier and I thought that meant I could get my rims after all. The driver told me that they had been delivered to the wrong address and that it happened because he was on vacation that week. I was like ok so can I have my rims now? The driver then told me that he had to return them to the supplier because the investigation had been closed and a refund had been issued. He also told me I could just order them online. I told him that I was happy to buy the rims again but that the supplier was still out of stock and that what I needed was in his truck. I also said I was more than happy to buy my rims again! He told me that he was sorry but that he had to bring them back to the supplier. So said you basically found what I paid for after you delivered it to the wrong house, but you can't give me what I paid for which is right in your truck because I was already refunded, but that I can just buy them online knowing that the company is out of stock? So I asked why he even bothered to come to my door to tell me all of this. He said I just thought you should know. I told him to leave and thanked him for nothing!

UPs is never on time and is always delaying shipments. I wish they would get their crap together or companies would use a faster service. Everything I have ordered through Fed ex has gotten to me on time. Everything through UPS is taking it's sweet time and it is aggravating! Don't let companies promise a specific time, if you can't deliver!
Delayed, Delayed, a couple of losts and had to cancel. Just to name a few. Pay for 2/3 day and wind up waiting longer. Just extra cost for normal shipping.

Worst customer service

The package was damaged and returned to sender. I ship the exact same type of package with USPS several times and never have any issues. UPS customer service is unhelpful and very RUDE. Extremely disappointed with UPS service in every aspects.

LOST PACKAGE/ REFUND

I ORDERED AN ITEM OVER 2,000 DOLLARS AND THE SHIPPER WAS UPS IN JULY OF 2021. MY PACKAGE WAS NEVER DELIEVERD AND UPS TRIED TO SAY THEY DID DELIEVER IT. COMING TO FIND OUT THE PACKAGE WAS STOLEN BY THE UPS DRIVER. I HAVE FILED A DISPUTE ITS ALMOST BEEN ONE YEAR! AND I HAVE STILL RECIEVED NO REFUND EVERY TIME I CALL IM GIVEN DIFFERENT STORIES! THIS IS THE WORSTTTTTTT SHIPPING COMAPNY EVER! GOD THEY NEED TO BE OFF RADOR. ITS NOT FAIR WHAT THEIR DOING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS! IF I CAN GIVE THEM BELOW A ZERO THATS EXACTLY WHAT I WOULD DO!

No good

Goes to deliver then changed to ups pickup point. Without notice. Doesn't let u know change of plans. Says it will deliver at a certain time but then you don't hear anything for days. So so very slow! Delivered to wrong address but clearly marked. Puts notes on wrong door but note clearly says what door! Just drops off where and when they see fit. Poor, very poor service!

I have lived in bend for 20 yrs. The last year has been horrible with UPS. Their service is terrible, and this driver marks packages delivered, hours before dropping them off, he constantly takes the wrong items to the wrong house, he has broken so many items that I have had to replace, and now he is probably driving around in my sunglasses he never delivered yesterday. I will be following up with filing a complaint. Absolutely unprofessional and untrustworthy.

First off, the computer system throws you into a rage. Then, if and when, you get a live person, they speak with super heavy accents as fast as they pissibly can, so that its impossible to understand them. I tried explaining to 4 different people that I believe Im being shipping scammed and they just passed me around, ignored what I said 100% and then just started blabering some script. Of course, everytime I was transfered, I had to reexplain again and again. How damn hard is it, to just verify if a package has ever had a real physical scan?
It seems UPS, has zero idea where anything actually is. I can see a label was created, apparently it was picked up, but never made it to the depot? Is the driver stealing packages, or was it never actually shipped? I have no idea, and UPS investigating itself is like thinking Hillary will actually go to jail...

CSR will hang up on you instead of resolving/or explaining the issues of delay on their part. Rude attitude. You talk to their supervisor and you get same bad behaviour. I will not use them again neither would recommend them. They don't contact you or send email should you have a invoice for the duty; tariff, gst, brokerage fee etc, they would directly bring cod. Cash on delivery so they can charge extra cod fees on top. This is new modus oprendi of theirs. Never again. A very unhappy former client.

Customer service for UPS is laughable at the very least. It phone bank of representatives can not successfully do any technical changes, including technical support. The time delay from the phone bank to achieve any change or satisfaction is at least 12 hrs. Difference because of their representatives being 12 hr. S away time zone. No US UPS representatives by phone are available, all rep. S are outsourced out of the US. The mediums >website, phone apps are antiqued & not customer user. The representatives contradict the other previous representatives. Although UPS drivers are great heros.
The internal operation is probably to the worst to interact as a small business or a private customer sending or receiving. I would give no stars, but that's not possible. They basically suck as with self navigation & personal interaction with any representative working for UPS.

I am absolutely shocked by the behavior of UPS about the delivery of my package. It was sent from the UK to Sweden and it generated import fees, which I paid on April 5th 2022. I received a confirmation in my email as well as a text message that the payment was successfully received. Yet since then I still haven't received anything. I called several times to the international HQ as well as the Swedish HQ and everytime they tell me that I haven't paid the fees, I reply that I have and have confirmation, they say they'd make a note in the system and hang up. No other official communication from their side. When I called the driver's number, he hung up immediately and texted - if I wanted the delivery, I was supposed to pay 32,000 SEK! That number can be traced as the official UPS driver number. I mean, what is happening?!

