I wanted to send a package to South Korea to my friend and I went to the Los Angeles store in Larchmont to send out the package. Granted the store personnel was nice, he wasn't all that knowledgeable about the verbiage that I needed to fill out on the customs forms. I paid $805. At first I tried to create a label online but it was impossible to get past certain parts and I ended up needing further assistance.
I was told that my package would arrive expedited on a Wednesday; however, I received a text from my friend saying that customs from South Korea were demanding 400 won at the rate of 513% for items I was sending. Pancake mix and baked goods!
I flipped an immediately called my bank ( that's a whole different topic) the UPS rep in Korea then told my friend that if she didn't fork up that additional cost, then 1. I wouldn't have it returned back to me 2. She just doesn't get it and 3. They'll sort through everything and chage her per item plus a sorting charge.
All this because I was not told about the insurance I had placed on the package. I contacted every single department demanding that they release my package to my friend and then when I was told to change my insurance claim by another employee is when my friend received the items several days later.
As much as I enjoy the delivery guys who deliver to my office, the company as a whole is sh! T and I will never use them again. They exploit people with absolutely no shame or integrity.
UPS tried to deliver my package on 6. 30. 22, but I wasn't home. The package contained a $2,000 item that was insured so a signature was required. The note that they put on my door stated that they would deliver on the next business day, which would have been Friday. I stayed home all day, but they didn't deliver. On Saturday I contacted their off-shore customer support, Fern PZD5JSN, and after some time on the phone he said it would be delivered between 6-8 that evening. On Sunday, after not receiving it on Saturday, I went online to check tracking and there was no delivery day shown. On Monday, July 4,2022 tracking showed it's to be delivered on Tuesday before 7 PM. We'll see if it shows up today.

SO I FOUND 16 BOTTLES HERE IN MIAMI AND SHIP IT THROUGH UPS. GUESS WHAT, THEY FOUND MY PACKAGE OPENED AND ALL THE FORMULA GONE. AND NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME THEY ARE NOT RESPONSABLE. GIVE ME A BREAK. THEY REALY DON`T CARE FOR US CUSTOMERS. I SEE ALOT OF BIG COMPANIES GOING UNDER. MAYBE IN THE SHORT FUTURE UPS WILL FILL FOR BANKRUPTCY. THEY DESIRVE IT.
I can not get in touch with a representative. My package is missing and they won't let me file a claim or speak to a human! Worst delivery company I have ever dealt with.
Don't trust UPS. They are dishonest and incompetent!. Was expecting to receive 5 packages on Monday, never turned up. Phoned customer service. Took 45 mins to get through. Then 2 boxes turned up on Tuesday morning. Was told the rest would turn later in the day. Nothing came. Waited late. Phoned again and again, was passed around or hung up on. On Wed one box turned up. No information given on the rest of the boxes. It's late Wed and still no information. Will never use this company again.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. With all of the shipping services out there, I have no clue why anyone would use UPS. Honestly, I'm baffled by how they are still in business. I've never, and I truly mean never, have had a good experience with UPS. My most recent experience was the last straw and honestly if a company uses their services to ship, I'll look elsewhere from now on. The seller dropped my package off on the 27th, by the 28th UPS had lost my package. It literally never left their facility and it got lost. How incompetent can a company be? On top of that, dealing with their phone system is a true nightmare from hell. But when you do finally get in touch with a representative, they are literally just glorified secretaries. They can't research anything for you or help you in any way. An investigation into a lost package takes 8 business days to even begin. When asking if you can put a complaint and have a higher up get in touch with you, your met with a no but are told that they can request someone reach out to you within 3-5 business days…….
As a Canadian I ordered parts from an American company. Parts cost $206 and freight ws $52. UPS charged duty on both the product and their extremely high freight charges. Additional UPS charges turned my $206 dollar purchase into almost $400
Choose Fedex instead, UPS may not deliver your package to your home and will deliver to a pick up location; even though you've paid $30. UPS customer service is designed not to help the customer.

