Came home to a notice on the door telling me due to my not being home my package was being taken to some scrawled location. Called to ask for 8t to be redelivered to house. Was told it would come between 1 and 5 the next day. And that I had to be home. Didn't come, called and was told no it needed another two business days to come and it could come any time until 8 pm, AND I'd have to be home. The moral of the story, UPS is inefficient and lies about their service. Avoid using this service.

Worst service ever

Foe starters, their incompetant drivers dropped off my import fees paper at my house and marked mt delivery address changed. Then the next genius, lied about even trying to deliver the package. I was sitting at home all day waiting and the ups truck didn't even drive by my house and I got a text saying delivery failed. Like wtf? I have camera footage to corroborate my story. So i called their customer service, whom apparently started a case about my complaint. I didn't hear a thing back from them. Called them again today and told them I need my package delivered without a signature because I know that idiot driver will know literally once and run. So, I specified that my packages need to be dropped on my porch in front of my door for my elderly mother in law. This $#*! clown, left them in my car port. Now I am no where near my house and my poor elderly mother in law is trying to lug them up 2 flights of stairs. Biggest mistake ever using Useless Postal Servcies.

UPS did not deliver my parcel because I have a foreign phone number. Instead of trying to contact me by email or come to my address they just returned the shipment to the sender. I tried contacting them for a whole week about the issue without any luck. Very unprofessional company that I've also had problems with in the past

They are shipper focused, meaning if you are receiving a package and they lose it you have no recourse. You are not allowed to submit a claim. WTF? Unfortunately, in regards to the last two packages they lost, the shippers also had very poor customer service so UPS's failure is taking weeks to resolve. It is mind boggling if I pay for expedited shipping and the package is still missing 10 days later I have zero recourse, nor I am ever compensated. UPS actively prevents me from contacting them. How is this acceptable business practice?

I live very close to the UPS hub in my area, with that in mind; it's one of the last stops on their route, they typically don't deliver my packages on the scheduled date because they're in too big a rush to get home. You can't get to a customer service rep very easy; and when you do they just repeat the same crap you already knew. Nothing but excuses from a poorly run company. It's probably run like Amazon, all the suits make the money and the people who actually make the wheel stay on are treated like replaceable pieces of crap.

I dont know or remember how many times I saw this message pop up stating that we could not deliver because the receiver was not available. This is a straight out lie. I can understand if they say we are sorry we could not deliver it because we have too may deliveries to make. But no, they always put the blame on the customer saying that you were not there and that is why we could not deliver. Horrible delivery service. I am not sure why they are still in business.

My delivery has been "Out for delivery today" for 5 days. Their customer service is rude and unhelpful. No one at UPS is willing to help find out why they won't deliver my package. There is no way to get a manager or supervisor to work on the problem. All the customer service person does is read the same information that you can get online. They are frustrating and not a customer service oriented company to deal with.

2 day shipping defaults to 5 day

I ordered a product and paid an extra $25 for expedited 2 day shipping. UPS didn't even create a label for the shipment until 2 days had passed. Pathetic.

UPS IS A HORRIBLE CARRIER SERVICE. I called the day before my package was supposed to be delivered to let them know that we were having theft issue in my area, and to see what other options I have. The only option they gave me was to pay $10 to hold it for one day. I also received an email stating that my package required a signature. The rep told me that they would try to deliver 3 times and if they couldn't deliver. They would have me pick the package up. The next day my package was supposedly delivered at 4:59 p.m. and lost at 5:20 p.m. Now I'm not sure if the package was stolen or the driver left it at someone else's door. The reason why I say this is because the driver said he left it at the door, but there was no apartment number, so what door did you leave it at? Customer service tried to blame the situation on me saying that a signature was not required, but I spoke with them previously and was told that it was. So because of the incorrect information I got from one of their reps now they are blaming me. There is not a policy or procedure set in place for someone who has a issues in there area with packages being stolen. When I order something offline I never know what carrier it will be sent through until they ship the package. I was told that I need to call the shipper Everytime I find out that UPS is the carrier and ask for it to be signature required. How is that possible when the package already shipped. Horrible customer service

Poor service

I had to cancel two of my credit cards and get replacement cards from my bank fast. Overnight was requested. UPS very late. USPS could have delivered in the same amount of time.

Living in the country. Completely useless! They have it 45 minits away but I can't pick it up ware it's at. I have to wait 1-2 business days on a Friday the get my shipment. When I asked 5 time ware my package was located and they said at there depo in red deer but I can't get it there they need to change the address and it would get shipped to another location in red deer if I want to get it in red deer but that's another 1-2 business days or get it shiped to rocky for 1-2 business days. It's a stupid set up I would of just went and got it since its already late maybe say that you can't deliver to people out in the country! And just send it to the closest location to the address And that your time line will be 5 days late if your in the country. Was sposto be here Thursday might be here Tuesday or wensdaynext week... maybe..

All i can say is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have no customer 'service' that actually helps in any way and if you email them for refunds they block your emails. Awful awful awful service and no accountability whatsoever. If they do reply to your emails, it is all apologies and promises that don't deliver. As soon as you point this out and offer proof, you're email is suddenly undeliverable. And their claims 'support" is set up so that you can't actually claim anything.

They wrote that I can pick up my item but when I came it was still not delivered. I recommend to wait at least one day and then go to pick up your parcel… For UPS I recommend don't lie…because you are waisting our time!

It's very disturbing when you take your package in and ask the attendant to inspect it for shipping and specifically ask there opinion if they think it may need additional protection. There reply well looks good. Then as she took it to the back room I ask her to put fragile stickers on it. She reply I got it.
It arrived totally destroyed 1/4 inch plywood and Oak frames. The Oak frames were in splinters. The amount of force it had to take for this to happen. WOW! After contacting store 1463 to inform them of the damage and let them know there were NO fragile stickers on the package and that the package show up totaled destroyed. There reply was we don't put on fragile stickers on package. As well offered NO COMPENSATION... I find it hard to believe that there policy is to take NO responsibility for there actions... As well that they don't put fragile stickers on any package. REALLY! Sound like bull$#*! to just get out of taking any responsibility for the damage! I will never use UPS again. I've used DHL mean times and they will put sticker on per request as well better prices...

They have a complete mess with my address. They don't deliver my packages because they don't have my address in their database. I have lots of returned packages. And always says that it's me or the store that they put the wrong address. They don't solve the problem

UPS, delayed my package 4 times! First they delayed it by 1day, then they delayed it by 4hrs, then they changed it again to another 4 hrs. Like bro, i was tracking them and they were in my neighborhood, and they didn't deliver, then they said "Oh sorry your package has been delayed". Can u just do your job and bring the package on time. I am so frusterated with you guys, and your stalling, just give me my package, ive waited 5 days patiently. #AmazonOnTop!