In a world where customers service is nonexistent, Alyssa Hoskins at The UPS Store # 6899 in New Braunfels provided excellent customer service, I had a problem with a company from Ebay ( Millionshares) trying to return some products that I did not order. They gave me the run around for more than 2 weeks give me unacceptable excuses offering 8$ then 20$ and 30$ refund on a 833$ items which I didn't order They gave me return labels for the U.S. P, S which do not handle packages of those size. After getting Ebay involved for the third time, I finally got a return label for UPS that I could not access. This is the Alssa Hoskins intervene a came up with a solution to retrieve the labels making it possible to return. I have to mention in Live Oak, TX and I had gone to the UPS closest to me and got nothing but more frustrate as they offered me no solution because I was unable access the label because of the way the company had sent it to me.
To sum it up, do not buy anything from Millionshare on Ebay but for shipping need go the UPS in New Braunfels TX which is 30 miles from me an see Alyssa Hoskins for excellent customer service.

Bad experience

I send one courier and it's supposed with back option
Its an passport, to the consular... so its logic that they will send it back
The agent says that all correct in his side. Now they reached me that i didn't attach the ticked to send it back. When i taked with ups and i explained that the ups agent said its okay all good... and it not. They advised me to pay again!
Do i have to take the responsibility for your agent fault? And pay again!
Even client service they are in the same word! I feel like i scammed in my face!

U. P.S. Is the most suckest shipping company out there because they hire people like "Paul Jenkins" a manager over the McAlester, Oklahoma U. P.S. Where "Paul Jenkins" allows his driver's pick and choose who they want to deliver to and allows them to "Lie" about where they have and haven't been. Because I have video evidence against one of his so called "Best Driver's " being the road I live on delivering to a naiber that was only five houses away from my house and then "She" turned the opposite direction and went five to ten miles out of way to Hartshorne Oklahoma to a Gas Station called "Flash "N" Dash" and was sitting in the back office doing nothing while my package and other people's packages was still on the U. P.S. Still needing to be delivered. And when I went there to get my package the driver got but hurt that I separated her from her seat to get my package. Then the manager over the store also setting on the job doing nothing also got but hurt and called the " Police" on me and the "Police" just told the U. P.S. Driver to get my package. So she did and threw it to me inside my car. This is after she told her "Supervisor Cindy " that she will deliver my package if the weather is permitting. So the "Supervisor Cindy " reported me to the "Manager Paul Jenkins" telling him who knows what but not the "truth" and "Paul Jenkins" believed them over me even after I told him what I have when it comes to video evidence against the U. P.S. Driver and he told me he doesn't care about what I had because he believes his people at the McAlester U. P.S. Company over we the "Paying Customers" God help us all if "Paul Jenkins" ever becomes CEO. Because he has already has proven he doesn't care about how his employees treat the paying customers and there packages. And another thing about U. P.S. They will not allow the paying customer to talk to anyone who is in the corporate office to file a complaint against the "Manager Paul Jenkins" instead the "Corporate Office Headquarters transfers the phone calls to a foreign country.

I am on disability so i order quite a bit online. I use Target, King Soopers, Walmart and Amazon. Target is the only one that uses UPS and they are the slowest of all of them at delivering. I have had two packages (UPS), in Cheyenne for the last two days. Their tracking just shows "on the way". I am only one hour from Cheyenne so what does "on the way" mean? I just let Target know i am done with them because they use UPS. AWFUL, AWFUL delivery service!

Missed delivery

Missed a delivery due to being at work. Seeing as how I work 13 hour days for the most part being at home for delivery is not an option most days. Tried to reschedule for when I was home and they said I had to pick it up. Now I have to pay a fee to pick up my package. What an absolutely worthless delivery service.

I always have problems with my packages being delivered to my address as scheduled. The drivers are lazy, and will lie by saying they attempted to make delivery whereas you can tell they were never came because i would sit in the my place all day waiting for them. Another way you could tell they were never here is because there were no note stating they were here in which is protocol for them to do! I was on the phone 6 different times talking to agents and 1 supervisor in a 1 week period before receiving my package. This one lady I spoke with told me the driver stated the door bell didn't work which was a lie! She also told me the driver stated where I lived was the projects. She also told me I could to the main office which is far away from me to pick up my package, I told he "NO" and I paid for shipping and handling so I expect for my package to be delivered to my address! I also have a disability which is another reason I couldn't pick it up. I felt racially profiled! I live in an apartment complex right in the middle of a known University, and UPS will make sure the students received their packages. If I could I would give this delivery service a - - - - zero! I am waiting for a package now, and I will never use this service for my area again! UPS is racist, lazy, and uncaring!

It is the worst company to send packages to Mexico. I sent some documents on April 1 and for 4 sheets they charged me 128.39 dollars because the shipment was express and would last 2 days, that is, it would arrive on April 3. Today is April 9th ​​and the package still hasn't arrived and they say that Saturdays and Sundays are closed in Mexico so I have to wait until Monday or Tuesday April 12th for them to deliver my package.