I was told UPS Ground would pick up a return within 2-3 business days for 1Z*******E*******502. Yesterday, 6/29/2022, I found the label attached to my door. I was home all day since I am a retired 80 year old veteran. No one rang my doorbell or knocked on my door. I later found out they were at my house at 11:00am. Of course, the staff who came by my house could simply have places the label and leave. They still get paid, so what do they care. UPS should investigate how often this occurs. In the meantime, I still have 4 boxes weighing approximately 100 pounds and UPS refuses to return to pick them up.
Customer service is clueless and will say almost anything to get you off the phone. One of the worst delivery services I have ever had the misfortune to use and I have worked as a shipper/receiver so have a lot of experience with delicvery services. To save your sanity avoid UPS at all costs,, choose another option..
My shipment is overdue by 10 days and the customer service team either put the phone down as soon as I explain the issue or tells me they don't know what has happened and say that someone will call me back but no one ever does.
I have called them so many times, they listen to me and then cut the call like what? It has been showing delivering since a week. Now new stupidity "we are trying to get the security access the driver needs for this delivery". Why you so dumb? I am so mad.
So I called to check on my package to see where it was bc it stated in was in Lake Charles where I stay. And why they had a delay with Trailors. Well I was told it was in New Orleans on Plane and then on a train and when I asked to speak to supervisor Rosanna got very rude. So I had to keep asking her and tell her to do her job that's what she is there for I tried to b as patient as possible bc I done heard a lot of ppl gettin crazy with them on phone well she finally put supervisor on phone and not once did she listen to my complaints or even let me talk to her to explain my issue all she did was out talk me like I was a child that was not professional so when I started getting crazy and cursing she wants to tell me that I'm not being professional well sorry but where you being professional to me not letting me speak or explain anything well no you wasn't so me being nice and polite went completely out the window. All I wanted to know was why it stayed my package was in Lake Charles but then all of a sudden as they say in New Orleans on a plane or train they so say when I got an update saying it was a delay with Trailor and my package. They don't help they are very rude and they don't care. I hate going threw ups fed ex and usps or 100 times way better then them and they explain and help you figure out the issue better then ups. I don't even see why ups is even open or they need to herons some better works with better attitudes that help ppl understand bc there attitude makes them and the company look very bad and ppl not wanting to go threw them at all
Bunch of inept and incompetent. Their policy is, if by chance a piece of information is missing, the package goes when instead it would be very enough to use a tool invented more than 30 years ago called the telephone and call the recipient to ask for confirmation. But evidently, UPS is still in the 1800s. The delay in delivery is due to their delay in being in the world. My order contains wine which, stored who knows where (probably a cave given their keeping up with the times) can be ruined. I will proceed to seek compensation for their ineptitude.
Use other services if you want your products to arrive this century and not the next when they evolve.
Waited over 8 hours for a call back where the wait time was to be 20 minutes. Never got one. After much searching I got a different number. Talked to the person and arranged a pick up. But nobody showed up.

Now let me talk about your live chat support. I go on there, give the tracking number to the agent, and they start asking me where it's from, what country, what store. Isn't this something you should know, I mean you're the f**** people doing the service. Jesus christ go bankrupt already.
They are the worst company I dealt with it in all my life the employee unrespect either on the phone or the ones come to deliver they lost the things please please be careful and do not deal with them
Between my boyfriend and myself, we have spent over 4 hours trying to set up and pay for a shipping pickup. The website wouldn't let him correct an expiration date on a credit card and it wouldn't schedule the pickup. I called customer service, which is out of the country and she connected me to technical support. Even though that lady was out of the country also, she was helpful to at least get the labels printed. When I went back to the website to schedule the pickup, there is an additional charge and it said that it needed additional information in red and with an! Point. There was nothing in red or with an exclamation point. I called technical support back (again out of the country) and she put in all the information that I had put in and then wanted our credit card. Not happening! The website is the worst for customer friendly and doesn't explain what is needed. We will be using FedEX. This is riduculous!

I am not a happy customer of the ups store but if you are getting death threats you need to contact the police. It is illegal in America to make death threats against anyone no matter their race, creed or color. That is the beauty of living in United States of America. You do not need to wait for a company to file charges against another human being who is threatening your life. You just need to take the appropriate, legal action against that person, good luck!
