Sent legal documents from Vancouver, Canada to Chicago on Monday July 18. Was informed by the UPS store guy that will be guaranteed delivered next day before 12:00 Noon. No one said anything about customs delays etc. Documents had to be in Chicago by Wednesday 10:30 AM. Its Thursday July 21 and the documents are still in Louisville, KY UPS office. I don't need the documents anymore, called for a refund since it was a guaranteed delivery and told them to destroy the documents as they carry no value now. UPS refused to take any responsibility, blamed the UPS store guy, Canadian people, customs, just about everybody but refused to take responsibility and of course no refund. So much for GUARANTEED delivery.

UPS has horrible customer service! It is almost impossible to get to talk to an actual person. If you do you can't understand them! So pretty much completely worthless.

Every 3 weeks i ordered product to be delivered to my home …every 3 weeks i get a text and email stating when my delivery will be made. I ordered 2 in 3 weeks to counter UPS changing my delivery date every 3 weeks they change it if the Thursday driver doesn't want to deliver it. Throws it onto the Friday truck even then if the UPS driver wants to skip my delivery he is allowed one month my delivery date changed 4 days in a roll. I asked Corporate UPS about this they said if the driver feels a threat or scared to go to that address then he or she is allowed to skip it. I have never had an unkind word with these lazy so called professionals. Today drove right by my house and went to see that yep change of delivery email with text saying Delivery reschedule for Friday 22,2022 if the worthless driver doesn't want to deliver on Friday will be on monday truck this has happened over and over. I've never given the Driver the gratification of his actions upsetting me and am always very super duper nice to them. This pisses them off even more. The driver last month asked me why i am so happy all the time. So i explained …i'm 54 and been retired for 6 yrs. I go and travel see grandchildren and just enjoy life. Yeah right, He replied. Every time they come they don't speak no matter any questions i ask …how's your day, wonderful day today, thank you so much buddy don't die of the heat out there would you like a bottle of cold water…. Nothing not a no thank you or yes…or just a no would be ok. The product i order must be signed for …. Is why they hate me cause i providing a great living for them. But unless they can chunk it at your door and run without even knocking they are mad at the world and do everything in their power to try to make it so you have a bad day. And if your happy and ignore the hatefulness of them this really upsets them so so so bad …my wife and i giggle when they leave because they are mad mad mad. Nothing you can do except be super nice video every delivery hoping one says or dose something to chop off his own male organ…it's going to happen swear it…this one driver hates me hates hates hates me …me hey buddy how you doing today i hope great …. Lol it's a game. I'm winning …i'm 6'0 and weigh 145 so look out since i'm so dangerous to be around …lol

Paid for 3-day delivery for a package that is temperature sensitive. Included 4 day ice packs for the ride. Was told that the truck "broke down" 3 days ago so now delivery will take a full 7 days. With the heat the U.S. is experiencing, the contents will be ruined and most likely a customer will be lost. Do they own only one truck in Illinois?!. My business will NEVER use this company again.

My packages normally disappears once it gets to the UPS Headquarter in 1111 Commercial Drive, Port Allen, LA *******. Some of the employees over there are stealing our packages and nothing is being done about it.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I had my birth certificate expedited and was supposed to receive it on a Friday. The driver marked it as "delivery attempted" although there was no delivery attempted. The were to make a second attempt Saturday, same thing, marked as "delivery attempted" but no one came. I called that Monday when they were supposed to make the third and final attempt, and they said that it would be delivered that day and that someone would call me back in 2 hours to follow up. No one called. 2.5 hours later I call again, given the same song and dance, it will be delivered today and someone will follow up in an hour. No one came, no one called. I called again. Now they're telling me at 6:30pm that the driver has 30 more minutes to deliver. No one ever came. Now they're telling me the package is "lost in transit." I honestly think this is super suspicious and think my birth certificate may have been stolen by the UPS driver or something shady, because it doesn't make any sense why they're lying about making attempted deliveries and then suddenly it's lost. I called the shipper and informed them, they sent me another one, against my wishes to send Fed Ex, they sent UPS again. Now UPS is telling me they have no record of this second shipment that's supposed to be delivered today, now Wednesday. I have sent dozens of emails, all telling me the same thing, asking me to contact the shipper, basically telling me to clean up their mess and take responsibility for them losing my mail. I am beyond furious. DO NOT USE UPS. No I am at risk for identity theft. And no one knows where my first or second birth certificate is. $50 gone as well, with no resolution.

