I will never do business with UPS again, they have terrible service, I sent a package from Newfoundland to Quebec, it took over a week to get there, but when it did manger to get to Quebec it went to the wrong pickup location, so what did they do? They sent the package back to Newfoundland at the original drop off point, it was sitting there for days saying it was going to get delivered back to me, well it never did come back to me, so after about another week it got shipped back to Quebec to this time the correct drop off location, which it took yet another week to get back there, and than no one contacted the person which paid for the shipping saying it arrived, it was a total disaster, this company is the absolute worst delivery service I have ever used. If you want your package on time, I suggest you find someone else to deliver it.

UPS is Very Bureaucratic, paid highest rate of overnight fee (about USD $100 for a small parcel) coming from USA to Canada. After 10 days returned back to sender. Following up, they said called me but can not reach me. But they did not leave any message.
Not understand why did not they even try one time of delivery, but just call? So bad experience.

Ups is the WORST courier service, the delivery drivers don't give 2 craps about your package. My package was left outside of apt building and is now missing. An investigation was opened and then closed without any notification. I still have yet to receive my package or a refund. I had to call them 5times just to get the investigation reopened. I missed a whole day of work, in which they for damn sure are not going to compensate me on, and now I have to wait even longer for them to complete another investigation. And their automated system is straight trash, I had to call 4times just to get an actual person on the phone BC the automated system hung up on me whenever I asked for an agent or operator. If it were possible for me to choose my own courier I would never use ups.
UPS is by far the worst delivery system. Paid for over night shipping and for no reason at all it was delayed in UT. Now its says the estimated delivery won't be until 7 days later, and that's just the estimated delivery. Don't pay the extra money to have some thing over nighted when you can get it in the same amount of time for free. I will never use UPS again when there is by far better options.
UPs, didn't leave my package at my door 2 times in a row after I had complained to them to leave my package but left 2 of my other package. I had to call them and they told me it's up to the UPs driver to leave it. WOW, that's dumb. It should be up to customer if they wanted to be signed or when I purchased it, it should have said I need to sign off to get my package. The company or the drive is DUMB AS ROCKS. The management needs to get off his butt and fix this issue.
We courier our first time with ups from india to canada they lost our package of 21.5 kg. After one month they said to us that your courier is lost. Really unhappy from thier service. I want to give rating 0 star.
Poorly run and dysfunctional company. When you call them, a Chinese person answers with broken English. Deliveries are usually either late of delayed. Unreliable. Use Fedex instead.
UPS emailed telling me the delivery time was from 12:15 to 4:15. But when I checked tracking page, it showed me 7:00pm. It was a signature required delivery so I had to stay home all day because the delivery time is not accurate. I waited all day and I did not get it until 8:15 pm. Horrible service!
Had two packages that was supposed to be delivered on Friday. The driver didn't deliver slap ticket on door and left. My daughter waiting all day just this Bull$#*! $#*! company not to do there job. No knock or ring of bell. Then finally got around their $#*! up automatic system. To talk to Liar from outsource department. One rep stated I requested to send to different locations LIAR. Then she all suddenly get computer issues and blind transfer me to another rep Then she claimed she have some one call me. Another Liar. So there heartbroken little girl who didn't get her Birthday present because these sorry $#*! people didn't do there job. I paid money for this useless to break her heart and disappoint her after telling her all week she gift be there Friday. Really should go out business because you don't valued your customer. I never use your service as long as I live. I had a better shot with United postal service. I would give your sorry $#*! company a zero if it was available. Then I still have keep chasing my packages. I really hate I even considered you. FedEx was close and thought I would take a chance. Should have followed my first mind. Was my first time and now it my last time
I recently ordered a pair of golf clubs from a seller in Tennessee, and when the package arrived on my doorstep, both ends of the box were torn, or mashed, open, and one long edge of the box was ripped more than half its length. Most of the fault can probably be placed on the sender, as he or she didn't put much effort into taping it closed. However, the condition overall looked like the package had been tossed from the truck on the freeway. I got lucky, though, as the clubs had been wrapped in foam and taped together, sort of, so the mess was salvageable. UPS is terrible!

Like I said more to come.my son just started 3 wks ago with UPS although I tried to warn him from what I've heard from few friends with their kid or other fam members that have worked there and that it was a nightmare and were nightmare to work for. First off I'm going to start recording drivers including BACKING UP in parking lots, etc and other things I would like to bring to UPS corp attn as well as public/media Hang tight and then let them know the BS reason they let my son go. I'm not close to even being done yet. I'm in management and could run this place better than most of them from what I've heard from numerous people. I think their multiple reviews speak for themselves's and did you see how many stars with the multiple reviews? Get your $#*! together UPS, stop taking advantage of these good younger men coming there to work making it sound promising and then terminating them for no good reason esp after telling them they have been doing great! Hang tight…. As I said, more to come! I wanted to add that this happened at the Farmington Mo location!
I am a building contractor and was helping a customer find a matching sink basin for her home. I was surprised to find out the that model had been discontinued. After months of searching I finally found one new in box, so I contacted the seller about 800 miles away, and with the price of fuel, decided to have it shipped. When the package arrived it looked okay on the outside, but upon opening it was smashed to bits. Obviously no care whatever was taken in handling the fragile porcelain fixture. They are currently reviewing the claim, but that not the point, there is not another one available…anywhere. Similar things have happened with other items in the past. Do not use this company for fragile items!
A fun job for people who love to manage a small group of 2-4 people and wake up and 2am. You only get 4-6 hour days because it part-time but it comes with full-time benefits!
I have been waiting for my parcel from last two month and i have called customer service 5 times but there is no proper response. My agent who shipped the parcel from my country has told me that duty fees is pending and i don't know where i have to pay that dam fees. This driving me crazy.

I ordered saddlebags for my Harley from Amazon... was supposed to be delivered Monday July 4,2022... never came... i called and was told it would be delivered the following day, Tuesday (today)... the lying diver claimed he/she attempted delivery at 1:39pm... i was home all day waiting for the package! Lying scumbag! Now it's changed to Wednesday.
My theory is this... every time i order something weighing more than 50-60lbs and in a large box from Amazon, the first two so-called attempts never succeed because i believe the lazy drivers don't want to carry the parcel up to my apartment. They leave the parcel in the truck and don't even attempt to deliver it until a newbie driver gets stuck with it... they will lie and claim no-one was home/ wrong address, etc etc... this $hit has to stop! I am filing an official complaint regarding this nonsense. This company should be shut down for fraudulent activities!

You do not need to wait for a company to file charges against another human being who is threatening your life. You just need to take the appropriate, legal action against that person, good luck!