Disappointed

I am very disappointed with the service UPS provided during my last shipment. In the past their service was on point. Apparently, this time my package has mysteriously gone missing. I wouldn't have mind so much if this was a regular shipment. However, this shipment was for an occasion on this Saturday. Now on top of working my fingers to the bone for 20 hours I have to give a refund. I actually could have just driven the package myself if I had known all this was gonna happen. The staff showing no compassion is another thing that's bothering me. I was provided a phone number that no one has answered in 3 days. That's called the "run around". Thanks UPS!

Paid $100 to have something shipped over night (highly sensitive regarding a deceased person). Needed to arrive on time. Rep on phone was terrible. Kept repeating that it would not arrive today and call back the next day if you still want to track the parcel? Really?

So I have an account where I put my delivery directions to deliver packages to back porch, now it's on the list to choose from. So I get a call from ups saying they don't do that, well than take it off your list and stop giving false information to customers. Going to Fedex

Any time I order online and I see that the shipper is UPS, I literally cringe. Ordered some flooring tiles last week. They were supposed to be here Saturday. Waited all day and finally checked my shipping status. "Attempted to deliver. Rerouted to UPS Store on Monday". WTF? No one attempted anything! Are you telling me that they are too lazy to walk 20 paces to my door? Literally, your JOB is to DELIVER packages! That's it! And you can't even do that? What are you doing in a parcel delivery service? So my package is sitting miles and miles away at some UPS Store in which I won't pick it up because their hours of operation are basically bankers' hours, so I guess the package will go back to the seller. This company is out of control. Actually, USPS, Fed Ex, and UPS are all trash services anymore! I'm to the point if it isn't delivered by Amazon directly, I will cancel the order. I've had nothing with headaches with the other 3 parcel delivery services.

When packages are delayed (which happens 80% of the time) no futures dates are provided as to when the package will be delivered. In my opinion this makes the online tracking system useless.

They lie about delivery times and days. I have witnessed the drivers sitting in their cars for over 2 hours on their phones and not moving. Have people send you fedex or even the post office. This is the worst service ever.

This is the worst delivery company I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. Customer service is non-existent. The driver lied about attempting to deliver a parcel (ring doorbell and CCTV confirm non-attendance), and the company took over 7 hours to get back to me, by which time it was impossible to deliver. I had to collect it at my own cost in the end.

Best advice, don't use ups if you can, they make it seem like you have a choice in things and then after you pay nothing happens. I had PAID to request for my package to come sooner for convince purposes, and the original date said Saturday on the site, and I get an email that it was rescheduled for NEXT TUESDAY. Of course I went to customer service, and the person tried to gaslight me. 0/10 don't recommend EVER I hope they go bankrupt

If you don't wanna to do your job please quit, nobody force you to do what you feel annoying to do. I asked you to leave the packages in the basement but you refuse to do it. Okay that is fine but don't show your attitude to me that I didn't even do anything wrong to you. Just quit your job and that is all.

Shipped an envelop from Lindale, TX to Everett, WA, and paid for Two Day Delivery in the amount of $69. There was a 35 minute delay due to an accident between Arlington and Ft Worth. The 35 minute delay caused the package to be delivered in six days. This was over the July 4th weekend and when I contacted UPS I was informed the Saturday, Sunday and Monday were all vacation days for UPS. This after I have seen UPS make deliveries all hours of the day and evenings and on the weekends. Of course UPS is blaming the six day delivery on a 35 minute delay due to a 'traffic accident'. Apparently UPS will go to any length to avoid refunding fees for deliveries which they are paid to do but cannot honor their on time delivery guarantee. Just another scam. I will avoid UPS as much as possible in the future. I will not patronize UPS and will request merchants to use another service.

Waiting for my parcel 2months, didnt even delivered to my house, when I paid for that, just leave it in a random grocery place wich never is open.
